Shawn Crosby: We stopped by on the 10th of January. The lady at the counter never got up until we asked for help. We ended up providing all of our information and getting an estimate and we’re told allow two days before an assistant would reach us w a bud. We waited 4 days. Finally, the 5th day, I called. I was told the individual that helped us was no longer there. So, the process started over. We went back in and spoke w a new lady. She sat us up with an appointment to have our template done.She informs us installation would be the first or second week of February. 8 days later, a kid comes out to measure. The following day, I receive a call from an individual who I couldn’t understand his name. He says” this is such and such and we cannot do your job”. He would not give a reason why . I said you just waisted two weeks of our time. I would highly recommend using any other company in town besides this place. The owner is very unprofessional and their stories change daily.

Kilgore Fitness: This team is terrible!!! As if showing up 3 hrs late isn't bad enough, the guy with neck tattoos, spent as much time learing at my wife as he did playing on his phone. These people are Russian or something of the sort. Time to go back home.

Ben Thomas: We came in on Dec. 30th in a bind because we needed some custom cut marble remnants in a hurry. The staff there bent over backwards to help us! They were so amazing.Also, they had BY FAR the largest selection of remnants in Springfield.

Nick Cusick: TLDR: Use CGT and you’ll be extremely happy.We were doing a remodel and needed some sick countertops. Went to local and big box stores and saw countertops we liked. They unfortunately were way out of our price range, and we couldn’t view the entire slab, so we didn’t know what we were getting holistically.Then we go to CGT and were relieved. Dan counseled us about our price range and any particular slabs they had at a special rate. We got a truly gnarly slab of marble for 30-40% less than we could have gotten at many other businesses. The install went smooth and we’re enjoying our kitchen. We’ll use them the next time we do a project.

Esoteric Awakenings: Spent three days calling asking for an estimate. Each time they told me they would send me an email with the estimate and never bothered to do so. I guess they have all the business they need. They sure won't be getting mine.In response to the owners response. It is true that I did not respond to any further attempt to contact me as I chose to go elsewhere after being treated so poorly. The excuse given "That I provided them with the wrong email address" It 100% fictitious and they are now attempting to save face by blaming me the potential customer for their short comings.Each time following my initial contact when I called custom granite the same gentleman answered the phone. Each time he asked me to confirm my email address including the spelling of my email address. It was only after I left a negative review (5 Days after first calling) that they finally sent me an email with the requested quote.Regardless of the reason for the break down in communication I may have been willing to give them a second try on future projects, but after reading this disparaging response to my honest review of my experience I will never do business with them.

kelly horton: I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but that's my option. Horrible job on my granite. I told them several times I wanted NO GRAY in my granite. Guess what I got Gray. They installed it so we would have a top and said they would make it right by replacing it. Never happened. My granite doesn't even match were it connects in middle. Then a whole other batch of issues happened with them. DON'T USE EVER!!!!!!!!
