I was told the "IN STOCK" means it is somewhere in a warehouse, not in the store. That was very frustrating to me and made me very angry.

Kelly Bills: While I have never done business here, if the lady who answers the phone and takes care of complaints is any indication of the rest of the staff it would be a real pleasure to do business with them. I initially called to find out who from their company was calling me every other Sunday night or so, but upon searching for them here on Google maps and reading a very mean review I realized I was not the only one receiving these types of calls. That led me to believe their number had been spoofed and the lady who took my call confirmed this. Seems the number calling me was one they had not used in years that was their old fax number and they had done everything they knew to correct this problem including contacting the Missouri Attorney General. I too am on the Do Not Call List Mr. Stevens, however the ability of scammers to spoof numbers these days is amazing. One day my caller ID was showing my own number was calling me! Lately they have started calling using the caller ID handles of City of Springfield and US Postal Service-except when you answer you know immediately the voice is not even American. I'm sorry I did not get the name of the lady who answered the phone because she was a truly pleasant person and I will have a better day now just having spoken with her. Thank you for being the true embodiment of a decent , kind human being. You have a blessed day as well!

carla Yoder: As a business owner, we have spent a lot of money and time working with this company. There has never been any communication for when orders are ready or when they are delayed. They have always done great work and are able to get what we are wanting or needing. This last experience is it for us. We called to go over an invoice with charges for shirts that we did not receive, and charged more than what was talked about over the phone. Honestly, No big deal! I was just wanting to get correct answers so when we sent another order we would know what we are needing to get. I have another order ready to put in and that was something else i was going to talk with them about but the way the owner blew everything out of proportion, got very irate and unreasonable, I will not be placing another order with them OR referring anyone else to them!!! The owner pretty much called me a liar and said that I didn't know what i was talking about. Wouldn't listen to the fact that I did and was trying to explain the situation that happened with his employees and before i could finish he started yelling over me defending his employees like i was putting them down, when i wasn't at all!!!! The 2 employees that were there the day i picked up some more of my order, knew that the ball had been dropped and were so apologetic and willing to do whatever was needed to fix it, But it was friday @4:45 and I wanted to go home for the weekend just as much as they did, So i told them it was not a big deal and I would get them the following week. So like i said, he blew this all out of the water and has lost a good customer. Neis came by to drop off part of the missing order and was super nice and again, apologetic. Hopefully the owner doesn't talk to him employees like he does his customers.

Hannah Nelson: The owner Kevin is extremely rude and as a business owner. does not listen to his customers on small issues that could be resolved easily had he kept his composure and tried to work out the little kinks, there would be no issues. My employer has spent a ton of money with this company to try and keep business local but horrible customer service like this is exactly why business goes to springfield! I have never heard an owner talk to a customer the way he was talking to us. They overcharged for shirts that were not ordered, never made any calls to let us know that the promised finish date was going to be pushed out because of shipping, which is understandable, but communication is always key! I am just blown away at how he handled himself and the employees in the back ground were even laughing at how he was handling himself.

I have a relationship with a printing company in Nixa and was looking to extend my local support.I needed an order of business yard signs printed off, with my cell phone number on it. When I put my order in, I left my business card that has my cell phone number on it. Also, it was written down on a piece of paper to go along with my order.The owner stated, when the signs would be ready and initially they weren't ready. This delayed pick up of my signs over that weekend and into next week. At that time, there wasn't reasonable scheduling for me to pick my signs up during regular business hours. The owner offered to drop them off, which he did the following week.When business signs were dropped off, I didn't realize the cell phone number was wrong. So, I called and left a voicemail off disappointment. Plus, an email. A response email was sent back to me, basically saying there was nothing wrong. I responded back with clear disagreement of the facts.So, the next day I went to this business to return the signs. The owner came out and disregarded my business, because I called them out on mistakes made. They defended themselves when this was clearly a cut and dry situation. The owner initially wrote my cell phone number down. He also had my business card with cell phone number on it. Furthermore, I had written it down to prevent this from happening. Conclusively, when Kevin returned my money it had my business card and that piece of paper with the correct number written on it. So sad. Defending a mistake and losing business. Bad experience. For sure.
