Cheyenne Sanford: Clapp Buisness Law was handling our time share case which started in 2017, they were unresponsive to my calls then after several calls they reassured me they were working on my case. After a year the collection letters started coming and I called to find out what was going on with Meridian Financials I recieved no calls back here it is 4 years later and Meridian Financial is still contacting me Mary Clapp is not responding to my calls or emails sent through their client portal. This is the worst Buisness Law firm ever.
Leo Roscoe: I've actually experienced the same issue with this Law firm. I was referred to Clapp Business Law by Vacation Consulting Services to resolve a Time share situation. I paid my account in full through Monterey Financial. Initially Clapp Business Law was handling the situation but all of a sudden I stopped receiving any communication from them. I haven't heard anything for almost 3yrs now. They stopped returning my phone calls and emails.
Roberta Mastraccio: I'm in the same sinking boat, but I'm calling Monterey Financial and filing a claim as I have paid the account in full. Informing them that no services have been rendered and I want a full refund of my monies. I coworker told me and I will do this to report Clapp Business Law to the Bar Association of MO as well as Fla as they have offices in both states. I have left countless messages in both states and no response. Emails have gone unanswered.
Sarah Klokochar: I ,also, retained Clapp Law Firm through the advice of Vacation Consulting Service one and a half years ago for a time-share dispute. After telling me that it would be settled in 6 months to a max of a year nothing has come of it. They wrote a total of two letters. I am still paying for their services through Monterey Financial Services and have yet to get any resolution. When I could reach them, the line always had a voice mail. I would leave my name and number to no avail. Now, when I call, all I get is a busy signal. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
Jerry Eddins: I was referred to Clapp Business Law by Vacation Consulting Services to resolve a Time Share Relief situation. Basically the only contact or response I have had from them is when I initiated it.Now when I try to update my file the updates are never entered and when I call I get a voice mail "leave a message" They never return my calls.

Potts Construction: I haven't seen my children in almost a year. He told me to plead guilty to a bb gun shot on my 7 year old that was a mosquito bite. He doesnt put any effort in his work. He should retire. Hes a good person but my children are suffering in foster care.
