Matthew Charles: After researching different options I called MRI of Springfield and spoke with one of the office girls, (I’ll leave her out of this) she was pleasant, I explained I did not have insurance, she provided me with pricing, very reasonable. Subsequent to that, I purchased a short term UHC policy, called back, provided her with my policy information and was quoted a lessor price, my co pay. I asked if that was the total price I would pay and she reassured me it was because she had obtained a pre-authorization - and that it was all approved.I scheduled an appointment, went thru the process, and a few weeks later received a bill for an additional $400+ dollars!I called back, spoke with the lady in the office, she remembered me, and agreed that this must be a mistake. I was forwarded to another department and after a few calls and emails later I’m now stuck with this bill and have been offered a payment plan. It’s a shame that MRI of Springfield will not at least except part responsibility in this case. I look forward to someone reaching out helping me resolve this!

Professional, clean, and above all caring! Greeted with a smile and left with a hug. Having an MRI is typically a high tension exam for most including myself but this place made me feel like I was their only patient. Results to my ordering physician were also sent over promptly!Thank you to all. Especially my tech that day.

rp rop: Advertising clearly says call for pricing but receptionist was rude and refuse to give me any kind of pricing. She even said the only pricing she could tell me was the cash price. I said ok what is that she yell at me and said she couldn't tell me that either without a doctor's referral. After reading more reviews I'm glad I didn't chose this place!

Rae Miller: What a SCAM!1.5T is marketed on their brochure and entrance as the strength of the machine, but 0.3T is the actual strength of their old open MRI machine (It is an AIRIS II. Feel free to look up how old they are and the average age of an MRI machine). And CONVENIENTLY they lead you to the 0.3T machine without telling you even when “not claustrophobic” is clearly said on the customer’s paperwork. We thought we paid for a 1.5T scan until we found that out.They have a copy of the radiologist’s report, but they don’t tell you that even they know the doctor has trouble getting their fax, so they just watch you waiting for the result for two weeks without knowing of the option that you can pick it up from them.

Lisa Stayton: Great place! Got me in on the day we called to schedule the MRI, very friendly technician! Wait was a little long, but I can't complain since it was a late-in-the-day appointment. The gentleman who we spoke with on the phone was VERY nice, friendly, and helpful.

I had an MRI done yesterday and originally I wanted to do it in the open MRI but due to my hearing implant I was unable to use the open MRI so I was scheduled for the regular one. I have extremely bad claustrophobia and when I first went into the two by started to have a panic attack even though I had taken medication to help. I was ready to give up but they hope me through it talking me through the whole thing and I was able to get the procedure done. There aren't enough words to display my gratitude to these two individuals I cannot remember their names I'm pretty sure the females name was Jennifer.

Brandon Dye: Family member needed to get in quickly for an MRI. MRI of Springfield was efficient in getting it scheduled for the next day. Ruby was especially helpful. Prices were much lower than that the hospitals. Professional staff, clean facilities, test performed efficiently and sent home with the film on a CD the same day.

Ruby and Cory go above and beyond to help me get my patients scheduled in a timely manner and make the referral process as pain free as possible. Patients always come back with reports of having a good experience with kind and respectful staff. We highly recommend them and will ourselves continue to partner with them for our imaging needs.

Ashley Plumb: Update: they STILL didn't send it. I went up there was told they are sending as I was sitting there and guess what? The pharmacy STILL hasn't received it. Plus your calls don't go through to anyone. Waste of time"it should be ready by the end of the day" they say as I call for the umpteenth time about colon prep stuff for my colonoscopy in two days. I've called several times since the 3rd to get my prep stuff sent to the pharmacy and each time they said that. Finally got 2/3 things from the pharmacy but I'm afraid I'm going to have to reschedule (or just cancel at this point) because I'm missing the third. I have to start prepping for it TOMORROW. Plus the doctor that I saw was heavily pushing OTC meds when I initially saw him. Don't get your hopes up for this place (they are still better than mercy tho)

Why I didn’t go with mercy!! I had three little kids with me and it was just a nightmare. Also get rid of the masks. Covid is over and get with it!

Seem to be full of self-importance. It only takes a few of these guys to ruin the image of the entire facility. When I question something about the procedures of checking in I was told they didn't have time to explain it by this person. I hope never to see this jerk again

Stormy: I don't understand the bad reviews. No one gave me a time as to when my CT Scan would be done. I assume it will be done when they get it done. Period. I cannot see their scheduling, vacations, sick leave and so on so I'm sure there are people who get results back sooner than others. But all the negative because people don't get what they want when they want is childish. Welcome to the new America. I had a CT Scan with and without contrast today. The nurse who did my IV was top notch. The folks at the front desk were kind. We are in a National Emergency Pandemic so there was a young man who took my temperature....he was nice. Everyone was masked. The lady who did my actual scan was wonderful. The bathroom and lobby were clean. It was a great experience. I was alone and the nurses were good enough to get me a wheelchair as I have trouble walking distances since I had COVID. Overall Great experience!

Lorin Carrier: My father was diagnosed with Cancer in St. Louis and we needed some scans done and had to get them done at the Martin Center. My mom and Barnes in St. Louis (who are absolutely fantastic and wonderful) had made phone calls to the Martin center attempting to get things scheduled. The martin center scheduling department employees were some of the most rude employees we’ve ever had to deal with. The Supervisor of the scheduling department at the Martin Center hung up on one of the employees at Barnes. We’re nasty to my mom to the point where she was in tears and were all around horrible to the wife of someone whose husband has just found out he has cancer. Absolutely awful and despicable.

The whole leave a message that is so broken I can not make it out, from a number you can't call back...:(Some day dear Cox employees, your going to need health care and when you do, I hope you get a good taste of your own medicine.I hope to God in heaven I die before I need serious health care...nothing scares me more than thinking some day when Im old I might be in your hands. The over all experience I have had with Cox as a whole is negative.

Charles Richardson: I highly recommend this very professional service! I am a cardio patient of the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas. I was due for a follow-up echocardiogram after a recent procedure. Due to the CORID virus considerations, it was not practical or wise for me to travel to Kansas City to have the procedure.I contacted, “Midwest Cardio-Vascular,” and after coordination with the Kansas City Hospital, we received approval for the echocardiogram to be done here in Lebanon.I coordinated with Celia Harris, the co-owner, and was immediately scheduled for the scan. I must say, these people, Ms. Harris and Scott Harris, the technician doing the scan, could not have been more friendly, professional and comforting.I have had several “eco” scans over the years at various Hospital locations, due to heart issues. This scan, was by far, more relaxed, completed professionally, with a follow up review by Mr. Harris that helped mebetter understand the procedure, than any I had experienced in the past.Upon completion, Mr. and Ms. Harris, arranged for a Doctor’s professional review and evaluation of theEcho result, with a follow-up report to not only me directly but, to the Kansas Hospital as well.Again, if you are seeking Cardio scan or related services, I highly recommend Midwest Cardio-vascular Ultrasound.

Tara Klarr: This was an amazing experience that I was able to do with this being my first pregnancy. Everyone was very nice and helped in every way that they could. I will be recommending this to everyone I know that is pregnant. The prices were reasonable with what you get out of the experience and the teddy bears with the heartbeats are well worth it!

Jade O neal: After two losses, I was extremely nervous for this ultrasound. I was tearful before it even started. My husband joined me. The place is not "clinical" feeling in the slightest, very comfy and inviting. Large TV screen was great for our viewing. They answered questions and provided comfort. Best part of all was seeing that little fluttering heart beat we've been waiting for!

eryn Smith: We had so much fun getting to watch our baby play on the ultrasound and finding out the gender (much earlier than we would at our OB/GYN)! Our session felt very private and not rushed at all. The ultrasound tech took plenty of time and got tons of video and angles of our baby which we got full access to after. The other staff members were also very friendly and personable! All of the package add-ons were reasonably priced as well. Definitely will be coming back in between doctor's visit to see our sweet little baby.... BOY!

Seren Rene: I had two appointments with imaging miracles, the first one was the gender package they did a great job getting good photos. The second one was the Happy Mama package, I wasn’t really happy. When we came in I brought my two other children and my appointment was at 4:30. The front desk lady let me know they were running a little behind. We didn’t get to the ultrasound room until 5:30. For a place that makes you pay a deposit for an appointment I wasn’t expecting this. Also this hour delay put our dinner plans on hold and stressed me out because my children were getting restless, on our way out we noticed a second part of the waiting room with a toy area. This honestly would have helped so much but we were never told anything about it. I feel like if you see a mama struggling with her two small kids just trying to make them behave for an hour you should try and be a little more helpful, like saying hey we have toys behind this other wall if you don’t want them playing with the merchandise. Also I wasn’t ever told this but if you pay cash it’s a little bit cheaper, might help some save a little money. They also have punch cards, they have a small sign in the waiting room mentioning it but again, something not on the website or something they let you know about. Hopefully this review can help others know what to expect here, and hopefully help to make some changes.

Kristin Hensley: This was an outstanding experience for me! I went at 12w 6d just to ease my mind and see baby again before the 20 week scan and I cannot recommend this enough! Aside from it being absolutely incredible just to see the life inside of you, Tammy (the owner and us tech) was the sweetest person. She took her time and explained all we were looking at (especially to Grammy), took all the screenshot pictures I wanted, and made sure before she finished that I was ok being done. You are able to take multiple guest to view with you so I got to take my Grammy to see her first ultrasound ever (they didn’t do them back when she had kids) and that was an experience neither of us will ever forget sharing. The pictures are all uploaded to baby flix and the quality of photos she got still blow my mind!! She made the experience about me and my baby and never about an appointment she has to check off her list for the day. You can tell this is where her heart is and she has a heart of gold. I truly truly cannot speak higher if this business and the experience.
