Thomas Andrews: My family has been doing business with Ben & Company for a decade and for good reason. The clothing is second to none. I purchased two pairs of German made Alberto Jeans in 2011 that are still wearable to this day. How in the name of God does a pair of jeans last for ten years? The guys also took care of me when the lining on my leather jacket started to tear. They took the jacket, sent it to a great leather tailoring shop in KC, and had it back to me in two weeks. They seem to have endless connections for getting just about anything taken care. Serious thread sharks. I’ve lived in Phoenix the last two years and their customer service experience trumps anything I’ve encountered at the boutiques on the Scottsdale Promenade. Have a good Christmas Gentleman!

Frank LeBlanc: Excellent selection, reasonable prices, plus the look, feel, and kind of knowledgeable, no-hustle service for which men's haberdasheries were known. Ben knew what he had on the racks that would fit my need. Suit pants were hemmed in 10 minutes! If you're in need of suits or sport coats stop here first and don't waste your time at the mall across the street.
Mary Gulath: I cannot say enough great things about this store! I have a very tall (6’8”) son and we are never able to purchase clothes for him in store. He needs a 36/38 waist with 38 length. As soon as we walked in the store, Ben sized up my son and immediately brought him several pant and shirt options! The prices were incredibly reasonable. We are so thankful to have found this gem of a store!

I had to swing in and purchase some clothes for an interview last minute and was greeted at the door immediately and asked what I was looking for. I only needed trousers and a shirt. 15 minutes later I walked out with trousers that had been hemmed for me, and a great shirt to match. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were. Customer service was top notch as well.I was in a hurry, so unfortunately, I didn’t get to browse much but I will be back very soon to purchase more clothing. The bad reviews from Mens Wearhouse brought me here and I’m glad I listened to the others who recommended this establishment instead. I will not being going anywhere else for my dress attire needs from now on.Also, I had my 3 year old with me, and even though he behaves quite well for his age, we were both treated with respect. In my experience, some establishments tend to not want to deal with customers who bring their kids in and can be rude. However, this was not the case at Mens Suit Mart. Will be telling everyone I know to shop here.

We even had the pants hemmed as we shopped for shoes and a tie as well. I know we are probably easier to please than most people but they made sure we got exactly what we wanted! (Trust me I checked!! ) I was able to get 5 full suits including dress shirts for under $1000 witch is crazy because I went to other places that wanted $500-$1000 just for my suit alone. The guys in there are extremely professional and will work with you to guarantee you looking your best on your big day. I really can’t say enough good things about theses guys I even had to do an adjustment on my suit 7 days out from the wedding and they got it back to me within 24 hours everything fits perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Jake Fuemmeler: John’s Suit Shop is an incredible store with tons of variety for suits, precisely done alterations, and with great pricing for such high quality clothing! Victoria, the shop owner, is a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, stays organized with group orders, and is an expert at alterations!I had John’s Suit Shop services to thank for the suits myself and my wedding party wore in April 2023. These suits cost less than rentals I researched and are far better quality. And with 6 people to the order, my suit was free! John’s Suit Shop was able to make the order work, despite most of my friends not living nearby. Many of the guys, including myself, would argue it’s the most comfortable suits we own now!I highly recommend going here for all suits and men’s formal wear!

Excellent choice of suits.I was skeptical at first, since I’ve always got my suits at the big box stores, but I was very surprised by all the choices and experience of the owner. The tailoring was perfect! and to top it off they had shoes and belts available that were also excellent in style.I will never go to any other suit shop again.You will not be disappointed!!

Jackie O'Connor: Buyer beware!! We had a terrible experience with John’s Suit Shop. We bought all the groomsmen suits for my son’s wedding here. They were supposed to order a suit that came in both slim and regular sizes. The one that was supposed to be a slim cut had to be altered because after receiving it they informed me that the suit we bought didn’t come in slim. I had to pay for the alterations and when I spoke with the store they refused to take responsibility.The worse thing though was that two of the suits were completely the wrong size. At the wedding two of our groomsmen were unable to button their jackets. Again the shop refused to take any responsibility or make any concessions at all. I was told that this had never happened before and that they would not do anything at all for the problem. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!Edit: The store’s response proves my point. They will not take any responsibility. And the truth is I did not “demand a refund”. I explained the situation and got a list of reasons this was not their fault. Even after all the trouble we had up to this point I was surprised that the store would not want to at least apologize. I explained again and they asked what I wanted, I said I didn’t think we should have to pay for suits that can not be worn and had such a negative impact on the wedding day. She refused and I asked what her suggested remedy was, she said “nothing”.I am including a picture of the suits we talked about on our original trip to the store. We were very clear that we would need very different sizes/cuts and the employee directed us to the suits that would fit out need. I can’t imagine how something else was ordered for us and why the suits fit at the initial fitting but were unwearable at the wedding (which was two months later).The shocking thing is the total lack of willingness to apologize or make any sort of concessions.

We were then just walked past by an employee instead of being asked if we needed assistance. We then asked someone if they were busy or if they could help us and they responded with “yeah kinda someone can help you in a second” I just found this store to be extremely unwelcoming, unprofessional, and we plan on finding a different tailor in town.

Dr.Phil Bigone: Walked on 8/14/22 after roaming all over Battlefield Mall in hopes of finding some nice dress shirts. Tired several different top branded stores with no luck. Leaving the mall with little to no hope that I would find what I’m looking for as my wife and I left the parking lot we saw the Mens Warehouse sign and said what the heck and pulled into there parking lot. As we entered in we weren’t treated at first as a few employees were having there own chat session going on towards the back. As we looked still no one greeted us our even entertained to see what we wanted. As we were thinking about leaving a young man finishing with a customer said he would be right with us. Wesley M meet up with us and asked if there was something In particular I was looking for. He got my size and took me to the shirts I was looking for and boom baby there is my shirts. Anonymous: Nice, very well-made clothing but this is NOT an affordable shop! Only to a multimillionaire would this be “affordable”. The clothes are very well-made, nice fabric, most of them are Italian made but $400 for a pair of jeans? My husband bought a $90 shirt just to support a smaller business. That was one of the cheaper items. One could easily spend over five grand on a couple outfits here. They are a “finer”clothing store so I guess you would expect to pay more but I’ve seen cheaper clothes at Saks Fifth Avenue. I’m still giving this five stars because it’s a nice shop and they do have really nice clothes just extremely pricey.

tyler cardwell: I have been coming here pretty frequently lately, and LOVE this store. Never been too big on shopping in person, but I do love this store. The store is clean, the employees are super friendly.. no complaints at all.I am pretty upset I do not remember the girls name.. the last time I came in she showed me a $100 off of $250 purchase, when I was checking out for $160 worth of stuff... essentially giving me another $100 worth of stuff for free. It was online only, so I grabbed everything I wanted from in-store and she was going to order it all online for me and apply the discount code... but as I gathered the stuff she got manager approval and the applied the discount to in-store also, so I wouldnt have to wait and left with it all that day!! Dane Wagner: Anytime I need a new dress shirt I come here. The selection of ties is also notable. The staff in the store are always willing to help when selecting different apparel which is nice for a guy like me that usually doesn't fair well when it comes to fashion. The prices are high but from the service and products I have obtained from this store it seems like they are justified. They even offer to steam the dress shirts if they aren't too terribly busy. The steam service is free. They did use an odd rolling checkout counter on me the last time I was in. I guess they are using this new system to try and cut down the checkout wait time.
Emily L: Was shopping for products and had some leaky food with me. The sales rep refused to give me a bag for the food. Their loss if any food got on their merchandise. That will be the last time I ever shop there

When i spoke to the managers about a refund they screamed me out the mall and told me to never return. Very poor judgement on their part will never come back the this store. Their jewelry and clothes are fake and let’s not get started on the shoes. Not to mention i walked in the store and they immediately made fun of me.

Jami Holland: I've been to this store many times everyone is always so helpful and friendly. This was my son's favorite store. My son passed away in October of 2021 at the age of 21. He was a hat fanatic. In February of 2022 anticipating the reopening of Eye Candy and following Eye Candy's Facebook page I entered the hat wall contest and with a little help from upstairs I was 1of 2 winners. Well as life has it sometimes things have happened and I have not been able to make it to claim my hat. I live about 40 minutes away. My daughters went into Eye Candy today and explain the situation to them and the employees were so understanding and let them pick my hat. I'm beyond blessed! I recommend Eye Candy if you want a good shopping experience with friendly staff and the coolest clothes, jewelry and accessories.
