Had to rent truck and trailer a second time to pickup the order. Having to reschedule contractor since this was a month late.

Vanessa Verfurth: We paid for our brick for our new house 2 months ago. We were told by our salesman, Jared, that once we paid they would start manufacturing our brick. For 2 months after paying in full for our brick we couldn't get a hold of anyone after multiple phone calls and messages. My husband had to physically go into the store more than once to get a hold of someone. After finally talking to someone, we were told that they did not start manufacturing our brick after we paid for it like the claimed they would and now cannot manufacture the size we already paid for. Supposedly, if we want them to start manufacturing a smaller size we have to pay even more money but they haven't been able to tell us how much more or even waive the additional cost due to their own error. This company has poor customer service and have not only caused us to be past our build schedule but are now wanting more money after their failure to manufacture as promised after our initial payment with absolutely no communication with us letting us know ahead of time. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

anthony webster: Besides the guy unloading me being a little rude I was able to get right in and get unloaded. They're receiving hours hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. I arrived at 3:30 pm and had no problem getting unloaded.

Nathan Boulware: As a contractor that prides myself on honesty and integrity, I choose to do buisness with suppliers that share the same values. For this reason I will be buying materials from one of the other many brick suppliers in Springfield. Not only have I had one bad experience, but now I have had two, which both have cost me hundreds of dollars. On the other hand, I have had the pleasure of working with all the salesmen. I would recommend using any salesman in there except Jared.

Precious Blankenship (Presh): Horrible place to unload. I wouldn't bother getting here until after 930 am. They leave you sitting in the street. Almost got rear ended more than once. After they clear enough trucks out to get you in the driveway they are no longer in a hurry to get you out either

Nicole Radtke: Sadly, does not return calls or communicate delays in scheduled deliveries. Had a delivery scheduled over two weeks ago now and still have heard nothing from them. I call to ask about an update on delivery and they ask to call me back because they “have several customers ahead of me,” however no return call is ever made. Friendly when made the initial scheduled delivery but very poor customer service and follow up.Following response:I have not ever received a call back. I was scheduled for delivery on 04/03 (not told 2 weeks post scheduled date). We did not have weather that day or days following, however I made the call each time to the office as I never received an update but was actually scheduled for a delivery and told that day and would be called back. Still waiting on that return call that never came. So the response of keeping me up to date is inaccurate. There was equipment issues that led to a delayed delivery, but I was unfortunately the one to call the office to learn that information. It’s 04/18 today and have still never gotten a call back from this office and always done the follow up and inquiry.

Scott Lincoln: Very friendly and good quality top soil. Also went back two days latter needing sand for my horseshoe pits and they were able to help out. Very fast service. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Len: DON'T BUY HERE!! They don't except any returns. They don't even tell you that at the time of purchase which is misleading and Very Bad business practice!!!! I spent over a thousand dollars on something I can't even use (everything is still in the packages, they could have made an exception). I called and tried to see if they would work with me but they refused. I will Never purchase from Load & Go Landscape again!!!

Diane Gardner: Great experience from beginning to end. We ordered a topsoil delivery on fairly short notice - they were friendly, helpful, and called back when they said they would. They even delivered on a Saturday as our Friday delivery was rained out. Delivery driver was also great - very friendly and placed the topsoil exactly where we wanted. Topsoil was dry and clean. Would use again!

The gravel we chose looks just like it did in their photo on their website and it looks great next to our house. We will be using them again throughout this coming season to add some more razzle dazzle to the outside our home and truly bring together our outdoor living space!

Bryan Stockton: Needed some compost / top soil for my yard. I bought some from the big box store before and it was filled with pure trash. This year i wanted to try something different and get better quality. I should of came to Load & Go a long time ago. Good quality mix, very helpful, and fast. None of the trash in the soil or plastic bag wrapping. I am planning on going back for mulch later after checking out their selection.

Keith Donaldson: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They knew we were just looking for some small pieces for an aquarium, I mean they typically deal in truckloads and pallet loads of rock, sand and dirt. But they still went out of their way even in the rain to come out and talk to us about what they had available and show us around.

Yuri Hoyal: If you live in or close to Springfield, MO; with a need for landscaping materials, this is by far the place to go. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you won't find anyone that can beat their prices. These guys are the trifecta of all things landscaping. I won't go anywhere else.

Joe Whittaker: When you ask about the garden soil they say it’s good rich soil. I had my soil tested and there were no nutrients in it. Paid to have the garden soil mix but this soil is dead soil. You’ll have to spend a lot to get it good for your garden.

Kathy Dugger: My husband went to get sand and they were closed but there was a semi unloading and the lady waiting for him to unload was sitting in her car and pulled up and told him they were closed and she was just waiting asked what he was there for he told her sand for our pool she said go ahead and pull down I can load you while I’m waiting on him 😊😘😊 we were able to sit our pool for our grand daughters birthday pool party she saved a very important day for our grand daughter and other grandkids thank you so much
