KyLee Anette: Had a pretty disappointing experience during my recent visit to Bass Pro Shop here in Springfield, MO. The visit started out pretty good, I went with my family looking for some camping gear. We then stopped at the Riffle Coffee shop for some coffee. The cashier there asked what I wanted and I ordered, things seemed fine at that point in time. I then sat and waited for what seemed like 15 minutes for my drink. Everyone else got their drinks, even people behind me in line received their drinks before I did. I ordered a simple Iced Vanilla Latte. Finally they called my drink out and the taste of the coffee was really horrible. It didn’t taste anything like a latte, more like a cold brew with zero sweetener. I went back to the counter and the cashier who had taken my order earlier was still there. So I asked if it would be possible if they could remake my drink since I spent $6 on it and the young lady didn’t even look up at me and said I could add some sugar, almost as if she was gritting her teeth through the sentence. The ladies in the back didn’t even offer to remake it or even bother to step in. I was pretty upset that I was treated that way. Not sure why the simplest of things are such an inconvenience for some people, but they don’t have to worry about me returning to their coffee shop. I’m a young adult who has literally worked at a coffee shop myself and I never mistreated customers like that. Hopefully Bass Pro Shop can, in the future, train their employees to treat their customers better. Pretty sure the saying is “ The Customer Is Always Right. “

Austin Rerecich: Great experience by the people at Eagle Armory. As a resident in WA I’ve been looking for very specific firearms to get before they are no longer attainable in my state due to WA’s AWB that’s possibly about to pass. One of those was an FN 510 which are new and very hard to find. The people at Eagle Armory, and specifically Matt, replied from GunBroker extremely fast. They were very nice, professional, and were willing to overnight the pistol. Everything was offered at an awesome price and I believe I received it in time before it was too late. So thank you guys I hope I can get more from you in the future.

Seemingly hidden away on East Chestnut, and where first impressions are that Eagle Armory is just a small shop, this store is actually HUGE and very well stocked with firearms, accessories, and gear! Also a fantastic selection of ammunition! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether a first time buyer, adding to your weapons collection, needing ammo needing gear, it is well worth keeping your eyes pealed just past Glenstone heading east on Chestnut and look for their sign. (They would, however, be well served with a larger sign.)

Gabriel Shaw: Bought a Ruger SP101 from them on GunBroker on the night of 7/12/22. Completely sold, money out of my account and in their hands. They called me on the morning of 7/13/22 and said they sold the gun in store YESTERDAY (early morning on 7/12/22), and could no longer ship it to me. Yikes! Someone forgot to do the most important thing when you have something on auction AND in store - pull the bid!When I worked at a gun store, GunBroker, ProXBid, and auction items in general were NOT in the storefront, sort of a good faith thing, as to not have stuff like this happen… and if they were (back when we had limited space), we would give them special tags, put them in a special cabinet, and also double checked to make sure we pulled the listing before a purchase in store… again… so stuff like this doesn’t happen…Okay, I can deal with that it was sold in store, stuff happens (never at the shop I worked at), but I need a refund or an equivalent item. It’s 7/14/22 and they still have my payment and haven’t given me a refund. Give me my money back so I can go to a reputable dealer.I’m out a gun, money, and most importantly time I could be using to buy a different gun - this is silly!(Two stars instead of one because Matthew/Brian were pretty nice over the phone even though I was not happy)

Reshpal Sidhu: Firstly, omg they have a bunch of cool stuff! LolSo, I'm a big dude with a bad back. I simply cannot walk far anymore. I called ahead and checked if they have chairs. They did, so I went to their store. I had only arrived a short while and they brought me a chair. I proceeded to use their kiosk while a gentleman helped me, as that was the main reason for my visit. It was during this time that something happened that all big people fear...The chair broke. I became instantly embarrassed and apologized profusely. There wasn't a snicker, a laugh or a giggle, just a very professional staff that assured me it was no big deal as they have more chairs. I was able to complete the task that sent me there without any negative vibes from the staff. They are all truly wonderful people and will forever have this big dudes recommendation.

JOSHUA DOOLEY: I’m not from the area but I have been spending lots of time there. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to in town. Friendly and talkative help. Treated me like customers like to be treated. Even through in a little small talk. Wide selection of AR parts and accessories. Lots of ammo at fair prices. Great show room. Really can’t tell you about there guns because I was to busy looking at parts and ammo. Can’t wait to go back.

Devon Hopper: Tried to bring damaged goods from jewelry to the attention of employees and got trespassed for theft. Even though I had already brought a damaged item from that department to them and let them know there were more I was bringing. Upon going back and pick up the rest of the stainless steep jewelry I was blind sided and accused of theft as there were so many I was placing them in my pocket, which I stated to the manager originally that I would have some in my pockets as well. Well secret shopper wouldn't listen. Said I was stealing even though I would have ZERO reason to take tacky ear rings. Looking at them comments I see this is normal. Loss and prevention people aren't doing their job and harassing anyone who looks homeless or aren't dressed up. Do not come here. This facility needs closed down.

Large appliances and technology usually is not their thing. Here I are some examples of items that I’ve purchased at Walmart for a good price. After how they, a female cart wrangler/greeter in particular, literally just saved me from going under, im leaving another one. about 45 minutes ago i was shopping at WalMart. On the way out the door after i checked out, i stopped to talk to a female employee ive talked to before. Upon doing so, i laid my zipper case wallet in the shopping buggy and wound up walking right out the door. This female employee found it and promptly turned it into the customer service desk. I was 200 yards away from the store before i realized id left it there. In this zipper case was cash, drivers license, social security card, and a debit card with quite a sum of money on it. Health insurance cards. EVERYTHING! After i got it back i asked this lady if shed take a reward. She said, No. But ill take a hug. And a hug she got! Maam, ill give you all the hugs you want til Kingdom Come! Your type of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I WILL relay this great deed youve done to Corporate! I have their contact info and already tried to contact them, but theyre closed today. Idk exactly what else to say, except that if you and this WalMart location ever need me, im there! Ill pay ANY price for yall.

Belinda Knight: Shopping at Walmart was great! I actually found that Walmart had Mark some of their prices down on Staples. What a nice break on pop, can milk, sweetener, coffee. The checkers are the same as always unhappy,pitiful, angry, probably need food, a cigarette and a break. But everywhere you go to shop in town it is said that new fokes are not showing up for work. That is their main excuse anyway.

222bobafett: Stoking fear and panic buying is how they turn a profit apparently. I went in there back in January to see what their ammo prices were like and was shocked to see much higher prices than you could find online or other shops, even during these difficult times for ammo purchasing.The real kicker though was how the guy at the counter was trying to sell an AR to a couple of obviously newer shooters, telling them that the new president was about to ban the AR and they'd better buy it today cause he was going to double the price of the gun tomorrow.Unbelievable that a shop owner would admit to unnecessary price increases and use such scare tactics to make a quick buck off new shooters. I can't recommend this store and haven't gone back since this experience.

Went in looking for some ammo and couldn't get anyone to help me...as a matter of fact I was never even greeted while I shopped their ammo rack. Got the vibe that I wasn't important enough to deal with. I never asked for help so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back in a few weeks later. I have a friend who bought a firearm from them...so I tried it again.Was treated the same way when I decided to give them another go of it...exact same thing happened. Some one behind the counter was helping a customer but the lady behind the counter was looking at a computer screen and never even said Hello or asked me for help.Will never set another foot in their store. Left there thinking I guess you have to be a high roller to get good service.I went back to The Stockpile in Clever and was treated as if they were glad I came in. I buy all my supplies from those guys....always helpful and appreciative.

My first purchase was a 500 rnd box of .223 and some 12 gauge buckshot. I went for ammo, but I'll be returning for a firearm. I had no expectations coming here, but was very impressed none-the-less. I rarely write reviews, but this was necessary. Extremely modern store. Everything is set out perfectly.10/10 would recommend.

They have comparatively decent prices and they employ over 7% of the American workforce. The store is fairly clean and it's never a dull moment. Employees are scarce these days. I wonder if we would notice if they stopped manning their stores altogether?

Gary Allman: The grocery pickup is not recommended. Veggies on their last legs, we had to throw some away as soon as we got them home. Charged for three items, only one provided. Asked the 'Team member' to take our old bags for recycling (we told them were several bags filled ready to go). They said "Sure," and joked about it. And promptly left them all in the trunk.Every pickup we have tried has had similar problems. Missing items, poorly selected veggies.Stay away.

Debbie G: Our go 2 place even though I've threatened to quit going there. No service. On the floor or cashiers you have to mingle in literally body of traffic with everyone in a hurry. It's really an unpleasant shopping experience. Just Convenient to all you may need. But now they're selling in bulk like Sam's. And we are just two people. Don't shop in bulk. So, that's another minus. We need more department stores other than Walmart and target. Which they're way to high for the same service, have never shopped target even when I worked as over night stocker there. Because of their over pricing.

Mike Baxter: The americano was so, so the latte was decent. However, I have a punch card with 7 punches, and I was told it was no longer good because it is all done with phone numbers! I do have one of those accounts and was told they could not be added to it also. Probably be our last 7b visit because of this.

Brenda Archer: Most of the workers are really really nice. They do not have a big selection on size on bras unless you are a double D and up on playtex bars I look every week and it's the same double D

N M: It *is* a Walmart Supercenter, but also a clean one with friendly staff. But I hate having to check myself out. Walmart makes enough money that they don't have to screw over their customers. They are well stocked. Love the PJs.

Chadd Huffman: They always have what I want in stock. Employees are friendly to me and today I went to the deli which I frequent and met Sam. He was ready to serve with a smile on his face. He is a great addition to your deli team and a friendly person. I was very happy with the service he provided!

Daniel Haynes: Of all the Walmarts in Springfield, this one is by far my favorite

S S: Had everything we needed. Some prices were cheaper than other walmarts in town. They need to figure something better for check out. 3 lanes open with several people trying to check out. Stood in line for 25 min.
