Ryan Blamey: I stopped by on a Friday to use a self-service bay to use the sprayer after fixing a power steering leak so I could make sure the leak was resolved. I swiped my card where I saw it said it would charge me $2.00. I sprayed the spots off. Put the sprayer up and left. The following Tuesday I noticed a $10 charge on my debit card that was no longer pending (so not a temporary hold). I called and spiked with Matt and explained. He told me there’s a red button under the card reader you’re supposed to press when you’re done or it will continue to charge your card and give you access to use the sprayer, brush, etc. until a max of $10. I told him I didn’t see that instruction. As a note, it may have been there and I didn’t pay close enough attention, I don’t know for sure. He told me he’d look at their system to make sure it had charged me the $10 and if so he would refund the difference. Less than an hour later he called and left me a message saying he did see the charge and he refunded the $8 to my card and it should show up within 7 days. He also reminded me for future use to make sure I press the red button when I’m done. I appreciate that I could easily reach someone and that they were not only reasonable but quick to resolve my concern and explain how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them again. And I’ll remember to press the red button! Thanks Matt!

Michael Hynes: This is a hidden gem if you have fur babies. Self wash rooms are surprisingly clean, big wash sinks for even the biggest puppies. Multiple types of shampoo and conditioner and a really nice doggy dryer that did not scare my babies. The staff was super friendly and eager to help if needed as well....

I don't like these big automatic carwashes coming through killing all the self service car washes. My car is nothing special, paints already fading but I'd like to hold on to what's left on there as long as I can. NOT run through the gauntlet heavy scrubbers filled with rocks and road debris of the 200 cars in line in front of me, no thanks.

Brian Mires: I spoke to the owner before washing my car.I can attest this is not only a clean, well run, easy accessible and in a great location but a SAFE car wash too.His video monitoring for everyone's safety and site safety is best around.So while you clean your car just know that ur safety is also one this carwash owners top priorities.He or an attendant is on site during the busy times to spray down vehicles before going into automatic car washes which you don't see at other self service car washes with auto washes either.It is busy on the nice days so be prepared to, possibly have to wait. Patience is a virtue and you meet nice people why you wait too.

I do hope they decide to put new ones in. Anyways, I have used their self-serve bays before. They are great, high pressure, hot water, good soap. Gets car very clean and spot free with spot free rinse.

However, today the manager decided he was going to use the leaf blower to clean the lot and was literally blowing all the trash, dirt, leaves, and small rocks right at my car, door open. When asked to not do that, the response was “you saw me working”You saw me putting money in your machine, uh hello!!!

But somebody said these folks had the bad vacuum cleaners. he's either terribly mistaken, or a gosh darn liar. Very good vacuums, you might want to check to make sure the door flaps are closed, sillywell I'll tell you again, they got the scrubbers and they got the change machines in the boss so got some some toiletries wipes sponges what not. there was a man named Max Devlin out there selling Rubber Chickens and back up balloons, very nice man very very nice you just disappeared on me I bought a couple things from him and then he was gone. I didn't see him again until about 4 hours later he and Connie came walking around the corner, laughing and giggling, holding hands like a couple of school kids dot-dot-dot those wacky wacky people. Connie sure does make friends fast! It must have become good friends because he's been around the house quite a bit. All in all here's the deal, if you need your car washed then you can do a whole lot worse than this place. It's a good one boys it's a good one!

Paula Barnes: I went thru the wash on 06/05/2023 and bought a $10.00 wash. It didn't even clean the bugs off of my windshield. I went back thru to get washed again and the 2 African American gentleman working was rude and disrespectful about the whole incident. They said that's what the bug station was for, & I needed to use it. I told them that I only have one leg & that is not feasible for me to do that, & that is why I chose to come too this car wash. They proceeded to tell me they did not know what to tell me and that they wasn't giving me a wash until I demanded to talk to the manager or get the customer service phone number which they did not supply me with so I got online found this website and tried to make contact. One of the gentlemen then came back and said he had spoke with the owner and that they were supposed to clean my windows and then run me back through the wash which happened but I should have never had to go through that when I told the gentleman that I had one leg they should have just rewashed my truck without any problems. I used to be a club wash member at your establishments but you can be rest assured I will not be back ever.

Paige Norris: You get what ya pay for, I suppose. The back of my car never gets clean. And I have to say—why is there a tip jar? It’s one thing at the drive through car washes where there is an attendant at the very beginning, that sprays bug remover, or whatever on your grill and hood before you drive through, but these attendants literally do nothing but wave you into the lane. And maybe even if the tip jar was after the wash instead of before the wash? But still. I worked in the service industry for 25+ years and I would’ve never asked for a tip before I provided a service.
The Kelderhouse's: I used this car wash once and it did an ok job. Nothing to write home about. Vacuums had almost zero suction. I do want to thank in n out on N Glenstone for indirectly steering me to Blue Iguana on E Kearney. I came to in n out the other day for a wash and the gates were locked with a closed for maintenance sign. Blue Iguana was just around the corner so I went there. The attendant met me and showed me my options, gave me a free car wash with all the bells and whistles and even let me try the wash club for a month for a penny. My car looked awesome!!!! The free air freshener was nice too! Plus it's a Christian business! I love to support Christian lead businesses! Blue iguana from now on! Thank you in n out for being closed!

current resident: This car wash is terrible. I went through the automatic car wash and my vehicle was still dirty. My truck bed was full of dirty, soapy water. I would have expected better for the prices they charge. I had to go straight to another place and re-wash.

SUMMER HEATH-HOUGARDY: One of my favorite car washes. I wish they'd let us play music loud though. I play Christian worship music when I vaccum my vehicle and Ive had employees at a couple locations get mad that I told them if my music was blasting out foul language I'd understand but it's worship music my kids are singing along so it they got problems with Jesus and His music they have a problem in their heart. They have handheld tools to get vehicle more clean I just really like it especially the locations I can hand wash my vehicle

Bob Johnson: I went to use the self service car wash. I couldn't figure out at first how it worked. I finally figured out you drive up to the payment machines like normal and they have a self-service option for $5. My truck was pretty muddy and for $5 the time I was allotted was enough to hit the whole truck with soap through the sprayer and then do an entire rinse with a sprayer. The bays were very clean, the equipment worked just fine. The one thing I did miss was any kind of a warning when the timer ran out, other self-service car washes typically have an alarm that beeps as you get close, this one the water just shuts off. I'm definitely going to be back.

All card readers in the three of seven available lanes do not work, the trash cans are full, and nobody is ever here to remedy it. The last time I was here it was the very same, plus homeless people were sleeping in the only lane that worked. Bo Hunt: Lightly scratched the hood of my new truck. Filed a claim & lady on hand took pictures. I called several times and left messages to return my call. 2 1/2 weeks later the manager called. They decided to do NOTHING. Terrible customer service, a good company would of had my hood buffed. Will NEVER use Blue Iguana again.
Thumper: Excellent monthly deal...does a great job cleaning my cars outside. Plus I like that it sprays underneath to remove any salt. Free vacuums and towels to use to get that clean shine inside and out. You can sign up online and start going everyday.

Dylan Johnson: Customer service wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nobody was rude, there just wasn’t anyone to help me. I got the top wash I could pay for and the dust on the front bumper of my truck wasn’t even removed. It is not a lifted vehicle. 2022 Tacoma. There are still bugs on my headlights and windshield, as well as the side windows. I do not expect the same results as when I hand wash the truck, but taking a majority of the bugs off the grill would be nice. I am currently hand washing the truck after paying for it to be washed at the Sunshine location. Not a huge deal. It was also frustrating that the vacuums weren’t on when I tried to use them after a wash. If I am mistaken and the vacuums are supposed to be turned off at a certain time before they close I will admit I am mistaken; however, nobody was around to answer my question of if the vacuums were on or not. Which was frustrating at the time. They weren’t rude and they didn’t damage my vehicle, they just ignored me and didn’t really clean it. In my opinion not worth the money unless you need an undercarriage wash. I wouldn’t call this place awful, I just wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend based on customer service or the final product.Services:Vacuuming,Car waxing

Scott Swope: Used to be the best automatic car wash in town, have been a customer since they opened. For the last 6 months or better there are several components of the car wash that don’t work and despite telling the attendees about the issues, nothing has been fixed. This leads to a terrible wash meaning i am wasting my time and money. With new car washes in the area i had high hopes they would understand the importance of making sure their facilities were on par, but unfortunately they are not. Looks like it may be time to switch.***update*** the issues have been resolved and the car wash is back up to the quality they once were. the only reason that this isn't 5 star is that it took a bad review to get the problem resolved.
Ida Choate: I have had a membership at Blue Iguana for a few months now. My husband went through the car wash and his paint was chipped all over his truck. All over the hood, down the side of the truck and on the roof. We told them and they said they pulled the cameras and could not see anything. I bet not since they are chips.
