Family Support Division: what do users think?
Odis Spence: Lazy and slow.
Michelle True: Very professional
Sara Sullivan: I got there right when they opened so I wouldn't have a long wait. The lady that helped me was really nice and polite to me which I really appreciated. The location of it is nice because it's on the square and located close to the fountains there which are really pretty. Nice place to take a walk when your done and look at the little shops. There is a nice coffee house close by to go to. I would advise going when they open if you need services to avoid waiting. Also they open an hour later at 9am on Wednesdays, which I learned when I got there an hour early one day and had to mess around for an hour to kill the time.
Barbi Chadwick: Front desk and another employee from the back was very rude and lazy. Not impressed at all
Rita Smith: The sweet lady that helped me was awesome, so nice and helpful.
Lester Quinn: Just a place of business
Lizzy Venomfire Redhorn: They rarely have live people for the more complicated questions. It's most disappointing and frustrating.
Jeffrey (turtlesavingclub): It's definitely a government office, they try to help. Arrive early and prepare for a wait.
Jeffrey Kenkel II: It's exactly what you would expect
Sher Hall-Rivera: NEVER accessible!! My 28 year old daughter was approved for medical but was never informed nor sent a medical card. She only found out she had coverage when she had to go to the hospital. No bueno!!
Elli Powell: Long wait
Ashley Rogers: Not enough staff at this time.
Brian Mires: I'm a male paying child support to my ex wife. I have since 2008. My dealings with MO FSD have been extensive as well as costly.Highly recommend that if any remods or motions to raise or reduce CS are in play to ensure you have good representation.2x I was taken advantage of in an all female courtroom over the phone. My CS was flipped to general CS so my daughter 22yrs old now... I still pay the same amount for one child not 2. I will say that over the years they have gotten easier to deal with and ways to pay have improved. If your not a check person, you get charged an outrageous fee for using your debt card to pay. It's about $13-15. So if you don't want to pay the extra send them a check or garnish your pay so u don't have to worry about paying it.
Erica Stapp: It didn't take long I did my application and interview all within 30 mins and didn't have to wait....
Tanya Hiser: Great place when you need to get help
dj campbell: No help
Trinity Maddox: I went in just to pick up a form to restart my benefits that was out in the front lobby. I went up to the clerk just to ask for the paper so I could get started, since they were out. She was pretending to be asleep firstly. When I simply said, maam you're out of papers, she popped up in her chair and said grab a number and take a seat, so hateful, it scared my daughter. My two year old daughter and I left crying because this lady who is suppsed to be helping us screamed at us for nothing. Please approach people in a kind manner, or maybe find a different job? I don't wantanything from them now...thanks for waisting my time. I wonder how many other people who needed help just walked away because they were treated poorly. We aren't trash because we need help and deserve respect.
Mandy Garmon: The downtown branch is open again!!
sampson gregg: Always super packed and only have 1 or 2 workers for everybody with like 15 windows doesn't make sense and the lady up front is very rude no matter what time of day it is
Christina L: The employee's were polite, very helpful, and got me in and out as quickly as possible.
Casey Wid: Helped me out on a timely manner ,thank you.

AIDS Project of the Ozarks (APO): what do users think?
nick secker: Really agitated with this place the caseworkers mostly…. I’ve had multiple issues with the case management I was assigned over the years I’ve used this place for my service. Nothing ever seems to get done I had Medicade and somehow I owe thousands for all my tests . All my lab work is done through quest and I was never informed apo was sending my labs to quest and that I’d get charged for it…. That Ryan white program is supposed to cover all coasts with medical stuff when the case management does their job right. I have multiple bills from apo clinic showing as past due on my credit report and no one will fix it , nor do they seem too concerned about my issues. The case worker never comes to see me and barley ever helps with my serious needs.. I’ve made a complaint and never got a response back . I was also told I can’t fire a caseworker and that it must be my mental health…. The clinic is also very mediocre….. Dr Steven Adam’s put me on medication, it made me super sick and I stopped it after a few days. He couldn’t even recall the name of my medication he put me on or how long I had been on it either. I am 100 percent undetectable without medication for over 4 years now ….. so the need for medication is not present… I wish we had a better program in place for people like me. I’m sure I’m not the only person that have had a long list of problems with AIDS projects of the other…. I personally am going to see how to get moved out of this area for better opportunities with my health providers and case management both. Will be contacting the Ryan white program directly too. This review is made by Adam
Tia Allen: Would NOT recommend this place for anyone straight and/or with a history of using. Got dropped by my provider "Due to controlled substance seeking behaviors," for a refill request of a prescribed medication. My toxicology has been clean and there's nothing like the good old once a junkie, always a junkie treatment. This is on top of a lesion requiring surgical removal that has only grown and worsened, due to failure to provide adequate examination and treatment. I guess for being "normal" or "different," that that's how I was going to be treated. I fully intend to make all of this publicly known and would not recommend this place to anyone, for any real medical needs. It's more like a club house and you have to fit in, to get in... Discrimination on multiple levels to say the least.
Christopher Faidley: Best care I’ve received
JJ H: My appointment 2:45PM 15 minutes later my roommate had a appointment other building
Darla Mathis: Wonderful plAce helpful staff!
Morgan Ezra: Just started using APO as a provider this year and of the 2 appointments I've had they've messed up scheduling both times, usually resulting in wasting an hour or more of my time and a mad dash to try and fit something inconvenient into my schedule to correct the mistake so that I'm not left without necessary medications due to their lack of organization.I keep being assured "this is not how we do business" but given it's been the situation every time, I have no reason to believe that.Having a personable staff (which they are exceptional in this regard) is wonderful; however, it becomes meaningless when organization and professionalism are lacking. Were there any other options for the specific care I need in this area, I would take them and should you have other options for yours, I recommend you explore them prior as well.
Michael Blackmoon: Dr. Adams dismissed my migraines and lost my seizure test results because he didn't agree with the findings. I will *never* go back here.
Rick Eichelberger: Kathy is a GREAT Therapist!!!
Dennis Kelley: As usual everyone was friendly, efficient, and smiling. Good job guys and gals!
kevin knox: Great
Darren Shannon: I've been here plenty of times for regular testings... its quick and easy so don't be afraid to come through!
J B: Great help great service a blessing
Craig Goldsberry: Staff is very friendly
Audit the Ozarks & ATO News: you couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to help you with your needs. Please remember to get tested regularly.
payton plymale: Great place!
Lemar Moorer: I'm still living because or APO . They get a big thumbs up from me
Hemor Zoom: Everything was very clean and very secure. Face to face visits are kept to a minimum to insure safety at this time.
Leigh Borak: Is a nice place to be it does everything you need it to for whatever reason you need I'm so glad we have it test yourself from AIDS
Paul Quinn: Overflowing with positive things to say about this place. The establishment is nice; but, what makes this resource indispensable is its staff who are all, in their own way: patient, kind, loving, informative, and fun. In addition, special level of recognition is owed to Derrick: What a genuine, bright, warm, and encouraging soul. Thank you 🙏🏼
Michael Kruse: Friendly safe comapsinate caring staff
Julie Jordan: I took my son in, and the Dr was very cold and rude.

Oats Transportation Services: what do users think?
Tammy Kurtz: Couldn't give me a ride because they won't stay in Springfield after 1pm
Cynthia Brooks: Twice now we've been told we'd be picked up at a certain time, then we're told it'd be an hour later.... Now we've been sitting here for two hours waiting to be picked up and taken back home, they said it'd be shortly after 12:30, I just called again and they now said it's going to be around 2pm... We've been sitting here waiting all this time, they tell us we can only make appointments to be picked up between certain times... BUT THEY CAN SCREW YOU OVER ABOUT WHEN THEY WELL PICK YOU UP, and not even apologize, then hang up when you get mad!!

Radio Dude: Awesome company to work for
Jennifer Shelton: I have been canceled on with zero notice more than three times. They have all been scheduled way in advance. All of my rides have been to doctor appointments. There is no excuse for canceling a ride with less than 24 hours notice, especially not giving any notice at all. I am a quadriplegic and have to have a wheelchair van to get to my appointments.
Gladys Stapp: Very good service
Kathy Warrick: Not sure if this is the right one - speaking of local service. Have had them drive right by me while standing at curb. Unreliable as to their supposed schedule.
Miss Grizzly Green: Had to call for my mom whose phone went out of service a few days ago. Called from Washington state to schedule her an appointment. Lilly was so friendly and understanding. They are also very prompt and on time. Thank you for your help and understanding. ❤️
Jaime Allen: You can rarely get through to them when you call. You often get voicemail but then no one calls you back. If you happen to get someone to answer, you are supposed to be able to schedule medical transports a month in advance. I'm not very happy with them today because my aunt was supposed to be scheduled for transportation for her dialysis appointment through May 27 per my call with them on April 29 but they only had her scheduled for May 6 through May 9 so she was not picked up this morning and they are telling me that they can't get her on the schedule until May 20. What are we supposed to do about May 13, May 16 and May 18? The manager and dispatcher are supposed to be looking into it and seeing if there is any way possible they can get her on the schedule for those days but I'm not holding my breath for a return call. I appreciate the lady this morning but this is not what I should be dealing with this morning especially since they were supposed to have her on the schedule for the rest of month anyway.EDIT: They did end up rectifying the issue.
Tina Parsley: I had a great experience with traveling long trips as well as short travel, county to county
jessyjamespoems: This is nice to have one in your town.. the schedule for riding is kinda nice. The bus driver I met was really nice and friendly. I have a good friend who’s 90 year’s old. When I can’t take him where he need’s to go OATS IS WHO WE CALL. Reliable, dependable and friendly service with a smile 😊! Who could ask for more!! Thank you oats!
Josie Grisham: Hires careless drivers.
Sarah Hayes: I once in a while take the oats bus. However if I could find a personal ride it would be much more awesome. Sometimes the drivers were the people on the fair our kind of grumpy.
Ma Kos: Really hard to use. Scheduling and then picking up at the time scheduled is a problem Could be a useful service if done properly.
Michael Rowland: Great people great service.
carolyn belshe: Oats historically have been respected as dependable, trustworthy and secure for those of disabled or aged. Their new costs, and scheduling requirements have scarred their reputation. I understand business via my academics and experience. I do not understand the recent policy an
Rebecca Washia: I only called to find out information on how they schedule for appointments for people who call needing a ride to a specific place. You do have to call before 2pm to schedule a pickup and must be 2-3 days ahead of the appointment. The lady I spoke with which I didn't get her name but she was friendly and helpful.
Christina Davis: I am very greatful for oats. I wanna say the two ladies I have ridden with are awesome. Adonna and Karen in aurora. They are super sweet.I don't like that u can schedule within 24-32 hours. It has ti be 48hours notice that u need a ride. My schedule changes with in a second sometimes and I don't think that is very acceptable because I have ms and can't walk 5 miles in the cold to go to a grocery store or go to work when I need to.
Constance Arras: Wonderful!
Janell R.N: Wonderfully helpful and always pleasant. I can't say enough about this service and the Drivers. I highly recommend Oats. Rose and Cindy are highly trained and I always feel safe and secure, using this transportation.
Ellen Vargas: the oats bus is not readable the people in the springfield in the office take you off the route and leave you standing with no ride :(
