Aaliyah Williams: Jason was my artist, he kept up good conversations, and had very fine lines. I love the tattoo. It came out so perfect.
Eden Gallagher: Every tattoo I have gotten from this place I plan on getting covered. Shaky and uneven the color wasn’t packed in level across the tattoo. I got matching tattoos on my thighs and they aren’t even on my leg on any form of placement. I made the negligent choice to not eat before my second appt. Which resulted in a third. As well as the second part to my tattoo over half of it had faded, including the teeth which are completely gone. Due to me having to come back I guess we don’t have to use the correct color and half of my tattoo is a darker color then the other part. Ribs aren’t filled in at all and it’s incredibly splotchy work. I paid $600.00 for these tattoos and I’d atleast expect it to be placed right on the leg let alone pack the color in.Service:Color ink tattoos

Bailey Banks: Honestly was a huge fan of their work but their customer service needs work. Had an appointment scheduled for their "Galentine's Event" and paid a deposit, but unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19 2 days before. I figured it would be wrong to ask for a refund, but when I asked for the deposit to be put towards another tattoo, I was told my deposit had been forfeited since my #1 priority wasn't calling them to let them know. I was under the impression my priority of healing from the virus was okay, but apparently not for The Tattoo Coven. I even offered to show proof I tested positive via Dr note. Save your money/deposits and take your money to a shop that has sympathy for their clients.Service:Tattoos

Wendy pinkerton: Tattoo Coven is by far the coolest tattoo place I’ve ever been to! Nikki and Sam and the crew are some of the best artists I’ve seen! Nikki does exactly what I want, every time. She’s great at suggesting ideas as well. What makes them stand out above the rest is their place is open and light and fun to get tattooed at. The vibe is not dark or heavy or angry. Platinum Plus Productions: Walked in 3 hours before the sign on their window says they close. Whoever was there was eating, and acted as if we'd ruined his meal by even showing up. As we were looking at the portfolios of the artists, the guy starts turning all of the lights off in the place, and sternly asked "Do you have anymore questions before you leave?" We were there no more than 10 minutes total, so we left far before the sign said that they close. I was very disappointed because I had heard great things about this shop before, but this experience guarantees I'll never go back. If they're so good that they can get away with being this rude to people, they clearly don't need my money, or anyone elses!
Cody Kiernan: I have a bunch of tattoos from a handful of different shops, first time getting one done here recently. Great artists in this shop, they really care a lot about their craft and are extremely professional which is not the easiest thing to find in Springfield. I was tattooed by Steve (awesome traditional stuff), but I'd feel comfortable with any of the artists here. Well worth the wait and priced fairly. Highly recommend this shop

James Blankenship: My wife and a friend wanted to get the cartilage of their ears pierced and we tried contacting multiple locations with high reviews.Next Generation answered their phone and offered walk-ins, they were courteous and welcoming on the phone so we chose to pay them a visit.Walking in the location was a decent size and brightly lit and painted, it was clean and a member of the staff greeted us kindly and asked how they could help. The only negative comment I could make was the smell. I personally have severe allergies and someone, possibly a client had been smoking recently and the smell lingered inside. I am sensitive and so it may not bother other non-smokers.Once we told the staff why we were there we were introduced to Savannah who was polite, informative, and quite skilled with both my wife and friend saying it was nearly painless, it was quick and easy. Both agreed that they would prefer to return here for any future piercings.

Also, the lines are not good. The artist told me too bad, he had just put his inks away and that the next time I came in for another tattoo, he would fix this one for free. I felt like I was not well treated because I’m in my 60’s. I don’t have bad skin either. I felt like I was treated like the artist didn’t care about me. I paid $250 for this bad boy and have had it only for a few months this is crazy because my girls $60 tattoo is great after 3yrs. Artist was great to talk to but wouldn’t recommend a tattoo gonna get it redone In KC.

paige am: i love this place i always go there but the one time i got my belly pierced there it was bad the girl was very bad at it she lost the needle well it was in my bellybutton she put a little cut in me also she had to pierce me twice. it was horrible i about pasted out i know that’s normal but the way it hurt was not.

Clay Holmes: I am 66 years old. I have loved Bob Dylan much of my life and I felt it was time to give homage to him by way of getting a tattoo of the “falcon eye” banner that clearly holds a significant spiritual presence as Dylan’s muse since he displays the banner at every concert he performs in. So, long story short, I made the decision to make an appointment with Bearded Lady’s crackerjack tattoo artist Maddie in order to forever memorialize my favorite singer-songwriter by placing a symbol of his artwork. The entire process only lasted 4 hours and was relatively painless. I highly recommend this professionally run shop which is filled with good vibes and friendly humans!

Katherine Schwartztrauber: As someone with 30+ hours of tattoos on my body I have never experienced the level of sexism towards men and unprofessional behavior as I did from Chrissy. I found Chrissy through a Facebook advertisement. I liked her artwork and messaged her about booking two appointments the same day. One for myself and the other for my fiancé. Chrissy was great towards me. She gave good communication, responded timely, and created a piece using the references I messaged. I had a great experience during my appointment. My fiancé’s experience was the complete opposite. My fiancé send multiple references and continually messaged Chrissy without a response from her. I had to message her from my profile to confirm she received my fiancés messages. She was prepared for my appointment and hadn’t even glanced at the reference photos my fiancé sent or had anything ready for him. She paid so little attention that she tattooed a random artists signature on his arm . While she was tattooing me a man in his late 30’s came in asking for script tattoo on his thigh. Chrissy gave me a dirty look and explained to me that she doesn’t like tattooing men! She said it blatantly and without a care. The sexism that came from Chrissy was incredibly unprofessional and I will never suggest a man go there again!!! The worst part is how Chrissy and the shop treated my fiancé when he brought up his concerns. They took no accountability and didn’t e an apologizeService:Tattoos
Bailey: Chrissy and Jimmy Sixx both gave me tattoos that I’m going to have to spend years trying to get removed. Chrissy ignored my messages for a touch up and Jimmy Sixx is extremely rude. William Bumgarner: My wife and I booked an all day appointment with Chrissy. My wife’s tattoo had plenty of detail, but when it came to my tattoo it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. She would not communicate with me before the appointment even though she would continually talk to my wife. And then her lack of attention to detail caused her to sign a random persons signature on my arm from a photo reference. She literally put no effort into my tattoo design and now I have to go find an artist that listens to do a cover up. Oh also while there before tattooing me she literally kept telling my wife how much she hates to tattoo men. So guys, stay away from Chrissy. Glad the lady’s can get a decent tattoo from her, but if you aren’t christan and a man, don’t bother. I asked for a full body character and several satanic symbols and the first thing she does is someone signature from a reference and only come with a head shot sketch. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience of my life. Will be going to Legacy Ink or Moth Studios from here on. I had seen to many bad tattoos come out of this shop in the 3 years I’ve been back in Missouri, but I let my wife choose. Also Chrissy attitude after being told what she did, I was literally told good luck. So don’t tell them they are wrong. I’m extremely happy I had complications and was unable to finish my tattoo, becuase it just wasn’t what I put the deposit down for. It was my first time getting a tattoo and this particular tattoo is very sentimental to me, because it’s my cousin’s EKG before we lost him, and I was honestly nervous with how it might turn out. She did such a wonderful and amazing job!! She stenciled a perfect match and laid it on in the exact position that I wanted it. She was so kind and talked me through the whole process and she was so right, microblading hurts sooo much worse than this tattoo did, and I got it on the inside of my wrist. I asked about doing white ink instead of black and she explained how it would lay into my skin and showed me some of her white ink in her tattoos to help me make a decision. Gabriel Witt: My browser reloaded mid way through writing a review so my apologies if I accidentally post two!Eternal Tattoo is by far the best shop I have ever been to, and I have around 20 tattoos from various shops across Missouri and Arkansas. I have gotten two pieces done here, one by Brian and one by Jaden. The artists here would know me as Nicky, and they have been the most welcoming and funny people I have ever met. As a transgender person it is often difficult to find a shop that will respect me and treat me with the same dignity as cisgendered people, but I have never once felt unwelcome or unsafe. Jaden has even added a pronoun section to her paperwork, which means the world to me.I love the banter between artists and I especially love that they will all allow me to talk their ears off even while they are working! The atmosphere is one that every tattoo shop should strive to have and their passion for both their work and the happiness of the clients is something I admire.My pieces are beautiful and healed incredibly well. Both are exactly what I wanted and I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with my tattoos. The artists listen to what you want, and make very kind suggestions on how to improve your initial ideas, and work with you through every step of the process. Jaden kept me updated with her progress on drawing out my scorpion tattoo, and was very passionate about the piece.The work is amazing and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I believe their base price is around $100, if not a little lower, and they accept walk-ins! Even their current apprentice does great work, and was very fun to chat with while getting tattooed.I cannot recommend this shop enough, and I cannot wait to go back for another piece! I'd especially like to thank Gabriel for helping me get to see things differently... it's been 9 years since I had a double mastectomy and the reconstruction, due to breast cancer. When this happens, there is no nipple and no aerola left. Gabriel tattoos them on at no charge for mastectomy patients. I have to say that I was not used to seeing anything there for so long that they looked strange to me at first, but it has now been a week. Gabriel did a fantastic job! They look so real. Thank you, Gabriel! I so appreciate it greatly!
