Stewart Foley: I found Deb through these Google reviews. My mom had reached the point of needing to move near us in Chicagoland. My mom is 84 and experiencing some memory issues which complicated the sale — she lived in the house for more than 20 years. Deb gave me an accurate and honest assessment of the property and told me where we should list it for sale — and it was a little lower than I hoped. But, I trusted her advice and when it went live we had 14 showings the next day and six offers by the next. We reviewed offers the following day, picked the best one which was $10k over asking and it closed today. The part of that story that isn’t obvious is that Deb also did my mom’s laundry (voluntarily), arranged for some clean up and made the transition a lot easier for my mom by being so understanding. Plus, she’s a dog person which really won my mom over. Needless to say, I strongly recommend Deb. She’s not only a good Realtor, she’s a good person. In the end, that’s what matters most.

Michael Sullivan: Very dishonest company hiring contractors who will cover up even blood stained floors and black mold. Company also will lie about new water heaters and HVAC systems. I have experienced complete dispair from dealing with this company and have worked 15 years as a contractor never seeing a more incredible cover up and their is literally nothing I would ever want from this company even if I were to sue them I want nothing from them. Am a veteran and served in the US Army and see truly as veterans we battle more difficulties at home than often while at war fighting for freedom. Hard to imagine but I have walked it and know it to be true.

Karen Smith: Dawn Muir is best and I will tell you why.As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was I was doing on top of an already stressful time with all the unknowns of COVID.
