Dan Robbins: They did an exceptional job today! I went mid morning at a slower time, the crews had time to do their job and the young man who delivered the car was conscious and proud of what he delivered.

Jason Parker: $40.00 for a car wash and this is the wheel well after. It was the same before. I asked if he thought this time the wheel well would be clean if I got a higher prices wash since I buy a cheaper one normally. He said yes I was hesitant as I have done this before. They are consistent that’s for sure.

Once again (not my first experience) the service lacked ALL of these things. They washed my rubber mats and wiped down the dash. I had to (once again) vacuum out my own car and will be ending my visit to this location. I was asked if I wanted to see the manager. Why not just bring the manager with you when you know a customer is disappointed in the service. Poor customer care.

CMGeek: I usually get my car professionally done once a year is my birthday present to myself. This is the first time I've tried this car wash. And I'm a little disappointed. I know they told me to check it out when I was leaving but I didn't want to inspect it I figured they should know what they're doing. They were really polite. The outside car Wash you have to drive the car yourself. It's pretty powerful and they probably should have told me to close my mirrors because it blew one of my tiny mirrors down and I couldn't get it to go back up so I had to pull it off and I'm going to buy another one right now. They probably should have reminded me but maybe it's not a responsibility to check my backup camera. It was done really quickly from the time I got there till the time I left with only 17 minutes and that included me paying, going through the outside carwash myself, then giving them my car to do the inside. I realized I only paid $45 but I thought they'd spend at least 15 minutes cleaning inside. I'm not sure how big their supposed to be but they didn't even pick up the one mat it was still down and clean around it the other two mat's are at home because I had started cleaning the car out myself yesterday ( pulled out the third mat as there was only one mat in the car) here's the pics cuz just even the handles around kind of dirty. I know my son had cleaned one of my vehicles with just some kind of spray and scrubbed it himself and he was able to do that pretty clean. But I'm just disappointed cuz this is a treat that I was gave myself my birthday now I still have to go home and do it myself plus they don't have clean the bed out so I still have to go to a do-it-yourself car wash and wash the bed out myself too so I'm a lot more to do and I've actually been some of it before I even got to the car wash. It's definitely quick if you just need two more superficial clean and you're in a big hurry. The outside was very shiny. The whole drive home I kept waiting to smell the lemon scent, but they must have forgotten it.

Dana Rives: I love being able to drive thru car wash any day!! The only issue I have is when I get the inside detailed I never know if it’s going to be a really good job or just a mediocre job. I keep my car very clean, only drive it a couple of times a week and get the inside detailed once a month so it doesn’t take a lot of effort to make it really nice. The staff is extremely friendly and very respectful. I’ve been a member for about five years and love it!

The windows were almost perfect (to me, that's one of the most critical parts of detailing) - the other one I've used in the past did a really horrible job on the front windows! I will definitely return to the South Campbell location.

It cost extra for rubber mats which was unexpected up front but i gave it a try.. even with my membership. My windows are all covered in smears, huge distracting at night. They did a poor job wiping things down. Half clean half dusty in several places.. Left one of the rags in the back seat and there is still dirt on my mats and streaks on the doors too. I think they should stick to vacuum only and not try and do something they cant offer. I dont feel like being the guy to say you missed this or that after service is completed. Grant Lanphier: Hello! my name is Grant Lanphier and I have a petty serious complaint. On Feb 02 2022 I visited the car wash on South Campbell in Springfield MO and received a carwash. It looks like I was charged $10.00 and another $32.99 on the same day. When you pull up the attendant takes your card and pushes the buttons for you. Every time I go there they try to offer you the monthly thing I always politely say no thank you. I am usually one to keep track of my checking account but a few days ago I saw that MCW charged me another $32.99 and it made me do a little research. You guys have been charging me $32.99 for over a year for something I never signed up for. I have all my bank records that proves all of this. On July 21st 2022 I went in for another inside and out carwash on my 2022 Equinox. With tip and everything it was $40.00. Apparently you guys were still charging me the $32.99 on July 5th 2022 and still tried to offer me the subscription for the monthly plan to which I said no again. You still continued to charge me until this month when I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. I've never heard of signing anyone up for anything without their written consent and it is extremely aggravating for the consumer. Overall, you stole about $450 from me in the year of 2022 without my written or verbal consent. I will be following up with whoever I need to follow up with. They decided to do NOTHING. Terrible customer service, a good company would of had my hood buffed. Will NEVER use Blue Iguana again.

Thumper: Excellent monthly deal...does a great job cleaning my cars outside. Plus I like that it sprays underneath to remove any salt. Free vacuums and towels to use to get that clean shine inside and out. You can sign up online and start going everyday.

Dylan Johnson: Customer service wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nobody was rude, there just wasn’t anyone to help me. I got the top wash I could pay for and the dust on the front bumper of my truck wasn’t even removed. It is not a lifted vehicle. 2022 Tacoma. There are still bugs on my headlights and windshield, as well as the side windows. I do not expect the same results as when I hand wash the truck, but taking a majority of the bugs off the grill would be nice. I am currently hand washing the truck after paying for it to be washed at the Sunshine location. Not a huge deal. It was also frustrating that the vacuums weren’t on when I tried to use them after a wash. If I am mistaken and the vacuums are supposed to be turned off at a certain time before they close I will admit I am mistaken; however, nobody was around to answer my question of if the vacuums were on or not. Which was frustrating at the time. They weren’t rude and they didn’t damage my vehicle, they just ignored me and didn’t really clean it. In my opinion not worth the money unless you need an undercarriage wash. For the last 6 months or better there are several components of the car wash that don’t work and despite telling the attendees about the issues, nothing has been fixed. I usually do the cheap wash, but last time I decide to do the buy one was get one free since they have almost doubled the price of the cheap wash. I got my paper receipt and went on my way. I went back for my free wash today and my receipt would not work when I scanned it. I asked one of the girls that was working if it wasn’t working because I bought it at the wash on sunshine and she said no it should work. She then got another girl to come over and she told me that I had bought the wash just over a month ago and they expire after a month. I asked her if she would honor the free wash since I had no idea about the expiration (and they market it as a buy one get one free wash) and she refused to make it right.

Dave: This is by far the best Blue iguana in Southwest Missouri. They have a conveyor belt that pulls your car along so no matter if you have a car that is slammed down to 3 inches or a massive monster truck, this car wash is capable of cleaning it. There are no slider bars beside the conveyor belt that limits the width of your tires or the height of your car clearance. The people that work here are all very friendly and professional. All in all this is the best automatic car wash around. The manager of this one is cooler than any of the others and same with the employees.

James Dejonge: I visited mister car wash today and paid $40 for their best package including interior. Plus a $10 up front tip. After they were done I pointed out all the dust on the doors and was informed that the interior package no longer includes wiping the doors down it only includes a light vacuuming and the top of the dash and windows cleaned. What an absolute rip off. If you want a basic wipe down of your interior goto blue iguana and do it yourself don't waste your money at this place. The inside did look cleaner, but I notice the spots missed such as around the phone charging outlet, the dash near the windshield, the top of the door at the front of the windows...these were still dirty. If I had purchased a cheaper package, I wouldn't have thought twice, but I had purchased the most expensive package to have the car detailed. I would still go to them, but won't purchase the most expensive package anymore

Why is Mister having their attendants stand by the kiosk just to ask for tips? They don’t even wipe down the cars after the wash anymore like they used to. This tip stuff has gotten way out of hand and it’s annoying.

His public attitude, spiritual nature with customer service, and positive outlook are positive attributes of what quality employees can look like working for this company.

I let them take my car through the car wash and it detracted off the rail, I then spoke to the manger and nothing was done about the incident. The staff are great but what happened today was unacceptable, if you plan on coming here to get your car cleaned I advice you to go elsewhere.

Derick Cot: I have the unlimited package. As normal they ask you to look it over once it is done. I noticed dust on the back seat by the head rest and that my driver side door had not been wiped off at all. I asked if they could wipe the seat down and the door they missed. Their answer, I’m sorry we don’t offer any packages that wipe down door panels or seats. If this is true I will take my business else where.
