Brian Reavley: This is our first BMW. We love the car but had a very bad experience with the purchase. The salesman didn't know much about some of the key features and had to ask other salesman to figure it out. The features he couldn't figure out he told us just ot youtube it....Really, come on. We were ready to finalize the deal and then he said his finance team had left for the day but to take the car and come back monday to complete the purchase. On our way back a rock came off another car and cracked the windshield. I told the salesman about it and they offered to repair it. I said great because we had not purchased the vehicle yet. While waiting to repair it we purchased the vehicle on good faith that the dealership was going to fix the windshield. Once repair was complete on the small chip actually looked worst.They said they had done all they could but it was my vehicle now.The Sales manager called me about it to help, I thought. He said he needed to call the repair component to figure out what happened and that he would call me back. He never called back, Imagine that. We won't be going back to that dealership ever. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually value your business. No need to respond, I've heard enough of your lies and BS.

Lonnie the salesman wasn't pushy and was helpful with the process of test drives and figuring out available rebates and incentives. I was also pleased with the finance portion which was low pressure. Robert Jones: Have new tiguan traveling fromNW Arkansas this morning to northern Kentucky.My infotainment center went dead no radio no navigation.Drove right off 1-44 maybe a mile to Springfield VW to see if they could help me. Steven the service advisor said we are really booked up let me see what I can do. Came out to car and reset system while showing me how to do it..Back on the road in 5 minutes withNav and music...Great job Steven !!!!
Ryan Williams: Car number 1.... bought it in febuary.. was told that it had two bent wheels that were fixed.. they weren't. The parking brake also got stuck on a majority of the time after using it. (Manual) that car I don't have anymore due to an accident.Fast forward to today.Car number 2. I went back due to them giving me a "Deal" and them feeling bad about the issues that were had with car 1. I drive the 8 hours there to pick it up... still not clean... and passenger side seat belt wasn't functioning properly. I tell the sales man, it gets addressed. Now today I realized the A/C doesn't work till you move. Plus the temp is higher than usual. (Finally a warm day to see the regular temp and A/C use) and the center belt for the rear passenger seat is cut and missing...I realize the fans aren't working at all. I check fuses and such. I go to spin the fans... the ac fan is stuck. No movement at all. The main fan... broken and stuck behind the shroud. Does free itself. Is broken however. I go under to unplug the fan so it doesn't turn on now that it is free spinning. (Don't want it to come apart and break anything else since it is in two pieces technically.)Now I realize the reason. There was an accident. The condenser and the radiator are in the shape of a U and pushed the fan shroud... locking up one fan and breaking the other.Now I have to replace those three things if I want the fans to fit properly. Plus the underside is soaked... they did the timing service too. Was it dry? Did it start to leak after?At this point my thoughts about this company are very low. I have a baby on the way and cannot afford to do all this work to make it function as it should.Thanks for thinking of me after the the first car... the second has just as many issues... just more expensiveEdit* I have added photos of the damage to the car... that was said to have absolutly no issues.All the heat exchangers needed to replaced, along with the radiator support. Plus the fan.Not pictured is the middle seat belt in the car as well.

Britt Stokes: Steven Johnson in the Service department was great in helping us get a resolution on the hardware update for our Atlas that we purchased at another, non-Volkswagen dealership. We were seeing that there was an update needed but they could not find it on their side. He worked diligently to get this resolved and the parts ordered for it. Even though we will have to return when the parts arrive, my car was ready for pickup several hours earlier than expected. They even ran it through their car wash. We will definitely recommend Napleton Volkswagen!

Obytai: Sold us a car that in 3 months needs thousands of dollars worth of work. The current price of repairs are half of what we paid for the vehicle and have the real potential of going up in price. I should have known better when the Gentleman that sold it to us commented about if they had any guarantee of their product they wouldn't make any money. I guess that meant that the cars they sell are lemons and everyone would return them. RED FLAG. I know I am responsible but when you are desperate because you have your elderly parents you need to get to a bi-weekly infusion, you tend to wrongly put your trust in people. Stupid me. I saw a response from May Motors to someone else with a similar experience. May said this wasn't common but apparently it is. The staff seemed like nice people but I would not recommend them to anyone. Caveat emptor.
Julia Loya: *edited to add* we traded in the vehicle we purchased from May Motor pretty quickly (through no fault of the car or company, we needed something fast then were able to shop around and get a dream car) and so we called to request a GAP refund. It was taking a while, but we didn't have to call May because they were on it and taking care of things behind the scenes making sure the GAP company took care of us. I could not recommend this dealer any more. They are truly amazing in a world where used car dealers is a naughty word. Thank you for all your time and care!! Honestly one of the, if not the absolute, best car buying and after care experiences we've had!We live in NWA, but my husband found the car he wanted at May Motor Company in Springfield, MO. We called to ask what their financing options are since they aren't a large dealership and Mark was able to answer all our questions related to financing, being out of state and the car with ease and professionalism. We submitted our application online and Mark called back shortly after that with financing terms. We told him it sounded good and headed up to the lot. When we got there the car was ready for us to test drive. Mark went through the entire car with us and showed us everything about it. Financing paperwork was filled out and ready to go. We spent longer driving up there than we did at the actual dealership! They weren't pushy, they were super honest and friendly. And the car was priced right, disappointed I didn't get to haggle! Bonus points bc the owner brought their dogs in and my daughter got to pet them! Highly recommend looking at them if you are in the market for a vehicle!!

I was told all about how good this car was, and that it had been checked out and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.... However not even a month after I bought it, had to have new cv joints put in it, I haven't even had it a year and I have had to have the transmission rebuilt, new starter, new brakes, new brake calibers, and when I was having them replaced they found that the front motor mount was broke completely in half.... And last night headed to church the front driver's axle broke completely in two!!! I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!!

The transmission is going completely out of the 2011 Chevy Cruze I bought and it dies out of nowhere in traffic all the time and I’ve barely owned it for three months. David: Mercedes I test drove had serious problems and wouldn't go more than 30 miles.P.S. I have to change my review from 3 stars to 1 after "owner" response. Clearly shows that they dont even read reviews before complaining about them... One more time, I called to make sure car is available, I droved 88 miles to check out and test drive the car only to find out how misleading was its description being "running and driving with no issues", car would struggle to reach 30 mile speed. After the test drive I was asked what do I think and I was honest, car is in terrible mechanical and worse cosmetical shape and needs to be fixed before sale, sorry, they said, ok thank you, bye... ok... moving on? Why would I buy something after this experience? There is no mistake here I was shopping for a car not german car parts and this review is about my personal experience with Aristocrat Autosports.
Lloyd C: Very nice people, have sold and bought a car with them. Will be buying another. Theresa goes above and beyond to help with making the paper work fast and easy. As with buying any used car i expected a few issues to pop up, Theresa offered to sell an ASC warranty with the vehicle. After doing research ASC is a reputable warranty company. So one was purchased.
