Gearhead Curios on Route 66: The drive was good, outside of that... Damaged cases, broken bottles, even broke the pallets. Driver noted it on the BOL but I am being told 130 days for them to review and offer compensation. Wow, they damaged it in 3 days and it takes 130 to make it right.

Jr Walker: They broke 21 solar panels 4 were missing and tricked me into signing for the whole thing and brought the broken ones out last. They didn’t even feel bad about it didn’t repay me for my gas had me wait there an hour knowing that they were broke because they don’t have you come pick up until they unload it and see the whole order that was in clear plastic so they seen it and knew. Might have to take them to court

While there were some issues getting my pallet to me, NONE of these were Estes fault. One particular employee, James, went above and beyond! Kristian Hansen: Last Thursday I got a call from FedEx Freight, scheduling my package drop-off for the next day. Although it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, that wasn't a big deal. The delivery was supposed to be between 11am and 5pm. Since I needed to be there to help take it off the truck, I worked from home on Friday.No delivery Friday. I called multiple times before their location closed. I've now called their number multiple times this morning, with no contact. I even contacted the main FedEx line, and they weren't able to reach the local branch either. I don't really mind the delay, or having to unnecessarily work from home. It's mainly the complete lack of communication.

Evelyn N. Weber: Terrible experience. I cannot reach a real person - only a robot that won't accept my questions or answers. I have a package in limbo from Pakistan and I have no idea where it is or why it has not been delivered. From what information I can obtain the package is either in Ava or Springfield and I cannot contact either place. I guess they expect me to drive 60 miles to Springfield and knock on their door - and probably be told the package is not there. They could be nice and give me this information over the phone. And the tracking number does not work for reasons I can't explain because it does not make any sense. This could all be resolved quickly if I could talk to a real person. This is not a situation where one size fits all. I've wasted so much time on this that I would give them NO stars if I could.

Phillip Poitevien: DO NOT sign up for Wilson logistics paid CDL program, ESPECIALLY if you are coming from somewhere far away from Springfield MO. If you are not progressing quickly enough in learning, YOU WILL BE STRANDED IN SPRINGFIELD MO. As I type this I’m sitting in a hotel room that I need to be out of by tomorrow at 11am, it’s currently about 10PM local time. NONE of their recruiters will ever explain that this can happen(I’ve seen it happen to others since I’ve been here). Their “95%” success rate on students passing CDL exams is not bc their trainers are really good, it’s because they dismiss anyone who isn’t breezing through their program. Find another way to get your CDL. Please don’t leave your family, jobs, lives, just to be stranded here.

I'm grateful I've been brought on board here.The trucks are top-notch and not without their share of quirks, but that's what gives each truck a unique personality.It's also nice that it's a small company. There's a bit of a royal prestige in seeing another Wilson truck out on the road and I quite like the rarity of it.
Sam uselton,sr.: I started with Wilson Logistics in October of 2016, as a driver in the Dedicated Local division for Kraft-Heinz foods in Springfield, M0. I worked my way up and am now the night shift supervisor there. I came to Wilson after driving for a much larger truckload carrier for 25 years and 3,000,000 miles, and they were good, but I’m MUCH happier here. I can’t speak about the OTR divisions, as I started here as a local driver, but Local is great, especially night shift (we get paid more at night). If you just come in to work, do your job, which is an easy job (80% of the time, Crosstown drivers don’t even have to open the trailer doors) then clock out and go home, you’ll like it I think. Basically, if you take care of their business, they will take care of you. I’ve had some recent, rather serious health issues, and they have been nothing but absolutely supportive of me. Wilson is a good, family run company, and I’ll work here as long as they’ll have me, or until I win the Powerball, lol.Check us out!P.S.: I almost never write essay-type reviews, so yeah.
pocketz _: After 2 years almost 3 years hands down this is probably the best company I worked for I really enjoy working with them and when it comes time for me going home I've never been late going home can't say that for other companies that claim to care about drivers Fleet managers know your name the people at the company are all nice the other drivers are chill and relaxed and their trucks are all new and well taken care of they even come with DirecTV when a problem comes up they really do try to help you fix it that's my opinion and if you're looking for a trucking company and you want to start off with one that's good I'd recommend these guys

Mark Barnett: After working 2.5 years with the parent company I lasted 4 month on nights with this company. Never met the owner, skilled in as400 tms with minimal training. They discarded me stalking me on off duty hours via my personal cellular device they abused my rights as a US citizen in my own home I own and have lived in for over 10 years to exploit my hard work ethic learning the work. Influences impacted me at Missouri State University where I am an Alma mater least educated in my family most educated in their field. Sincerely do yourself a favor by never working for this two faced entity. They use financial assets to exploit people without contributing to their success. Working in management they tried to push me back on the road with a CDL A many didn't have, they didn't provide, tried to push me out of management onto the road. After their abuse in the workspace of management I desired not to be harmed serving an entity that didn't respect their parent company or everything it to took to lead me to them. Putting my family's life, and mine at risk from the worst work experience I've ever had prior to my employment prior to them. They exploited me for information they had no legal rights to. Trying to tap me to give them information they didn't deserve. They had no legal rights to, while exploiting HR rules and pretending to have my best interests I'll go to hell as a Christian long before ever serving this company ever again. I value my family's rights far above this entities exploitation of anyone with a lesser valuation financially. I told them in emails after they pressured me to share information, but they didn't believe me. I never want to work for Wilson Logistics. Ever. I hated my time with them since they saw my value other departments ruled over dispatch in which they operate approximately 95% of their revenue. Don't choose to be with Wilson Logistics.

Dennis Kidd: Never been treated so disrespectfully to pick up my husband’s package. I’ve picked up plenty of packages here with no problems but now, they Said that he can call to verify that I can pick up the package THEN changed her mind as I was calling and say I need a copy of his drivers license to pick up our package. No that we can even come back later since they close whenever they want no matter what the hours on the door say. Very lazy customer service.

C Williams: 3/4 times there are more staff than customer and there is a 10 minute line. No drop boxes, you have wait. They also don't stock UPS boxes, specifically so they can charge $5 to $8 dollars for their boxes, even if you are overnighting or 2nd day air. I ship a lot and try to only use this a a drop off, but that still takes 10 minutes.

B B: If I had entered a review a month ago, it would have been 5 stars for their friendly helpful service in the past several years. Today was horrible. I had an item to return to Amazon. I had printed the return label and handed it to the lady. I'd given them items before without packaging and it was no big deal. She said it'll need a envelope, not telling me that'll be a charge; will a padded one be okay. I said sure, if that is what they need to do. Then at the end she tells me that'll be $3 for the packaging. What? Waving the label, she said what do you think this label is for, it attaches to a package, duh. I said forget it, I'll use my own package and wanted the return label back so I could attach it to my own packaging. She said she had to cancel the label. What? Asked how am I to return it then. Told me to call Amazon and figure it out. I got angry and said what the F (I apologize for the outburst) and demanded my label back. The man in there overhearing this told me to leave and never come back. Wow. What a switch in customer service. Time to use a different UPS location. I cannot recommend this place. They need to train their people in customer service.I did call Amazon, they were super! I asked for a new label. They took care of the return and told me not to worry about returning the item, and that the refund will be handled. That is the way customer service is to work, help the customer, not hinder them.
