I drove 10 miles for a door dash, she looked right me said “No” cleaned more then walked over to the two bags I was to deliver and dumped them in the trash right in front of me. My group had clearly overstayed past closing while we were catching up but the workers and shift manager allowed us to wrap up and then kindly reminded us about closing. Floral Gal: I had always wanted to try this place but it usually has a line out the door on the weekends. this was on a Friday during the day and there was no line whatsoever. And the lady who took my order was very nice. It’s kind of like a Panera with no pastry/bread side. There are quite a few different sandwiches as well and lots of other things to choose from. The Ruben looks good and the pastrami New Yorker looks good. I got the king which is like the club sandwich but with double meat. It really is enough for two people. And I don’t say that lightly. Loretta Brewer: With restaurant prices rising due to economic reasons and covid you know you will pay more for the same food. However the potato soup I got today was as watery as dishwater and had a comparable taste. Wake up people with so many restaurants offering potato soup there are no reasons to purchase this slop when I can drive a few blocks for much better.

Brad Hopkins: First time coming here and I was very happy with it! The food was very delicious and I enjoyed it a lot! It's a little high priced for what you get honestly, the portions are pretty small for the overall price. But the quality of the food is great and I would definitely like to try it again down the road. Also Broccoli cheddar soup for the win!! It's incredible!!

Alyssa Pleasant: The service at this location is always very friendly. Sometimes chains have a tendency to have better or worse food at varying locations, but this one always has good food. The salads are delicious and fresh, and their potato salad is the best. They’ve been working on a repair/remodel for several months now which is frustrating but they do have plenty of seating and it’s usually very clean. The lemonade and sweet tea are always exceptional at this location too.

Patrick Mccoy: Skip this place and eat at your destination. Painfully slow service if you order food. If you make the mistake of ordering food here remind them every five minutes that you have a food order and you may get it eventually, otherwise they'll forget you are there and what you ordered.

Brian R: Stale tea, employees that spend 5 minutes looking in the same cabinet for 5 minutes for cups, then another coworker notices and brings up cups. Only 1 employee is working the rest are all just standing around. No drive, no cleaning as they go.

Mark Barto: If I could give them a zero I would. We ordered our food and sat for 30 minutes and then realized that other patrons were being told their food was running behind and offered appetizers while they waited. We are then had to go over and ask about our meal. They responded with oh! nd ran to the store back of the back. They came out and said that there was a has leak and that we could get something else. My meal was $25.15 and I left a tip of $5.08 and there was no waitress. We got the tortilla soup and chips and a memphian sandwich and no time did they offer to make up the difference or accommodate us in anyway at all. McAllister's and the airport should be ashamed.

Tina Budnaitis: Unfortunately they aren’t prepared for business. No sandwiches made before lunch and they forgot to warm up the soup of the day. Offered to only make the fresh menu but nothing grab and go was ready. Disappointing since its the only restaurant in the airport.
