Katrina Goff: I was sitting in my driveway talking on the phone to my daughter, when a man with a clipboard walked right up to my car. I open my car door to see why he was at my house. He immediately stated his sakes pitch, which I did not request, he told me several of my neighbors were having their roofs repaired and my roof had faded shingles, etc. He asked if I was the homeowner again I did not ask him to come to my home for a quote. I said yes, he asked if I was the sole homeowner. I said no and he questioned when my husband would be home. The whole time my daughter is hearing the whole thing and tells me to tell him I’m not interested because I wasn’t. He hears this and gets very agitated, he moved from the opposite side of the car to the side I was on and positioned myself sitting on my retaining wall too close to me. He asked when my husband would be home again and I said I wasn’t sure and was not interested in having him look at my roof. He would not budge. He started again telling me what he observed walking up the street that my house needed. I told him that there was no need to tell me anymore that I was not making a decision on anything without my husband. He Kelly talking and trying to show me details about what his company does. I said I’m sorry but I’m on the phone with my daughter and I need to get back to her. I told him that he could leave a business card if he wanted and he said pointing to himself, I am the business card. He said for me to give him my phone number but once he left he wasn’t coming back, I told him I was not giving him my phone number and why would anyone want to do business with a company that they could not call if they had a question or concern. He still would not leave until I demanded that he leave my property. He left shouting at me walking up the street where I couldn’t see a license plate or if he was actually in a company car. I never requested a quote and would never do business with a door to door roof salesman. Beware! Creepy, Obnoxious, and Scary.

Let them do their sales pitch and I'll admit, they have a superior system to the traditional one. However, just too pricy for us at this time with all things considered. ($40k for a 25sq roof.). Hoping to move forward at a later date in our forever home.Original review as of 2020:Had a greeter come to my house and speak with my wife about the roof as it was missing shingles. She gave him my contact info and sent him on his way. Shortly after a receptionist called my number to confirm the 5 o'clock appointment set for the next day (Which we never set in the first place). I told her politely at first we were not interested but she continued to push the subject and try to pressure is into setting an appointment. I had to be very blunt and tell her to stop talking and remove us from their list by the end of the call. From the reviews I've seen from employee it sounds this may be a management issue/ internal pressure to complete a certain amount of scheduled appointments/quota. Regardless, this was very unprofessional behavior from the business and I was not impressed. Two things to take from this: (1) Don't schedule appointments without client consent. I shouldn't have to explain why. (2) No means no. If someone isn't interested tell them "Thank you, have a good day!" And hang up. Dont keep pushing.I welcome feedback from the company on this experience if you wish to reply.

John Hunter: I was curious as to how much a metal roof would cost for my home. When given the estimate (after a very friendly conversation with 2 reps. For about 1 hour), the cost was outrageous. But then I would qualify for discounts if I agreed to write 2 reviews, place Erie ads in my yard and sign a non disclosure agreement re; the price after discounting. I did not agree to these terms. Even when switching to their asphalt roof the estimate was apoplectic. Their sales folks were nice, but their prices are out of sight. I never did find out what the after discount price is. Couldn’t recommend them on this basis. They have to realize that folks shop and compare price before buying!!John Hunter,Muskogee. OK

He then sent me an invoice that he logged as 2.25 hrs of time, but when reviewing my Ring footage he was there an hr. Nevermind the subpar work that i couldve done better at, but when I asked about how much time it really was the owner said it took him 30 min to drive from his house that he calls a "shop", then 30 mins back to his "shop", and 15 mins to write an invoice. We paid him to avoid any sort of conflict, & because the owner gave me a story about his wallet being stolen, etc.Side note: the welding job before mentioned did in fact leak on the boat. $315 for absolutely nothing

Not My World Not My People: I drove all over the city looking for somebody to do the welding I needed and everyone made excuses except for this guy. He was flexible with me and he got the job done and he did a quality job without making any excuses. I won't be calling anyone else from now on.

Immanuel Gardner: Awesome guy! Came out same day they were called to weld a gaming chair for me. Unfortunately, the chair was made with inferior materials so, though the welds were done to perfection, the original material around the welds didn't hold up. C&L refunded half the cost after discussing in detail what would be needed to truly fix the chair. He didn't have to do that since he essentially did exactly what he was asked and went above and beyond to help find a solution.

clifford kennemer: He came out and gave and assured me he could complete my welding job. He further assured me if I was not satisfied or the job was completed correctly he would redo it. He could not complete the job as he said he could. It took numerous times calling and texting to get him to respond. Every time he came out we had to pay more money. When I questioned him about not being able to complete the welding job he had insisted he had done before he became very rude and cursed and made excuses as to why he had not completed it.I finally blocked him. I would never advise anyone to use this company. They might be able to do small welding jobs, but larger jobs are apparently out of his expertise.

They were also able to covered an old fireplace cleanout that was no longer used with pieces of the scrap siding. While onsite the owner made a couple of recommendations about the edges of my roof that would make my home more watertight.
