Judy Burchfield: My granddaughter is now in the 5th grade at the Summit. She has attended this school all of her life. I am constantly amazed at what she is learning. The small classrooms are wonderful. Each student receives so much one on one instruction that it truly adds to the overall educational experience. Wonderful school.

Their model is set up to allow parents to home school a few days a week while still under the instruction of a classroom teacher who they have class with two days a week. The teachers do an excellent job challenging the kids in a way that is fun and engaging. They have a Big Friend -Little Friend mentoring program connecting the Preschool - 5th grade. The older kids will read or work on a craft with younger kids. This helps all the kids gain confidence and creates treasured friendships. This school goes through 8th grade and I have met and seen many kids graduate and move onto High School with great success in academics,sports and music. I do feel they prepare kids to succeed academically, but also as faithful stewards of God. The biblical teachings and how the school implements service projects in the community and globally is so important to a child's development. These kids leave with a strong moral and spiritual character and the knowledge of how to help their community.

The oldest starting about 30 years ago and ending with my youngest about 15 years ago.Each had an excellent education with loving and caring teachers that were truly concerned about our boy’s welfare.They all did well above average on the yearly state testing and the school scored very well as far as meeting state standards and the churches educational board’s own inspections.My sons are now grown up with wives and families of their own. They’re successful in life as well adjusted adults with good morals, good work ethics and a great academic background.I can’t say enough about the positives our family experienced with our kids being a part of this great school program.

The teachers are certified and they truly care, not only for the student, but about the student's education, as well. Most importantly, Truth Academy provided my girls a Christian foundation, in a secure and healthy atmosphere, from which they could build a solid base for their future. If I hadn't had to go back to work we might have continued a lot longer here. The homeschooling part was great for being hands on in her education but was too much to keep up with and juggle working.
