Smiley: If you are based out of FLORIDA, do not apply here. I was told on several occasions they do not hire. (Not even an above Tampa, especially below) which is funny because I got referred by someone FROM Florida employed with Prime. Save your time & do not even give them your information or social security number. I would have understood if it was seasonal but to be told no hiring from Florida. Not sure if it’s due to freight issues or just prejudice. This company is Anti Florida & lacks in communication. Very disappointing. Prime you should let people know online you Do not hire from Florida under any circumstances not even seasonal before taking peoples information & save everyone’s time. To all my Floridians I recommend Swift or CRYST trucking.

Brian Chapman: DO NOT come in on Mayfair. Pulled in had trailer tires changed, and ended up giving the load up because the delivery was so tight. Ended up getting the truck tires changed because they were below 4/32.

Brian Curtis: Arrived to inbound bay 7 at 1023 on 12/1/22. Pulled into bay at 1053. Exited bay at 1202. 99 minutes seems excessive. 3 trucks left bay 8 while I was there. Not FCFS I guess. They did tighten drive belt on reefer. Still 69 minutes in bay seems excessive

Most drivers dont realize how much support they have at Prime until you leave to go somewhere else and realize how great it is to have someone on the phone 24/7 helping you when you have issues on the road. A++ company.

Starr Ivory: When he had a train to get my CD l's spent over 5 weeks there didn't get any adequate training 2 hours of training with split between 4 people everybody gets 30 minutes of trying and then the trainer is off and running and it's OK they condone that situation and people are graduating from there but still have not really got the full driver's truck driver experience I'd never even left the pad at the company I have sweet stayed on the pad I had negative drivetime and a whole bunch of other stuff so this is my post for this company I strongly advise if you're gonna look for somewhere to 2 are be properly trained this is not the place

John Hoesch: Prime is the most safety conscious trucking company that I've ever seen, and have the pleasure of working with. As soon as you pull into the inbound Bldg they're all over the truck and trailer checking everything. The safer our trucks and trailers are, the better it is for everyone involved, and everyone around us on the road.

Heather Bridegan: First of no business is perfect. Always room for improvement but Prime is a decent company. Most employees there care about the drivers...they are friendly and helpful. If i were looking to go to a school i would go here versus the others out there but thats based on my experience and knowledge of the industry. Always do your research.
