Jerry Sparks: We had a very bad experience just trying to walk in the door here. To be honest not really sure if it was another customer or an employee that jumped all over us at the door so we left. the store lost a $500 to a $1000 sale that day.

Cody Weikel: Very nice little store just off the interstate in a travel plaza. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the pottery. Take time to look around and you'll find something unique. It's really cool that it looks fancy, but you can use it eveyday in the oven, microwave, or freezer.

Christen Beck: Female staff was rude to my child when she simply brought me a toy to ask me if she could get it, she rudely got onto her and told her to put it down unless she was buying it because of germs. I didn’t even get a chance to answer my daughter therefore I walked out and will not ever buy anything from them.

OG Wade: I always enjoy going to Earthbound, I’m not sure if it this particular location or what but today I was literally asked by 4 different people in less than 10 minutes if I needed help. I was really trying to live in my moment and enjoy my shopping experience. However your employees literally were getting on my nerves. I understand that maybe I look interesting enough to be followed around the store. Which I don’t mind.. cas it’s just something you get used to.. But they did such a great job that they completely ignored the Middle Aged Caucasian woman throwing jewelry in her JCPENNEY bag today. But y’all don’t care about that right?

Erika Barnes: This is a very high-class store, the men that run this store are very polite. I had a wonderful experience shopping. I will warn anyone, this isn't a "cheap" store, prices are high because the quality is high.
