Jordan: This company is an absolute mess. We are going on 5 months trying to switch to another provider. Their corporate office staff refuses to communicate with their drivers. They won't take their bins back. They continue to show up for pickups even though we've asked multiple times to stop and just take the bins back. We aren't under contract, they just won't communicate. Drivers are difficult about it every time, but they never resolve the issue. Our company manages around 15 small offices in the Midwest and we are dropping shred it everywhere it is possible. Prior to these pickup issues, we would get charged even when pickups didn't occur and other times they'd seem to forget our schedule.

John Kesler: Shred-it has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have terrible communication and if you dont check your invoices they will sometimes charge you for extra boxes that dont exist. Also pay close attention to their service agreements or as i have found out cant get out of 60 month contracts even if the services and billing is terrible. Cant wait until my contract is up to go with someone else, since you have to pay 50% of your contract value if you want out early. Never again and I hope everyone sees this before they sign up for this crazy contract.

Kevin Humphries: You have your web site set up to lie...bait and switch. I searched at Best Buy for an item and specified it MUST be in stock. They said they did not have it in stock. I then did the same thing with Office Depot, specifying it MUST be in stock. YES, you said, we have it in stock. I drove some distance to you and found that you did NOT have it in stock. I was told the "IN STOCK" means it is somewhere in a warehouse, not in the store. That was very frustrating to me and made me very angry.

rakshya lamichhane: Went to this location on Saturday at 3:45pm. They close at 4pm. Employee were extra cranky to help late customer. But if I am inside your store 15 min before your closing for just amazon return, you shouldn’t have that much frown on your face. Very rude employee.

Jeremy Galloway: This not about this location but about the driver delivering. He rings doorbell and I try to tell him to leave package but he has headphones in some never leaves the package. I always have to go get my package the next day at this location. Please advise driver to be aware and take headphones out while delivering. Also just leave the package at the doo!!!!

Cordellia Jacobs: There in one woman (manager) in there with long black hair who will stand in the back having fun with other employees when there is a line out the door and another employee (young man) who talks way to much with customers when there is a line out the door. Yes, friendly is important but it’s more important to get the customers in and out as efficiently as possible. The lack of professionalism in this place is deplorable.Update: There is a new sheriff in town, Don, he is awesome. He took care of 5 customers to the other guys 1 customer. Polite but very efficient.

I came to this location on 2 separate days because they only have 1 person on staff who does notaries and both times I showed up that person was not there. Not sure if they even exist because when I asked if they’d be in at a later time no one on the staff knew.
