Anna Pair: I love Amanda!!! She’s my agent and my mom’s agent. She is excellent at communication and professionalism. She explains everything and will go the distance to help when there is a claim. She listens and is empathetic. She stayed on the phone with my mother who is hard of hearing for 2 hours just to help her and explain the million questions my mom had. Most agents are rude and quick to sale and get off the phone and Amanda is the opposite. We love her
ACE Emory: I have had Amanda as my agent for a year now. She’s has always answered my calls or called me back as soon as she was able. She answers my questions and is great and explaining my coverages and what they mean. My premiums have went up but honestly it’s is because she’s a great agent that made me decide to stay with Allstate.
Aaron Thompson: Amanda was super helpful setting up my insurance policy, but her assistance ended there. She is unwilling to follow up on policy issues and lacks professionalism. Upon requesting call after call, I finally receive a text from her stating that she is not at fault for entering my deductibles incorrectly causing out of pocket coverages at my own expense. She has continued to text me, no phone calls and has yet to resolve the issue making the experience very dissatisfying.

Ricky Evans: I can't figure out Progressive out I've never had a terrific ticket until around December 2022 my insurance went out on 154 Corporation to 190 now it's going to go up to 250 I have one traffic ticket and 50 years of driving there was no accident involved I doing 10 Mile and over in school zone cuz the traffic light was not working but here there they want to charge me $250 a month for a 2005 Nissan 4 cylinder Altima that has never been it's a little outrageous my car is paid for but thing insurance costs more than the payments in my car cost when I was paying for they just don't make no sense can anybody explain that one cuz Progressive can't

And I did not appreciate the comment on "how hard it is to hire millennials" and the reasons why he laid out to his co-worker in-front of me. Hard to trust someone, when they are probably talking trash about you just because of your age.
Julie Hart: When I first came to Nixon & Lindstrom back in 2014, I was very happy with their service but my account manager left and the service has been sub-par ever since. I tried working with them but the service stayed poor and I finally felt compelled to leave this year to go to another agency who were not only more responsive but they saved me over $800 on my insurance program. I don't like working with people who don't call back when they say they will and then when they give you an alternate renewal quote as requested - they don't point out they are quoting a lower limit than your home is valued at . Well of course the premium is going to be lower if you quote lower limits. I just don't feel like they value me as a client whatsoever so I'm taking my business to another agent who does.

vegasking1961: We used this company for close to five years and never had a claim one and in the last six months they changed us over to a another insurance company that they broker with. One of our drivers had an accident that totaled one of our company vans and we had to fight them for over 6 months to settle the claim. They offered less then one third of the cost to replace our van and would not go any higher, so we lost thousands of dollars and 6 months of revenue with this van being out of service. Nixon and Lindstrom offered no help in helping our company with litigation with this and seemed to not care. I advice any other company or individual to carefully consider before using Nixon and Lindstrom!
