He got the product to the job immediately and was very attentive. We are 1.5 years after the project completion and have had no problems with the product. We can highly recommend this company.
Angie Doshier: Would never use again. Took a month longer then the date they told us. We had to pay to rent a truck and trailer to pickup, and it still was not ready to pickup when we arrived. Had to rent truck and trailer a second time to pickup the order. Having to reschedule contractor since this was a month late.

Charla Whynaucht: In late 2021, East Coast Granite installed a laundry room sink with a granite top in my newly constructed home. In March of 2023 I noticed that one side of the sink was falling down. It had separated from the granite. I looked under the sink and discovered that the sinked had not been clamped down to secure the sink. The caulking was the only thing holding it up.I contacted East Coast and told them the sink had not been properly installed. They refused to stand by their work, and wanted to charge me $250 to fix it. My contractor called them twice and they never returned his calls.They guarantee installation for one year, which is fine. But they did not install it properly.The sink has not been abused and nothing heavy has been put in the sink.This is just shotty workmanship. I would not use them again!
Nathan Ward: East Coast Granite & Tile came through in a big way for us during our kitchen remodel. And in a big way I mean producing a literal seamless island that measured over 9 feet long by 6 feet wide. Their install team was professional and took great care in making sure we were completely satisified before calling the job complete. If you get the chance to work with Dennis dont pass on it!!!

Average Joe Schmidt: The team at East Coast Granite is first class. They came highly recommend by our cabinet contractor. (By the way East Coast Granite also does quartzite.) This was our first time ordering granite countertops so we didn’t know what to expect. Before going to them we got our first estimate from one of those big home improvement stores in town. Not a great experience. That place left us feeling like they weren’t 100% certain of what they were doing.But East Coast Granite was completely professional and incredibly friendly. You can tell they’ve done many thousands of jobs and know exactly what they’re doing. As soon as we had our new cabinets installed they sent out a tech to scan the entire kitchen and create a computerized laser map of the precise dimensions for our new countertops. Then their local shop began the work of cutting our counters. It was a busy time of year but they had it all ready to install in a couple weeks. The install team was impressive. They showed up right on time, planned out their moves, answered all our questions and installed our beautiful new counters without a hiccup. Our countertops fit perfectly. The whole experience was far better than we had anticipated. Working with East Coast Granite was an all around fantastic experience.

evan tyrrell: These folks are fantastic. We needed quartz installed in a new construction house. They came through 100%. They were months faster than literally everyone else in Springfield. They got me a bid in an hour and the prices were the same as everyone else. They showed up when they said they would and were done when they said they’d be done. Zero pressure from anyone from sales to install. Sales was great install was great. The countertops look perfect. We even made a mistake on a backsplash that was our fault and they fixed it, no hassle, no questions asked. They cut out our cooktop and it was a perfect fit. Everything fit perfect.I would highly recommend them to anyone. We shopped around EVERYWHERE and these guys were by far the best. They really cared if they got our business unlike Wilgus IQ, Kitchenland and everyone else around. East Coast templated us 2 days, including a weekend, after we paid the deposit. Wilgus, for example, told us it’d be months before they would. They didn’t care at all about getting our large expensive job. That’s fine, guess our money don’t spend the same with them.Throughout this entire build process they are one of our top 5 sub contractors to deal with. Don’t think about it. Call them and use them. You won’t regret it.

Kelvin: East Coast Granite did and amazing job. Their installation was perfect. They lined the veins within the within the stone tops with the cut line that was needed in the kitchen. No one notices the cut line that had to be made. They are hands down the best install job I've personally seen and they were very clean. Tender was excellent to work with and was and very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I've already recommended East Coast Granite to others.
Pete Buckler: We remodeled our kitchen and used East Coast Granite for the quartz counter tops. The process was easy and they installed them before the original promised date. The counters look fantastic! We had a couple small issues around the sink and a chip on the edge that was our fault. They quickly fixed the problems and everything still looks like new. I’m confident they will do a great job for anyone I would refer them to.

He was very knowledgeable and professional during the sales and estimating process. No surprises after the template process was done. Two and a half weeks later we get the call for installation. O.Z. and Randy were the installers. They showed up on time and quickly went work. They were both very polite and professional and took their time with the large slabs as not to damage the floors, cabinets, or walls. They did a great job with cleanup and explained what cleaning chemicals to use and what to avoid. Very happy with the price and service we received giving my wife the kitchen of her dreams. Came in exactly to the penny on the estimate. Would not hesitate to recommend East Coast Granite & Tile to anyone.

Vanessa Verfurth: We paid for our brick for our new house 2 months ago. We were told by our salesman, Jared, that once we paid they would start manufacturing our brick. For 2 months after paying in full for our brick we couldn't get a hold of anyone after multiple phone calls and messages. My husband had to physically go into the store more than once to get a hold of someone. After finally talking to someone, we were told that they did not start manufacturing our brick after we paid for it like the claimed they would and now cannot manufacture the size we already paid for. Supposedly, if we want them to start manufacturing a smaller size we have to pay even more money but they haven't been able to tell us how much more or even waive the additional cost due to their own error. This company has poor customer service and have not only caused us to be past our build schedule but are now wanting more money after their failure to manufacture as promised after our initial payment with absolutely no communication with us letting us know ahead of time. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

anthony webster: Besides the guy unloading me being a little rude I was able to get right in and get unloaded. They're receiving hours hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. I arrived at 3:30 pm and had no problem getting unloaded.

Nathan Boulware: As a contractor that prides myself on honesty and integrity, I choose to do buisness with suppliers that share the same values. For this reason I will be buying materials from one of the other many brick suppliers in Springfield. Not only have I had one bad experience, but now I have had two, which both have cost me hundreds of dollars. On the other hand, I have had the pleasure of working with all the salesmen. I would recommend using any salesman in there except Jared.
Precious Blankenship (Presh): Horrible place to unload. I wouldn't bother getting here until after 930 am. They leave you sitting in the street. Almost got rear ended more than once. After they clear enough trucks out to get you in the driveway they are no longer in a hurry to get you out either

Paul Tucker Jr.: I'm so pleased with this purchase. I normally check reviews before something like this, but did not because it was a gift for me. Looking now, I see all the excellent reviews and know they are genuine. They did an amazing job. It wasn't an easy install as I have a 600' steep unpaved driveway that really needs a 4WD to get up. I said I have a truck and could pull up the granite. They allowed it and got the job done. I ordered a massive island top weighing between 1000 and 1200 lbs. 8 people showed up and were more than capable of the task. The lead guy checked on his guys and orchestrated everything perfectly. After a move of the slab, he asked if everyone was OK. He mentiond watch the wall and the light fixture. Don't lay that there... They had the proper equipment and manpower to get it into my house, and perfectly place every pre-fabricated piece. He was so conscious as to not damaging anything which I appreciate because I was a plumber for 22 years and that was my mindset in customer's homes. He's a true professional. I find that level of professionalism and ability rare these days and I'm so glad that this business is who completed the work. Thanks to all of you who helped! Buy your granite from these folks or whatever else they offer. I was only interested in granite.

Marianne was such a breath of fresh air for me as I didn’t even know where to start with selecting the best granite for our renovation project. The installation occurred on the date promised. The installers were not 100 percent satisfied with one of the cut pieces of granite for our countertop, so they returned it back to the shop to replace it with a different piece that met their standard of excellence.
