She immediately told me that the “tour of the city” wouldn’t do anything for me. I told her that’s all I was interested in at the moment because who would want to buy anything else from a woman with an attitude like that? Heather Hansen: I walked in today to buy a single tan as I’m on a road trip and encountered a VERY dense girl that instead of listening decided to discourage me from buying one “as I won’t see any color from just one tan” lolI quickly hightailed it out of there, not worth my 20-30 bucks. Get better employees….Absolutely would not recommend.

Saint SGF: Hidden fees, manager doesn't return calls. Contacted corporate who left notes for manager to call it's been 8 days..calling corporate again. Go to Suntastic or So tans if you dont want hidden fees and shady people who don't do their job. P.S if you post a bad review that's the only way the business seems to acknowledge your existence! Luckily after my 3rd call to corporate I demanded a call back from corporate yesterday or said I'd put a stop payment on my card .... they finally responded. After wasting a ton of our valuable time. Finally got the fees removed..they add $30 on to your package, 20 activation for the year and some other 10 fee...beware! If your a casual tanner your best served going elsewhere.

Lori lee: Theyre moslty always nice. Just a couple staff aren't but the others are very sweet The facility is always clean. Don't come late or they will be really rude to you even though they're not closed yet they will treat you as if they're already closed. Even though I chose this company over the others because they stayed open until 11pm And I worked night shift. Now they close at 9. So I have to try to get all kids settled by 830 all dogs taken care of or I can't go so now I'm waisting my money and can barely go.

Juliet DeVries: Girls are sweet and helpful. They also know their jobs pretty well and seem to be well-trained before leaving them alone to do a shift. One of the other local STCs seems to have a problem with staffing or something because there is always a new person working when I go tan. They are confident, but I have been given misinformation or not the full information from the other location, that the gals at the Glenstone location, corrected for me and helped me to understand. Thanks for the friendly service, clean store and sanitized beds. My only wish is that you would add smaññ trash cans in the tanning rooms or at least put a few put out in the hall. I'm consistently having to cart my trash out of the building in my bag. Kinda annoying.

And yes I did pick the bracelet up off of the thing because it was the last one and I carried my stuff to my room like I always do and I go to the bathroom and then I come back to the front and tell him to process me at that time is when I was going to pay for it and they put a note on my account saying to watch me when everyone knows me in the salons on Kansas and the salon on glenstone and I've been tanning their 6 years. And why would I need to try to steal a $15 bracelet? Alpha Gerudo: The blonde gal Brooklynn is super knowledgeable about the beds even encouraged me on how to upgrade my Fast bed i didnt rly intend to use in my package, was training someone, this past week at my job I've also been training, She was super patient and explaining to the new girl what mistake a different girl, had made and explained why it happened and how to quickly correct the mixup in a friendly manner. I was leaving and waited a moment to ask her name on the way out she was given the higher ups task, which I do regularly in a different profession.. of telling a cpl coworkers trying to not show up to thier shift, they are needed and no one is going to be able to cover them in the nicest way she could. Keep slaying Brooklyn!

We tried Suntan City prior to this and it had horrible customer service, waiting lines over 15-20 min almost every visit, and hidden fees. With Suntastic, we are in and out easily and smoothly, great personal customer service, and great variety of beds! I will not go anywhere else!

Bethany Brumbaugh: Extremely shady and deceitful payment policy. They verbally tell you one thing when signing up and then the fine print says otherwise. Just be your own advocate and carefully read the policy.
Lindsey Crawford: Been tanning here for awhile now bc of my gym membership. Good hours and convenient but beds are not always as clean as they should be an the floors in stand up beds need attention, along with bulb changes! I had some issues with my bank credits being charged double what it was supposed to. I got it resolved but still a hassle that could've kept going on and on had I not paid attention and talked to manager about it. Sherry was awesome and handled my account to make sure it was corrected. Still something I dont think I should've ever had to deal with or worry about.

Tess Flowers: Just got off the phone w/ one of their managers who informed me (after I was lead on by another manager that I would be able to fully access my bank even with my canceling my membership) that in order to access my $78 of bank, I would need to pay them $68 to re-activate my membership. WOW. So in order to get to MY money that I've ALREADY paid you, I now need to pay MORE money?? Of almost equal amount???!!!UNBELIEVABLE - will be telling everyone about this scam and highly encouraging them to NOT use this company.
Katie Carlisle: Staff is uneducated on what unlimited memberships costs. If you talk to 3 people you will get 3 separate answers. If they don't know an answer they tell you they "have no idea" instead of saying I don't know but let me find out. Perhaps more training? This goes for both locations
Jeanie Martin: My experience with The Tan Company has been very positive. The salon is CLEAN and that is important to me. I get free childcare while I tan, where else do you find that? I like that the employees have taken the time to know who I am and I am greeted every time I go in. The prices are good, the beds are updated and it's clean, what more can you ask for?
