Saint SGF: Hidden fees, manager doesn't return calls. Contacted corporate who left notes for manager to call it's been 8 days..calling corporate again. Go to Suntastic or So tans if you dont want hidden fees and shady people who don't do their job. P.S if you post a bad review that's the only way the business seems to acknowledge your existence! Luckily after my 3rd call to corporate I demanded a call back from corporate yesterday or said I'd put a stop payment on my card .... they finally responded. After wasting a ton of our valuable time. Finally got the fees removed..they add $30 on to your package, 20 activation for the year and some other 10 fee...beware! If your a casual tanner your best served going elsewhere.

Don't come late or they will be really rude to you even though they're not closed yet they will treat you as if they're already closed. Even though I chose this company over the others because they stayed open until 11pm And I worked night shift. Now they close at 9. So I have to try to get all kids settled by 830 all dogs taken care of or I can't go so now I'm waisting my money and can barely go.

Rusty Winsea: Okay the good the bad and the ugly. I have tanned at 4 different salons in Springfield. From someone who isn't picky about attention, about customer service but is picky about products and a clean salon. Its important for you the read to know that Alison Jasper, Brittney Yoho and Steve Wood all managing partners of Hawaiian Sun post neg feedback about any Salon than there own. So take it as a grain of salt. At the Tanco I come back here because of the clean salon and the quality products the sell. Yes they sell lotions its how they stay in business. However, if you tell them up front that you have it and you'll let them know when you need it they are cool with it and won't bother you. The beds are just the same ones you'll find anywhere in town. They just like everyone else change the blubs at half life. Are they number one in customer service I say not really, are the girls stuck up... some of them. But I don't let that stop me from getting the best tan. Now Hawaiian Sun, the manager of the Glenstone location while I was standing in line said they fired a guy because he was HIV positive and was telling all his business as well as one of the managing partners has herpies. I never went back. South Beach tanning is a great, great place to tan but the price isn't write. I like unlimited tanning at a great price. Hawaiian Sun has the best prices, they just do. But... the MRI like is unheard of and lacks the quality Designer Skin does. South Beach gives 40% off lotion and if you buy more she will sometimes do 50% off. They are reasonable and she has the same beds Hawaiian Sun does without the gossip. Suntastic I bought three tans and didn't go back. Only because they wouldn't let me tan in a higher bed than level 2 and wouldn't let me go over 8 mins. I am a veteran tanner and know what I'm doing so I found this very annoying. Remember this folks, many people on these reviews are employees of another chain. Don't let that scare you away. Also I bet you after I post this someone will say hes a former employees... I'm not I work for a telecommunications company in Ozark and have for 10 years. So, in the short and long... Tan Co has it going on. Melody is the manager and shes amazing. I can't tell you the deals shes made to keep my business... BUT if you ask her she will crunch numbers and do her best to match banks and keep you getting the best beds at a low price. My tan looks amazing, my skin is healthy and I'm happy with the results. All the girls love me, I am on first name with all of them and that is why I go back. First impressions can be iffy... but stick with them and you'll become a client for life. Hope this helps... and its just my opinion.
