Shayla Morrison: I kept a velvet couch and chair set in one of their climate controlled units for 6+ months, as well as a bunch of other stuff, including wooden furniture. We have everything back now and nothing smells even remotely musty, nor was anything damaged in any way. Safe, clean, and secure.

I had gotten behind on payment due to a family emergency and theh worked with me best the could per thier policy. It may cost a lil more then some other facilities, but the cleanliness and security well makes up for it. If fella in office seems temperamental, I am sure it due to him being busy, I have always be treated with respect thought.

HH VanLecktor: Kiosk outside is absolutely impossible to use. I had to try and scroll through 17 pages of stuff. The the stupid thing would not let me enter my date of birth. I have demanded my money back.UPDATE : Just to be clear, I DID PRESS THE HELP BUTTON MANY TIMES ! No one came online. I went back through the many screens multiple times and all the information appeared correct with the exception of my "date of birth" which would not process after many attempts. I had also gone through all these questions and fields while at home when I originally made my reservation for the storage unit. Finally, another issue was that the screen intself was almost impossible to use as the direct sunlight was hitting the screen making it virtually impossible to see. While I was there battleing with this thing TWO other people stopped and said they had trouble making it work also.The owner was very pleasant and did refund my deposit. The bottom line is that when NO ONE is in the office during the daytime and you have a problem with the KIOSK = GOOD LUCK !

Kate Macharia: Kansas Expressway Self Storage employees were very helpful through the transition of providing me a storage unit 2 1/2 years ago, & they were just as helpful & informative when I had no longer needed the unit. They are professional & dependable. Monthly payment did increase during my last month using unit by $5-$10 due to inflation. They were good at sending emails about the recent change before payment deadline. So, it was no surprise!! Overall very pleased. My belongings being at this specific storage unit definitely gave me peace of mind. In great area away from criminal activity. A few of my furniture such as a mattress, leather sectional, bottom of dining table, & TV did get damaged a smidge due to mildew & mold. Nothing Clorox Mold & Mildew remover can’t fix. Furniture still usable after clean up except for mattress. They don’t tell you this but, I highly recommend buying plastic sheets or blankets so that there is a barrier between the item(big furniture/appliances) and direct open air. To keep your belongings dry, simply place silica gel packs(purchased at your nearest hardware store) in your boxes before sealing them. Keep items off the ground as much as possible. Obviously I wasn’t aware of doing these things considering it was my first time getting a storage unit. Take my advice & go with it far. Promise you’ll thank me later!
Pentax Fotog: I needed an indoor storage unit for a newly purchased pop-up camper. The owner didn't have one available, but he moved his new Kutoba tractor out in this sleet/snow storm so I could get my camper under cover. He even took the time to help me push the camper into the unit. That is what customer service is all about. Lot very clean and great location.

I have worked with Anita at the front desk and she has been so accommodating and helpful and her customer service is a Five Star!!!! We have always rented a Climate Control Unit since it is in the summer that my kids belongings have been stored, and when we come back in August to move out, everything has been just as we left it. I would recommend Eastway Storage to anyone. Five Star for sure!!!

Michael Gibson: This is the best storage facility in SW Missouri! I rented a unit for almost 8 months and it was wonderful. Very safe with keypad entry and cameras everywhere. Inside is climate controlled which makes moving in winter or summer months so much easier. Conveniently located just off E Sunshine in Springfield. The inside was always spotless and didn’t smell musty or old. Always fresh and clean. Plus Ruth the property manager is so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend them and would rent again!

No-ones Business: I’m leaving a 1star review because I cannot tolerate businesses that are not customer friendly. I needed a unit on Xmas Eve due to some unforeseen Xmas plans. This place offered an online sign up and posted my move in date as Friday, 12/24. Perfect, I thought. Just what I needed. I was given my access code and my space number and figured all I had to do now was fill the unit. Well that didn’t happen. When I arrived I was unable to get into the building and the offices were closed. So it appears I can’t access my unit now until Monday which is too late. No where on their website do they offer a caveat that online sign up requires human interaction and one’s access may be delayed. If I cannot get a refund there will be sparks.
Amy Hunsaker-Williams: I am a licensed Realtor and professional home stager. I've utilized Sixty 5 Self Storage for a year now and I could not be happier. My home staging furnishings and accessories have to stay in prestine condition. Sixty 5 is extraordinarily clean. The doors and hallways are extra wide and they have large service elevators. The building is safe, secured, and climate controlled. The service is also spectacular. Eddie and Ruth are take excellent care of the building and their customers.

Jessica Edwards: IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR STUFF AGAIN, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! My wife and I sold our house in January and packed everything up to move. There wasn’t anywhere else in Springfield with a large unit readily available so we settled for this place. It’s not in a very nice part of town, but we thought everything would be safe because we were told guys patrolled all night. Unfortunately, the “maintenance guy” who was part of the patrol cut our lock off, stole over $10k worth of stuff, and this place did nothing but refund me the money I had paid in ADVANCE. Based on other evidence, the guy has been robbing more people, and as far as I’m aware the owner nor management has even notified anyone else. This business is a poor excuse for a safe place to store your personal items! Before and after pictures of our unit, plus pictures of the guy’s car getting impounded from the storage.

Ginni Sawyer: I got a unit today and went back to our my lock on in and there was still a red lock on it. I went back to the office and the worker was already gone for the day. I called and left a message but it looks like they wont even be in the office until 1 tomorrow. And I'll already be at work by then. So I won't be able to put anything in my unit until Wednesday. That's kind of annoying. And also they should give a military discount for service members and veterans. Othwe than that I love that is is secused with a gate entry and the worker was friendly just wish he had removed the lock or had an emergency answering line.

Tomy Sikes: Was good for a while until the security system was tested an it is no good , cameras don't point really at anything the video that the cameras do take is horrible I had over 5 to $7,000 worth of stuff stolen out of my storage unit and they can't find any video except for two guys with two little boxes. Plus this happened last month and we just found out about it today... You want to trustworthy storage place that has good security I will not trust this place.

Tami Zumbach: Don't ever be late. I was 2 days late and had to pay a $20 late fee.Owner does not work with you at all

Mandy Sims: I've had a unit with them for years, I've never had any problems, however, the new owner on numerous occasions has been rude, my fiance died and my unit keys were in his truck that I could not recover they want $40 just to cut my lock, no sympathy or understanding. Then I past due by exactly 40 days now, I've had complications with my pregnancy and I received an email that my unit is already set to sell. Never before has that happened. Not even given 60 days to be late before seeing to sell. I am beyond unhappy with the new owner.
Doug Thieleman: I've been using this facility for years. It is clean, secure and well lit at nite. Unfortunately, the gate is closed from 10pm to 6am.

Leslie Latta: Great place. This guy to some may appear rude and unprofessional to some people on here, but he's pretty cool actually and my stuff was very safe. He really a nice guy and will protect your stuff.I never worried about anything. I'd rent here again with no problem.

Alexander Ditty: Adequate and nice staff that live on property. They are slightly more expensive than some others and my units leaked a little water in the front but I expected that and made adjustments accordingly.

Brian Skinner: He has no problem with protecting his patrons who steal they could have a unit full of stolen goods and there is nothing he will do to make sure the owner gets back there property either as long as they pay he will protect them . But it's not 100%his fault the law's here also protect them too.
Brandi Jenkins: I wouldn't recommend anyone to go thru this company. When these units had other owners it use to run so much better!This new owner is very rude & unprofessional! He will still make you pay a late fee of $15 DOLLARS! even BEFORE the grace period. Which is very steep for a late fee in my opinion. He has told me that the grace period is 5 days, then I would go in on the 3rd or 4th of the month & he would still make me pay the late fee & tell me I'm late even if the previous day was Sunday, when the shop is not open! He will even block your code so you can't get into your unit after just the 1st OF THE MONTH if you have not paid yet, even if you are just dropping something off, BEFORE THE GRACE PERIOD once again! So what is the grace period for?His rules/policies don't add up & they are very vague on the policies paper. These units are just ran very unprofessional.I have been with these units for over 2 YEARS & have paid every month ON TIME! I have never had any problems with anyone before this until I have came in contact with this guy!The old owners were very respectful & professional & I wish they never sold it.
Dean Cunningham: Came her to help a friend move some things out of storage. Place was very clean. Units appeared to be good sized. Have to have a code to get in so I would say it's fairly secure. And the price seemed fairly reasonable
David Mardis: Clean units staff willing to work with you good place, new management/owners now, very attentive to the place. One person on site round the clock. I was deployed and my wife did not lock the storage properly, they were able to contact me and I was able to get the pro let fixed.

Lana Latimer: Ideal location however monthly price continues to rise with only a quick email notification. I have had a unit for almost 10 years and my monthly cost has doubled. I appreciate the security but wish access was available outside of the 6am to 10pm range. I have been told by an employee if you are their after 10pm, the gates will lock you and you have to wait (sometimes 2 hours) for security to arrive.

Eran Reed: I only used this place one time but i had the best experience possible with a storage facility. It was after hours and I could not get the door to open on my unit. So I called their support number and they had someone out to help me within 30 minutes, remind you this was all after business hours as well! Highly recommend this place for any storage needs!
