Brandon Keene: As someone who has shopped at this store for my wife a few times, I have to say that the staff is truly awesome. They're always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes for a really great shopping experience. 👍However, one thing that really bugs me is the constant barrage of marketing emails and phone calls. Even after I unsubscribed from their emails, I'm still getting calls from them trying to sell me stuff. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of spam, especially since no one wants to buy a purse 2 or 3 times a year as a gift. 😑Overall, while the staff is great, the marketing tactics leave something to be desired. I wish they would respect their customers' privacy a bit more and tone down the sales pitches. That being said, I still appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the products they sell.

The staff greeted me promptly offering their help should I need it while informing me of their ongoing sales. As I roamed throughout the building, glancing at items to the left and right, I felt welcome and amazed by all the things Baglady Boutique offered to delight the senses of sight with bright and festive colors. Of taste; items for snacking. That of touch; wonderful pieces of clothing that would make even someone like myself who’s forgotten what’s it’s like to feel pretty due to COVID-19, want to take a bubble bath, dress up and feel like a female again. Baglady Boutique is a fine example of why small businesses like this deserves our support not only because of its uniqueness but it’s staff.Overall: I will return once, twice-okay, a few times more to this fun shop in the future.

This is just one of the reasons they've been in business 30 yrs.

Found a top went to checkout was asked if I had a rewards card mentioned no because I was from out of town the old snooty thing behind the counter never said nothing more to me other than my total not even a thank you for stopping in. Not impressed at all. I will call this a three trip in one even though I'm in Springfield fairy often it's my first, last and only time to shop this store!

What I wasn't happy with though was when I went to go pick up my purse from layaway, they increased the price by $85, because they forgot to charge me tax. I feel like they should of ate the $85 dollars since I had already paid what I thought was the official ending price. In fact this is how that happned, not professional in my opinion, before I walked out the door, after I had paid, they told me that I owed $85 more was a little over the top. Especially since she stated that they had been doing this for over 30 years and knew what they were doing. Well, I guess they really didn't know what they were doing. Very frustrating, especially when you have budgeted what you had been told was the final price. I will not be shopping there again. In fact my friend had 4 items to buy and she put them all back after she heard the way they handled my experience. Not professional people, customer is always right, eat your $85.

We really appreciate the Middle Aged blond lady ( I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name) but she has been there since 2011. She not only knows how to direct the shoes needs you explain you have, but takes you to them and tells you I why they work well for others. Proper training is important especially when dealing with customers who have been coming many years. We prefer a women sales person to help us select women wear.
