Joey Eakins: Food was tasteless and absolutely no seasoning on it. I can’t for the life of me see how people are raving about this place. If I had to eat this kind of food, I would rather hitch hike to Louisiana in the snow than to drive to this place down the street. Way overpriced for what you get too.

Robin Wiese: Sorry - I truly am - but for the money we just paid I am NOT impressed. Very bland - absolutely no flavor whatsoever in either the shrimp creole or the red beans and rice (which I was really looking forward to). Oysters were dry, shrimp was *eh* ... and as I mentioned there was NO seasoning. Such a shame.

Billy Roberts: Tried for the first time this Saturday, very close to authentic gulf food was very good food, brand new building, very clean, extremely warm and courteous service, pick up only could have used some picnic tables as we live out of town, the to go for gumbo, dirty rice ,red beans and rice and definitely the fried shrimp and catfish, I do however wish they had combo meals wanted to try the alligator also but maybe next time

chad stewart: This little place is amazing. Wish I would have known about it years ago would have saved many hours of driving to the gulf to eat. Portions are good size and cooked perfectly.

Myka Watz: I dont understand why everyone is saying that the food is so good here. I gave it a second chance but it's just so bland. Red beans and rice tasted like cardboard and the frog legs were bland and undercooked. Staff was pretty rude too. I wouldnt waste the cash.

Josh Bender: Reading the other reviews, I'm seeing a common theme. Food is great, staff sucks. I agree. I was reminded of why it had been so long since I had eaten here... When you act upset that you have to get off your rear to come take my order, you probably shouldn't be in the food service business. Only reason its not a 1 star review is because the food is actually really good. Now if they could match their staffing to that....
