Nicole Cote: I love how efficient Lakeland is. You call that day and depending on the time, that service tech is there that same day if not the very next morning. The techs are beyond sweet and quick at fixing the problem. Talking with the service department, they are so nice and I appreciate them dearly.

David Sekunda: We are a small company and we leased a printer from this company and have a maintenance agreement since about 4 years ago and regret it AND now I can not scan on their HP printer to my email and they want to blame Google and give me NO HELP, customer service manager was smug and rude, unprofessional and actually laughed at me for getting upset with them for not informing us and he could not care less. He actually hung up on me.For a business level service provider who knew this problem was coming and it would effect some of their business clients, not once did they send out an communication warning its customers who have gmail of the issue and have a fix for it, it was handled very unprofessional, I was told they can come fix it but there would be an additional fee ( How convenient for them ).Be WARNED doing business with this company.
John Wolfe: Copy products have issues correcting erroneous billing errors, even after I have provided dated phone records as evidence to their billing mistakes. They are continuing to issue statements and interest charges in spite of my continued communication and evidence. This is disappointing. I will never engage with this company again. Signing a contract with them was a mistake I will not repeat. All this over $40...how sad.

Ka-POP! !!: This company may be good at something but it ain't laminating. Do NOT take valuable posters to them for lamination. They botched two of the five posters I took them - including a FORMERLY PERFECT condition 1987 St. Louis Cardinals poster (which now has two permanent foot-long creases). They said it'd been rolled too tightly. They couldn't use that excuse on the other, however. They gave me a discount for the Cardinals poster. Yeah, THANKS for not charging me 100% for your 60% success rate. Still cost a fortune - $72 for five posters. Upon further review, I found a long crease in a third poster. Blended into the picture a bit so it was less conspicuous. But, still, that means a 40% success rate to me.

I was told the "IN STOCK" means it is somewhere in a warehouse, not in the store. That was very frustrating to me and made me very angry.
