Raymond Self: Awesome place sells a lot of different building materials ladders walk board pump jack also sell klink snips which work the best on vinyl siding in my opinion.Also they have a metal break in the warehouse that u can use to build drop edge faca flashing it's in great condition aswell

Greg bo: Semi drivers use exit 75 from I44. Truck entrance is very tight. This route puts the building on your left. Much easier turn. Unload sometimes fast sometimes slow.
Carolyn Flores: My siding was done less than a year ago, most of the detail work is falling down already. I called them out once for repair, and now they have to come out again.
MISSOURI GUY: I'm not a customer of yours and never will be. If your driver's can't park at the business they are going to or simply don't want to that isn't my problem. When they park in my lot just feet from a sign that states "Car Wash Parking Only" it becomes my problem. The area he parked in is reserved for our customers to detail and dry their vehicles. He showed no regard whatsoever for my business or my customers. Truck 25413 in Aurora, Mo 4:20 pm on 10/08/2022. I actually had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave.

Bliss Brothers Solar: Justin at Roof Depot is a great help and takes pride in his work. He has helped the roofing side of our company multiple times even outside of regular business hours. Roof Depot, also has very good prices on their materials and does a good job keeping most things in stock.
Scott Franklin: Sold me 40 plus more bundles than I needed and then would not pick up the extras. Called 4 times over 4 weeks and they kept promising to pick up but never have. Used them for two houses but they don’t seem to care about continuing the relationship.

Peter Bass: Answering service is not working well
vic ger: Pick up a load there, and i got loaded pretty quickly.
James Davis: Arrowhead Supply grossly overloaded shingles on our roof which caused several rafters to brake, along with numerous crack in the interior drywall. This excessive load could have broken completely through, posing serious harm to my family. It has been almost 2 years and Arrowhead has yet to accept blame and or make repairs. I met the Arrowhead salesman through a Christian Men's Group and initially thought he would be a man of good character. Neither Bill the salesman nor the company should be trusted. The picture shows over 10,000 lbs of shingles stacked on their side, concentrated in one area.

Jennifer Sizemore: Quite rude. My landlord had told me roofers were coming week before and they didnt... He did not communicate why they did not come when he said they would, but I wasnt too worried about it; I had, however, put the whole thing out of my mind as I was busy with other things, so I was a bit surprised when someone knocked on the door this morning. It was the roofers.... the man did not say hello, did not identify himself, he simply stared at me for a minute and then pointed to my car in the driveway and said "um, you have to move your car so we can shingle your roof" like I was so annoying for parking in my driveway. They seem to be doing an ok job on the roof so I cant complain about that but the encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, when I am a homeowner next year I will make sure to select someone else for my roofing needs.
Bliss Brothers Solar: Arrowhead Building Supply is one of our main suppliers and has been for a few years for all our roofing needs. They do a great job ensuring we have the quality materials we need to get the job done right which helps us get our projects done in a timely manner.
Zach Goodman: I called and spoke to Larry asking him if I could purchase a few pieces of j channel from them over the phone. I simply ask if they could have it ready for pick up. I was immediately belittled and made to feel like my order did not matter because as Larry said “we have a warehouse that we’re loading and unloading trucks I can’t tell you if it will be ready or not.” I then said “ok never mind” and he said “ok” and hung up. In my past experiences visiting, there is virtually no organization in the warehouse. I spent 30 minutes on a prior visit helping one of their employees try and find starter strip. A good company if you are a contractor or spend a significant amount of money there, however if you are a home owner (which they say they try to appeal to) customer service is very lacking.
JonathanG: Arrowhead Is it really great company. They not only provide great product, but also great service and personality. The employees there are respectful and do their best to make their customers job easier. Their head driver and safety manager Jeff Grimm is one of the greatest man that ever had the pleasure of working with.

Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but they have a nice selection of colors and styles of siding, and their prices are excellent! We paid less than half, for better quality siding, than what one of the competition chain stores wanted. And got it delivered free of charge! 🙂

When my family member asked for help, she was always bullied about asking for help and talked about amongst the office staff.The disrespect for someone willing to go above and beyond after being thrown into a position that she was not properly trained on is absolutely disgusting and horrifying.i do not recommend working for this company nor any staffing agency helping them hire. THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU CORRECTLY and will fault you for it.
Ashley Murray: I sent over an email to get some Quotes on August 27th. I have followed up multiple times to see if they have the quotes ready and the response each time is "not yet" and "still working on it". As of September 30th I still have not received the quotes. I guess they do not want my business.
