Chris Beard: Let me say this, the waiter was great! The 30 minutes we had to wait to be seated, while people who arrived there after us and chatted it up with the hostess then got seated first was very aggravating! The menu on Google doesn't match the what's acutely on the menu. My wife found a hair in her food and the waiter kept making excuses for the kitchen. I will not be going back anytime soon!

Carl Mahana: I really wanted to like this place. I liked the feel, and while small the seating felt private. The Salad was very good. My wife had the Reuben sandwich and she liked it well enough. The service was fast and good. But then I got my pasta. They delivered the worst plate of Spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had. The pasta was water logged and over cooked. The "homemade" meatballs were bland and without a doubt microwaved. Their microwave was in need of replacement too, because some of the meatballs were mushy and some were leathery. I ate as much as I could the image I have attached is half of the unimpressive portion. You could be a pretty good deli but please drop the pasta from your name and your menu.

Kate Hedberg: Wondering if we ordered poorly, but we were not impressed. Ordered pick-up, was ready in ten. Neither one of us would eat the turkey sandwich; the alfredo was quite bland; and, while the tomato soup had great flavor, the massive chunks of tomato needed to be blended. So we didn't eat the soup or sandwich (blech). Pecan bar was suuper tasty though. Based on other reviews, I think we didn't pick their best dishes. Seems like salads and desserts might be better choices.

Their meats... hell, I don't know big enough words to describe how delicious their meats are. Carisma Wantland: First time having their subs and I have to say we were very happy with our experience. Everything was delicious and we agree the bread is awesome! The subs and drinks were both larger than we expected which was pleasant surprise. We will definitely be repeat customers. Joel Parsons: Completely got customers order wrong that i delivered. Had to pay out of pocket for cookies. Then when i call back DUSTIN tells me i told him the wrong name and lied to me on the phone about what happened while i was in the store. He was rude to me for his mistake. Cost me money and time on fathers day while im working in 92 degree heat.

Keegan Lile: Finally tried this place yesterday after years of living here, and I have been beyond remiss having waited so long.I ordered a large meatball, and a couple of the famous cookies I'd heard and read about. Both were beyond amazing, down to the perfect meatball and sauce ratio in my opinion to ensure every single bite was full of flavor.And don't even get me started on the customer service. Ethan was quick and beyond nice, even with things getting crowded pretty quickly. It was also amazing to watch him remember people and talk just like old friends. Jeff Bromberger: Old fashioned friendliness and food are much appreciated. Old fashioned payment options are not. We've lived in Springfield for 4 years and this is the first time we've ever hit a cash only business. Yes, there is an ATM, but paying a $3 service charge to buy a $5 sub is not a great customer experience. Would love to come back, but please consider getting something like Square. We'd be more than happy to be charged extra to cover transaction fees for the convenience of not having to carry cash for this one situation.

Matthew Robison: The gent at the counter, Ethan maybe?, was awesome. I was going on 3 hrs of sleep after spending the morning in the delivery room. Wife wanted a sub and heard about this shop. I was probably borderline incoherent but Ethan put our order together, made suggestions, and delivered amazing food + many congratulations on our new one. Will always come back here when I want a sub. Amazing people, amazing service, amazing food.
