Montez Thebeau: I have not bought a house from KW but my frustration with them is so high right. On 11/19/2022 one of their Agents hit my car. He had no insurance, no DL and an expired work visa. He promised that he would make good on helping get my car fixed. Guess WHAT!! He has a avoided all calls. However he was kind enough to tell me he was a realtor with Keller Williams and had just finished showing a house(he provided his card) Yes, I have contacted KW, they refuse my calls. As a company how do you allow a realtor under your franchise to operate that does not have a legal drivers license nor insurance while driving from home to home as your representative. I am beyond flabbergasted at how a company will allow a person to represent them in this capacity

Vicky Briers: Scott Strum has been my real estate agent for two house selling/buying experiences over the last couple of years and I couldn't be happier. My first house was sold due to divorce, and during what was a very stressful time, Scott was incredibly helpful and kind. His positive attitude, sense of humor and knowledgeability about the market made the entire experience run much smoother than I expected. I sought his services again in December 2019 and he did a phenomenal job helping me find my dream house. Michael Sullivan: Very dishonest company hiring contractors who will cover up even blood stained floors and black mold. Company also will lie about new water heaters and HVAC systems. I have experienced complete dispair from dealing with this company and have worked 15 years as a contractor never seeing a more incredible cover up and their is literally nothing I would ever want from this company even if I were to sue them I want nothing from them. Am a veteran and served in the US Army and see truly as veterans we battle more difficulties at home than often while at war fighting for freedom. Hard to imagine but I have walked it and know it to be true.
