Meagan Tosh: They had pictures laying everywhere and couldn't even find my order because everything was so disorganized and chaotic
Amanda Boyd: The photos are fair quality and quick ... If you can ever find someone to get you your order from behind the desk. A person could die waiting for help around there. You will see staff going back and forth through the doors to the back and no one has any way to help you check out. I have had multiple visits where I have stopped people to ask for help. The workers typically offer to call for help yet no one ever shows up. It seems like it is a quick and easy way to get your pictures printed, but all the time delay waiting to get your order makes it far more inefficient than it could be.

christy johnson: I dropped my film off on a Friday and came to get it probably 10 days later and it was still in the drop box. Maybe they are having a hard time during COVID?
Ell A May Absher: I will NEVER depend on Walmart photo to get an order in time for a holiday or any special occasion and will NEVER trust Walmart photo to handle irreplaceable phots/film for any reason. They are completely unorganized and never even attempt to make the situation better when they have caused so much damage.

Jody Langstraat: I send pictures over to get developed. And they always complain to me about how I send them over. It shouldn't matter if I want to send one at a time or I want to send 20 at a time. I'm the customer. And I'm not getting treated with respect. As of June 2023 I have not had any problems at all my review has changed it's awesome to be able to send pictures over through the internet and go pick them up while you're already shopping.
Oyeniyi Bukola Adeyemi: I am not impressed at all with this useless place. I got numerous phone calls that I have orders ready. I placed none. And each time I asked that my phone number be removed from their list, one officer or the other would make this and that promises. Yet, nothing changed. Don't give them your phone number.

Jeffrey Collins: We had a question about a smoker in the lawn and garden department this afternoon. My wife waited in line at the lawn and garden check out and asked the cashier if there was someone that could answer a few questions. The cashier rudely stated that she was the only one back there and my wife would have to wait until she had time. I have checked out in this department in the past and this same cashier is consistently rude to customers. I am very disappointed in the service we received there and will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Dawn Childs: I brought several item to self check out. The price that was on the shelf is not what rang up. Keep in mind there is no way it was a miss placed item... when the whole row is that product and the sticker says one price for said product. This is becoming a frequent issue. If you can not stock shelves with the right price properly then I'm only going to assume someone in your company is stealing from the customer. I would hate to think that you would risk a class action lawsuit. Please fix this issue. There are people who can not afford you ripping them off.

Brian Simpson: Now not only does Walmart stock shelves during the day rather than over night some dim wit puts the products on the shelves backwards. This slows down the shopping due to needing to turn items around to make sure it is the one you want.
