Both were beyond amazing, down to the perfect meatball and sauce ratio in my opinion to ensure every single bite was full of flavor.And don't even get me started on the customer service. Ethan was quick and beyond nice, even with things getting crowded pretty quickly. It was also amazing to watch him remember people and talk just like old friends. Jeff Bromberger: Old fashioned friendliness and food are much appreciated. Old fashioned payment options are not. We've lived in Springfield for 4 years and this is the first time we've ever hit a cash only business. Yes, there is an ATM, but paying a $3 service charge to buy a $5 sub is not a great customer experience. Would love to come back, but please consider getting something like Square. We'd be more than happy to be charged extra to cover transaction fees for the convenience of not having to carry cash for this one situation.

I drove 10 miles for a door dash, she looked right me said “No” cleaned more then walked over to the two bags I was to deliver and dumped them in the trash right in front of me. Daryl Brown: Honestly, the quality of the food is hit or miss. But this visit proved to be great quality. My main complaint with this location is proper heating of the restaurant. It's always cold/drafty. We enjoy dining inside, but in the winter, they don't seem to run the heat. They actually had all the ceiling fans on tonight, even though it was in the 40s outside.Kid-friendliness: My two picky eaters always seem to eat fine here.

Finding parking is terrible. Be prepared to parallel park. Most of the menu pics online showed $7 for a large. It seems there needs some updating as $10 was the price for my Nightmare (a meatball variation). I didn't mind because it was going to be good when I unwrapped it at home. Unfortunately, my wife and I were underwhelmed. It was just ok... nothing special as I was anticipating. Stephen Perkins: Great place for good food. The baguettes are good, far better than anywhere else in the are. The cinnamon buns are delicious. A little sweet but moist. We normally pick up various baked goods for a special but the other day my wife got an Asian Salad that was fantastic. Michael Vest: Crowded during peak meal times. Sandwiches are fantastic. However, watch out for someone else grabbing your sandwich when they call your name, especially if you have a common name! Some random person grabbed my sandwich, and I didn't notice until I got his. The personnel, however, handled it like champs. The hot sandwiches are excellent. I haven't tried the cold sandwiches yet.

Christopher Eason: Yesterday was the first time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's. I stopped in at the Glenstone location, I took some time reading the menu, and was greeted with a nice "Welcome to Jersey Mike's". The staff was very friendly and asked if they could answer any questions for me. The young man that made my sandwich was extremely professional and even recommended a few options. I got a giant club, grabbed a mountain dew, and some chips, and then went to pay. My card declined and I figured it was just my chip so I asked him to run it again. And again, it declined, I said well this can't be happening I know I have money in my account. Now the line is starting to build up, people are behind me waiting to pay and I check my phone and realized my truck payment had been Auto withdrawn so I didn't have as much money in my account as I thought. The staff was very generous, and understanding, they help me out and I got my sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed but even more so because of their professionalism and their kindness. I will now be a regular at Jersey Mike's. Not to mention the sandwich was REALLY GREAT, and I'm only sorry that I hadn't eaten at a Jersey Mike's, sooner in my life. Today I will be going back in not only to get a sandwich but to leave a very generous tip. With all the negativity going on in the world it was nice to see their professionalism and kindness. I figured letting somebody know that their staff did a fantastic job and I hope that the staff get some kind of recognition. Well done!! And Thank you.-Chris-

Daniel Keenan: Got two large mushroom steak and cheese subs. That's what I always get when I'm here. Very good. Update: changed my 5 star review to a 1 star because service totally sucked. My two regular workers that are usually there, were not today 2-3 -23, waited amost 10 mins and all the order taker did was cut meat while customers waited to put they're orders in. And they had 6 to 7 employees working at the time. Left without placing order. Very disappointed and for that, 5 stars is now 1 star. This was the sub shop on Glenstone. After leaving, went to the one on Battlefield and even though they were busy, still got waited on in a very timely manner. Battlefield Jersey Mike's still is 5 star in my book.

Brandy Bell: I go to this location pretty often for tea time since it’s the closest to my house and it never fails this location has the absolute WORST customer service. There’s multiple times I will wait 10 minutes in line when there’s no one in front of me and they’re just doing to go orders letting me wait to the point it’ll be past yea time when they ask if I need anything. Today it took 10 minutes and when I asked for the discount since they took so long they said it was one minute passed time lol. They’re rude, slow, and have no customer services skills whatsoever. Needs management help.

Floral Gal: I had always wanted to try this place but it usually has a line out the door on the weekends. this was on a Friday during the day and there was no line whatsoever. And the lady who took my order was very nice. It’s kind of like a Panera with no pastry/bread side. There are quite a few different sandwiches as well and lots of other things to choose from. The Ruben looks good and the pastrami New Yorker looks good. I got the king which is like the club sandwich but with double meat. It really is enough for two people. And I don’t say that lightly. It’s like two sandwiches stacked on each other. I got potato salad which was nice. It’s kind of like egg salad only with potatoes. They also have chips and other sides. It was so fresh and delicious! We’ll worth the price. If your going to spend 9 something you might as well spend an extra couple for the good stuff. They asked if I wanted pickle on the side then forgot to put it in there lol. But I highly recommend this restaurant. Sooooo good!
Corrigan Burks: The steak and pepper sandwich had a whopping 2 pieces of steak. I get that protein is the most expensive part of the sandwich but damnnnn. Next time tell me before and I won’t order it.
