Upon going back and pick up the rest of the stainless steep jewelry I was blind sided and accused of theft as there were so many I was placing them in my pocket, which I stated to the manager originally that I would have some in my pockets as well. Well secret shopper wouldn't listen. Said I was stealing even though I would have ZERO reason to take tacky ear rings. Looking at them comments I see this is normal. Loss and prevention people aren't doing their job and harassing anyone who looks homeless or aren't dressed up. Do not come here. This facility needs closed down.

After how they, a female cart wrangler/greeter in particular, literally just saved me from going under, im leaving another one. about 45 minutes ago i was shopping at WalMart. On the way out the door after i checked out, i stopped to talk to a female employee ive talked to before. Upon doing so, i laid my zipper case wallet in the shopping buggy and wound up walking right out the door. This female employee found it and promptly turned it into the customer service desk. I was 200 yards away from the store before i realized id left it there. In this zipper case was cash, drivers license, social security card, and a debit card with quite a sum of money on it. Health insurance cards. EVERYTHING! After i got it back i asked this lady if shed take a reward. She said, No. But ill take a hug. And a hug she got! Maam, ill give you all the hugs you want til Kingdom Come! Your type of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I WILL relay this great deed youve done to Corporate! I have their contact info and already tried to contact them, but theyre closed today. Idk exactly what else to say, except that if you and this WalMart location ever need me, im there! Ill pay ANY price for yall.

The checkers are the same as always unhappy,pitiful, angry, probably need food, a cigarette and a break. But everywhere you go to shop in town it is said that new fokes are not showing up for work. That is their main excuse anyway.

We had to pause our busy day to prove her wrong about the issue she presented She then proceeded to make snide and rude comments as we were finishing checking out. How about instead of auditing your customers try hiring more staff for checkout lanes.

Josh Dobbins: The store is great. I called looking for a carrot cake on Mother's Day and as I expected, there were none to be had. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it was the guy in the bakery. He said he was wrong and had found one and even held it for me till I could come get it. I forgot to get his name but that was above and beyond. (southside ElCamino Alto location) Thanks again. The gas station, on the other hand, is frustrating. I waited in line for half an hour as I watched half the pumps remain unused as they were for vehicles with passenger-side gas doors. You can only use those pumps if your gas door is on that side. Silly. The amount of money that I would have saved getting gas at Sam's club was eaten up while my truck idled in line for so long. Maybe I was just there at a bad time..

Jay Smith: I'd avoid the optical center because it is all done using telehealth. You spend more time waiting for a Dr. to come online than actually doing your eye exam. Cost the same as seeing a real Dr. in person in any other location.
Alex: I mostly just go to Sam's pharmacy on (EL Camino Alto.And they are literally just the most amazing most caring and helpful pharmacist's and technicians and techs and just 110 % all around service I love how they have taken time to actually get know me and just well everyrhing they do for me has blown me away .unlike all the other pharmacy that jjst dont say anything or wvsn say high at other places here at sams they are so sweet and caring ppl and they are well aware that some of my medication I really really worried about especially due to the medication shortage because I'm epileptic and my seizure meds are extremely important I mean majorly majorly important and they have just blown me out of the water by letting me know personally that I have nothing to ever worry about that they will always make sure that I am very well taken care of when it comes to any of my medications because they know that I'm trying xiety type of person when it comes to medications that keep me from going into grand mal seizures and they're just amazing amazing wonderful tight little pharmacy at Sam's Club on El Camino and hands down I give them infinite amount of Stars if there is a medication something confusing that came in or whatever they get right on it and they call me and let me know right awayand call me and they fix it and make me not to have that worry or anyting they are amazing amazing loving caring people actually care about their customers and patience is I would call

Ernest Murray: Good afternoon to Reliable Mazda. We bought a brand new CX 5 yesterday and it was not detailed. We returned today to have the detail completed and I was told NO I COULD NOT TEST DRIVE a new CX 90. Unless we were to buy that vehicle TODAY we were unable to drive it because the dealership didn't want to put miles on it. So Monday morning the new SUV WILL BE RETURNED
Donnie D: My car makes a clunk sound when I turn the wheel sometimes. The mechanics couldn’t find it and blamed it on my driving. The car has 12k miles on it. The mechanics are young and already know everything. I’ve had many new vehicles in my 30 years of driving and never had an issue. So much for the extra warranty I paid 5k for.

There were several things Luther told us we needed done (battery, fuel flush, etc.), but Reliable didn’t find ANYTHING, including issues with my battery. Less than a week later I was stranded due to a dead battery. Go to Kansas City or Tulsa!!

Rachel Scott: I made an appointment for a oil change two weeks in advance. I came in to get it changed and was 10 minutes early. They let me know it would only be an hour. An hour and a half later I asked if they were done serving my vehicle and the guy said yes. He told me it would be just a second and he would get me checked out. He came back and told me that he hadn’t gotten to my car yet and it would be another hour. Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and left. Why make an appointment if they are gonna treat you like you don’t have one?
Letter FromAFarmer: I have had nothing but horrible communication and service here. Well today I bought a new 2022 CX5 turbo and a new 2023 CX50 turbo from SUPERIOR MAZDA of Bentonville. Plenty in stock and amazing service. I called last night and was there at 8:30AM for both of them. I will be going there for all service going forward. Reliable keeps not being reliable.

Tilley Family: Took our 2019 Mazda CX5 to this dealership in June, they left out our cabin filter and our engine filter. So for 2 week we drove this vehicle without these filters. Took it back to a Mazda dealership in BENTONVILLE, AR and they sent me a video of both of these filters not installed. I would not trust these techs @ the Reliable in Springfield, MO. Will never go back there!!!!
Holly: If you are a first time car buyer be aware that the finance department will lie to you. We were told we could only get this amazing lower interest rate if we purchased the service contract for an additional $3700. Which I take responsibility for being excited about buying a car and not taking the time to really read everything single thing in the paperwork. But it's disgusting and they should be ashamed that a business has zero issues lying and taking advantage of their customers. I know we will never recommend this dealership, and I personally will go out of my way to expose their shady business practices. But it only gets worse, after taking the car we purchased there to get an oil change we notice a scratch on it. So my car got scratched while in your possession but when I called about it of course no one is going to admit they accidently scratched it and believe me that extra $3700 I'm paying doesn't cover the cost of fixing it either.

They"referred" me and made me an appointment at another dealership, he told me he talked to a certain person called them by name..(so I thought)He also told me he was pretty sure that my warranty was going to cover the cost of it allThey (meaning Mazda service center) also told me that they would have a loaner car at the other dealership for me while they fix mine.I got to the other dealership, they didn't have a loaner, they weren't really expecting me.I asked for the specific person he told me to ask for, I told her what he told me..... she wasn't even at work the day he called.AND MY WARRANTY DID NOT COVER IT.This guy right here is why I don't usually let mechanics/dealerships work on my vehicle.Warranty or no warranty I will never go back.
Yasmine Salem: I love my Mazda but salesman Casey Kelley likes to push people and will go as far as to tell you that he's "bugging you" with his emails just to get a response. I didn't like how he kept calling and emailing. My current Mazda still drives fine.
Chris Greig: For years they have been my go-to for service on my cars but I don’t think I can vouch for them any more. I got an oil change two days ago and just realized that the puddle forming under my car in my garage, which I thought was water, is actually oil. It’s been leaking oil since the oil change. Not to mention I was told the service would take one hour but I was there almost two. They say they close at 6 but don’t try calling even at 5:45, you won’t reach anyone.This is in addition to last fall, when I requested and paid for a custom alignment. The tech told me he could not print the results because the printer was broken. I didn’t think it felt quite right and a couple months later I took it somewhere else, and their “before” alignment measures confirmed that Reliable Mazda did not in fact perform an alignment.EDIT: Changing from 1 to 3 stars. They fixed my car with no complaint and were very apologetic. I understand errors happen but it could have resulted in damage to my car and I now have an oil puddle clean-up project in my garage. Still not thrilled but appreciate that they owned up to it.

B Early: Sales person had two meltdowns in under thirty minutes and then just walked off. Came back from a test drive and had to search to find someone to return keys. That person didn't even ask if they could take over the sale or help us. We were prepared to buy that night but after getting the strong impression Reliable Mazda was not interested in selling we drove to Kansas City to buy a car. Ended up getting the CX-9 and we love it.
