Andrew said everything looked good, and I spent months asking about the status. It's now June and he takes off to Poland after sitting on my stuff. His assistant jumped in and got the ball rolling, but at this point I've had to update all info previously provided, provide "gapped" information that was missed. This is extremely disappointing as they came highly referred by a previous customer and a local building company. The organization and lack of communication has been very misleading and disappointing.. too bad I'm too far into the process to turn back otherwise.. I would be going elsewhere.. Andrew has simply made building this dream a nightmare!!

Robert Hank: Similar experience to other reviews. Patrick is very informative and helpful when you actually get a chance to talk to him. But it takes repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages to actually get someone to update you on your progress. There were repeated promises that something would take a few days, or be finished within 24 hours. But a week would go by without any follow-up. I had to pester them every single week to see where things were at and push them along in the process.Your team is great, just please stop making promises you are unable to keep. Be up front with customers about the timeline. It is very frustrating as a client to feel neglected and drag the process on weeks or months longer than it needs to be. Create deadlines that you intend to keep.

SRentalProperty: Similar to other reviewers, I have had suboptimal service. Initially, the agent sent a lot of emails and even scheduled a call. I downloaded the app, created a profile on the website and submitted all my paper work within 72 hours. There has been limited correspondence since then and according to the app, not even Step 1 is completed on their end. Furthermore, when I asked how long the process takes, I was told processing would take a few days yet, nothing has been done. It would be better if they led with transparency or simply provided updated timelines. Bottom Line: They do a lot upfront to get you to apply but MAY NOT follow up with you in a timely manner after your apply. I am moving on.

Brittany White-Her: They need better communication and to speed up the process. When I first contacted them I got an immediate email response but then things went down hill from there. He didn’t call me at the scheduled time. I waited an extra hour and half then I called him and got a voicemail system. Left him a voicemail saying we were gonna go with someone else since we couldn’t seem to connect. Then I get a call a half hour later with an apology and he offered me $500 off closing costs. So I decided to give him another chance because I deemed it as probably being a one time communication issue. However the process dragged on with multiple missed Scheduled calls so I never spoke with him again over the phone. He missed a few emails from me as well. I then started messaging the whole team just to get my questions answered. The rest of the process we worked with different individuals which was a little easier. Still it was hard to know where we were at with the refinance approval cause of lack of communication. I kept having to ask where we were at and if they were working on it just to keep the process moving. Which I really didn’t want to do but I realized it would never get done if I didn’t send them another email every 2-3 weeks. The first month I tried to let them do their thing without pestering them but then I found out they hadn’t even looked at what I gave them yet. It took double or triple the time of an average refinance to complete it. By the end I was just glad we finished it. If I hadn’t have provided personal information in the beginning I probably would have given up and gone with another company after that first month. The whole process lasted from August to December. On the bright side it was a good deal we were offered and it did get done in the end. They did provide the $500 off closing costs as promised. So that’s why I give them a 3 star for getting me a good deal and finishing the job. They need to improve communication desperately though.

They did make sure we understood everything when we finally came to closing on our refinance. We also received a credit due to being so slow and forgetting about us by chance?.Update.We contacted Patrick to get a pre approval letter as we found a new home we where very interested in. We again had emails promising us to get the letter by a certain time so we could make a offer to the home owners. We're still waiting for the letter and lost out on the house. We will be working with someone new moving forward.

H V-P: I happily attempted to contact Dan Juul, last Friday (8/14/20). Unfortunately, I have not heard back via any of my correspondences; email, text, Churchill app, & voice messages. I’ve only received auto replies for creating an account in the Churchill app and auto email for home buying tips.I was hoping for a 3rd refi estimate but, I think it’s time to move on to another lender.

Road Trip: Had a phone appointment for refinancing with Patrick Juul on Thursday at 11am saying it will take just about 10 minutes. I got a call at 11:30. I asked if they could call back in 15 minutes. Patrick said he'll call back at noon. Its now next week and no response from him.Not even an email. I had another person email me if I was contacted. I told them the situation and haven't heard back from them either. I checked my spam box. Nothing in there either.**Update: He contacted me saying he'll give $500 credit and provide me a loan cost worksheet immediately. Two days later I followed up and he did not take the phone but he emailed saying he'll get it to me by end of the day. Another two days later I e-mail him and no response. It's been a week now and no worksheet yet. I contacted Loan Depot and Zillow and their response was tremendously fast. Meaning I got the loan worksheet within 2 hours!

There were some issues on my end and he went out of his way to help me and thoroughly went over some things for us when it became apparent that we have to wait a while before moving forward; he still met with me again to help. I have my current mortgage through New American Funding and have been happy but I don't remember the last time someone at a business spent an hour with me even after the sale was essentially lost in the short term. It's smart business but it still rarely happens in my experience. I would and will recommend him to any one.
