Allen Blevins: Hunter was very knowledgeable about materials. He also gave an estimate and I questioned why it did not include so much a square for plywood. He said almost every job has some damage. We figure in an average and include in the bid. Doesn’t like to nickel and dime after fact. Refreshing!!

David Griffith: Called to made an appointment company never showed up. I called had they had the person call me that was supposed to show up and said due to the weather they weren’t gonna be able to inspect the roof which is understandable but never bothered to call me so I wasted half a day off work to be here. I would not recommend using them at all. I would go with a different company that wants to show up on time or that has enough courtesy to call and let you know they can’t make it due to the weather. My appointment was at 10 AM for reference it is now 1040. Not a drop of rain yet. Rain is still an hour away according to radar so take this review how you will. They probably won’t show up on time.

Jane Cook: DISCLAIMER: I have not used them to repair my roof!We had a bad hail storm and wanted an inspection done to see if there was hail damage on the roof (only 6mo old). I was curious what he would say as everyone seems to be able to find something wrong just so they can get another job. Tom said it was in great condition and the hail had done no damage (he even showed me a video he took of the roof!). I had questions on existing sheet rock damage and he was very knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciated his honesty and advice. He even gave me a contractor contact to help with the repairs on the sheet rock.When a business is honest and not just in it for the money and want what’s best for you, that’s who I trust and use.

RCLaws3: After searching for months trying to find a roofer who would get back to us, we were recommended Bliss Brothers Roofing by an acquaintance with personal experience with the company. Unlike previous companies - one who wanted to merely caulk the leaks and call it good, and another who came, saw the age and damage of our roof and rendered us an insane quote - Reagan Bliss & Co. promptly arrived to inspect the roof and settled on a reasonable figure and timetable.Reagan was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and left the inspection with us reassured with the quality of his team's work. He accepted half payment upfront for materials, and half upon completion. Within two weeks of receipt of payment, his team was at work replacing our roof. In three and a half days, the work was complete. Katrina Goff: I was sitting in my driveway talking on the phone to my daughter, when a man with a clipboard walked right up to my car. I open my car door to see why he was at my house. He immediately stated his sakes pitch, which I did not request, he told me several of my neighbors were having their roofs repaired and my roof had faded shingles, etc. He asked if I was the homeowner again I did not ask him to come to my home for a quote. I said yes, he asked if I was the sole homeowner. I said no and he questioned when my husband would be home. The whole time my daughter is hearing the whole thing and tells me to tell him I’m not interested because I wasn’t. He hears this and gets very agitated, he moved from the opposite side of the car to the side I was on and positioned myself sitting on my retaining wall too close to me. He asked when my husband would be home again and I said I wasn’t sure and was not interested in having him look at my roof. He would not budge. He started again telling me what he observed walking up the street that my house needed. I told him that there was no need to tell me anymore that I was not making a decision on anything without my husband. He Kelly talking and trying to show me details about what his company does. I said I’m sorry but I’m on the phone with my daughter and I need to get back to her. I told him that he could leave a business card if he wanted and he said pointing to himself, I am the business card. He said for me to give him my phone number but once he left he wasn’t coming back, I told him I was not giving him my phone number and why would anyone want to do business with a company that they could not call if they had a question or concern. He still would not leave until I demanded that he leave my property. He left shouting at me walking up the street where I couldn’t see a license plate or if he was actually in a company car. I never requested a quote and would never do business with a door to door roof salesman. Beware! Creepy, Obnoxious, and Scary.

Let them do their sales pitch and I'll admit, they have a superior system to the traditional one. However, just too pricy for us at this time with all things considered. ($40k for a 25sq roof.). Hoping to move forward at a later date in our forever home.Original review as of 2020:Had a greeter come to my house and speak with my wife about the roof as it was missing shingles. She gave him my contact info and sent him on his way. Shortly after a receptionist called my number to confirm the 5 o'clock appointment set for the next day (Which we never set in the first place). I told her politely at first we were not interested but she continued to push the subject and try to pressure is into setting an appointment. I had to be very blunt and tell her to stop talking and remove us from their list by the end of the call. From the reviews I've seen from employee it sounds this may be a management issue/ internal pressure to complete a certain amount of scheduled appointments/quota. Regardless, this was very unprofessional behavior from the business and I was not impressed. Two things to take from this: (1) Don't schedule appointments without client consent. I shouldn't have to explain why. (2) No means no. If someone isn't interested tell them "Thank you, have a good day!" And hang up. Dont keep pushing.I welcome feedback from the company on this experience if you wish to reply.

John Hunter: I was curious as to how much a metal roof would cost for my home. When given the estimate (after a very friendly conversation with 2 reps. For about 1 hour), the cost was outrageous. But then I would qualify for discounts if I agreed to write 2 reviews, place Erie ads in my yard and sign a non disclosure agreement re; the price after discounting. I did not agree to these terms. Even when switching to their asphalt roof the estimate was apoplectic. Their sales folks were nice, but their prices are out of sight. I never did find out what the after discount price is. This roof was a large commercial flat roof. They put on TPO overlay and did an outstanding job, finishing very quickly. Kimberly Umberson: Your driver just tail gaited us BAD on HWY 412 westbound in Arkansas. We were going over speed limit a little bit mostly going speed limit and he still wasn’t happy. Then around 12:45pm he crossed a double yellow to illegally and unsafely pass. Tell your people to drive safer. Slow down, mind the rules of the road and leave earlier if they need to get somewhere on time. I’d expect this type of driver in California, not here. I hope your drivers are more responsible with their work than they are their driving.

Virginia Hickey: We had recently gotten a quote for a gutter repair. The first quote that we got was for over $350, and we were told that there was probably some rotting of the wood behind our soffit. We were told that our house would not pass inspection unless we replaces the gutters completely. But when Glenn stone came out to give us an estimate he said that the two minor things that needed to be fixed we’re not worth charging us, and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He said he wouldn’t feel right charging us anything and we could not be more pleased with the work that he did. Even though it was a quick job it was a very big deal to us because we thought we were looking at hundreds of dollars worth of work. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their gutters repaired or replaced.
