Christen Beck: Female staff was rude to my child when she simply brought me a toy to ask me if she could get it, she rudely got onto her and told her to put it down unless she was buying it because of germs. I didn’t even get a chance to answer my daughter therefore I walked out and will not ever buy anything from them.

Nicole Cherie Aguilar: Brought our mother here from out of town for souvenirs at about 4:15 pm when Google clearly says they are open until 5 pm. The doors were shut and the ladies inside said they were closed. Very misleading for those who are from out of town.
Destiny Johnson: Was early for a flight looking through the shop with my boyfriend and sat down afterwards on a bench in front of the shop and had two police come up to us interrogating us about a T-shirt we “stole”. The cops checked our things and the cameras (and obviously found nothing) but it was absolutely ridiculous. Don’t come here unless you want to be accused of theft when trying to pass the time.

Pookie DeCocq: Absolutely the cutest little shop. Wish I had known it was there sooner. Lots of treasures priced very fairly! I'll be stopping by frequently now. Owner Debi was so welcoming and friendly!

Janet Deckard: I have been to this little hideaway a number of times. It is so charming to browse through. Spoiler alert: you will find something you didn't even know you need! Every week they have new items here and there. Get a coffee and give Stuff a visit. The is a one of a kind furniture and accessories shop next door on both sides too, so you could make it a morning.

Jennifer Pleiman: I recently moved to Springfield and don’t know the area too well. I came here after being horribly treated by a worker at mystics in north Springfield. I had purchased a salt lamp from them and the worker didn’t give me the cord/light with it. I came all the way back to the store to get it and she told me sternly that it didn’t come with one. Really? I knew for a fact it did (it wasn’t the first one I had purchased from them) aside from the absolute obvious but her unwillingness to help me, her complete disinterest in the store in general and the way she talked down to me calling me “hun” (I must be 10 years older than her) I will never go back.I go to Renaissance books and have the total opposite experience. The workers are incredibly helpful and even happily spared me cord and light for my salt lamp like it wasn’t a big deal because it wasn’t.. we go to these stores wanting to be in an environment like Renaissance has. We want to be around knowledgeable people who care about their customers. I’m glad I found a place to shop I’m welcome at :)

Anne Griswold: This place is super eclectic and amazing. It is a great place for gifts for people. There are lots of cool things, gifty things - that are also"blasts from the past".They have a large selection of socks, as well as oven mits - with really cool quotes and funny captions.They have lots of jewelry, and books. They have fun things, relating to astrology, anime, woodsy themed clothing, and other similar things.We never get tired of looking in this store. I'd highly recommend to at least check it out.

Josie Hoover: Love the new product and the new set up, however I kept overhearing the staff making rude comments about the customers in the store, especially if they were asking for pricing and information on the items they sell. I didn’t want to buy anything there after hearing the way the staff talked about customers.Very disappointing, I used to know the people who worked here and they were very sweet and kind, they’ve moved on to different jobs, and now I can see why. I can understand how frustrating it is working at the mall during the holiday season, but talking rudely about customers while they’re literally in earshot of you is bad customer service behavior. I’ll definitely be taking any of my shopping for this store online instead of in store.

We looked through the store and I ended up grabbing a super cute t-shirt.I loved that they had items you wouldn't find in just any store. Very unique and kept things fun and interesting to look through. The associate that was working while we were there was very friendly and check out was a breeze.Overall: AFun and unique offerings.
