AutoZone Auto Parts: what do users think?
Nick C: It totally depends on who you get to help you. If they're knowledgeable, then they're usually extremely helpful. If you get some kind of clown helping you, then you're likely to get ripped off on a product you don't need or something of that nature. I was lucky enough this time.
Jessica Stapp: Great customer service!
Mark S: They guys and gals are the best. Always helpful with parts, tools, and simple installations. My favorite store is the one on East Sunshine in Springfield MO

Jacquelyn Robinson: Great service!
R Kilowatt: The quality of their store brand parts is usually pretty good and far better than O'Reilly or Amazon which seem to have no quality control at all. Their reward program caught me by surprise I never pay attention to that sort of thing but with my last purchase I received a $20 store credit which I did not know the gave out.
Megan Schiller: Helpful and knowledgeable. My go-to for parts.

AutoZone Auto Parts: what do users think?
kelderhouse Residence: Was in there today and bought a tail light bulb for my 2005 Chevy cavalier. The young man who sold it to me seemed to be reluctant about putting it in for me. I could tell he really didn't want to fool with it. He honestly looked lazy but thats just my opinion. He came out to the car told me to pop the trunk which I did. He looked at it and quickly said you have to remove the lens cover and I'm not allowed to do that. I went home and looked it up on good 'ol youtube and you don't have to remove the lens!!!! YOu just peel back a small corner of the carpet and unplug the light and plug the new one in. Easy peasey! I did it with great ease and it took me less than 1 minute. When I mentioned this to my dad he told me next time go to O'Reilleys. They actually have knowledgable employees. He said autozone is lazy and their employees are lucky if they know what time of day it is. Lesson learned!
Neal Richardson Sr: Great place to look into a check engine light. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean. Prices are reasonable.
Tiffany Aaron: Jeremy went above and behind! He helped me change a taillight after being hit by another driver! Made my day with the experience I had at this Autozone!
Gannen Garoutte: The team at Kearney st has it together they know their stuff. They always go above and beyond to help me. They have even helped on non business issues. Long story short they are AWESOME. LOVE YAL
Calvin Parks: They have it all
Bobby Pastor: New store manager isn't knowledgeable on what to do on reward that are not found on register and don't really care
Janice Winslow: Don't think I will go back. Store manager was very rude and was no help
sandra pruett: They were very helpful.
Christopher M. Bingham: Excellent warranty service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Jerry Maggard: Auto zone like help you with anything about your automotive good place for help
Pam Foster: Friendly and helpful staff good prices
Andrea Johnson: To buy part etc
Laura Devine: Always nice to us.
Niqó Colston: My battery died @ the double tree.. and I walked to this store. ( because I didn't want to bother the old ladies in the parking lot for a jump.) Was contemplating on buying a jump starter for $250+ , which I didn't want to spend. But Jeremy Cotton offered to walk back with me a few blocks to my car to jump it off for me. Which he did!!! And got my car started.. He helped me find a new battery for my car needs, saved me some time & money.. and installed my new battery..!! A outstanding/awesome person to describe him is an understatement.. my experience here was top tier!! To keep it short!!
Jerome Seiler: Mobil 1 grease $10/tube vs $15 on amazon
Buggs Benny: Fast, friendly service.
Sean Dinger: We rented the Vacuum Pump. It came without the oil. Well we were told it would be in the next morning. So I drove back this morning, in the heat, just to get told it never showed up. The manager said she would "hate for me to drive all the way to Republic/Marshfield" to get the oil. It was her fault I didn't have the oil, I wasn't driving to get it. Especially with no AC. So I had to drive to ORiley's where I had to pay close to $20 for the oil so I could try fixing my AC. Poor communication and very bad attitude. I will not be returning to this location.
Richard Johnson: The workers are what makes this place go, & the prices aren't bad. Lol
Charles Dickson: Autozone usually has a good variety of parts in stock or they can order them for you. Most all of the employees from state to state are easy going and helpful. Looks like someone in the company is concerned with customer service and support. Great place to get parts!
Kevin Johnson: Hated the way the people working there talked a young girl into buy stuff she didn't need. Glad I was there to help her
Wendy McAtee: Wonderful place!! The staff is extremely helpful and always polite!!

AutoZone Auto Parts: what do users think?
Victoria Schafer: I have always depended on this Auto Zone. Today we had to jump start my daughters car and drove straight there to buy a battery. They refused to test it since it had just been jump started, didn't offer to charge it (which is one of the things they do offer) and refused to replace the battery saying it would take too long. Extremely disappointed. We went elsewhere to purchase a new battery. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Janet Davis: ugh
Casey DeWitt: I’ve used them for years. Never had a problem
Tony Fiedler: So I relocated back from Florida.I’ve been using this place because of the personnel. Today I needed to change my plugs , one of the heads snapped off the bolt holding the coil pack. Ronnie opened new vice grips and helped me ease it out. Then showed a cool way to pull ur plug with out it dropping back into the cylinder head. I long rubber hose to finish loosening the plug and pull it out. Good people and always take care of any problems I may have. I’m sorry clover.
Matt Casciano: Very helpful staff!
Gifford Stewart: All Of The Employees Are Very Knowledgeable And Helpful. Thank You From GPS Auto Repair
C Amparan420: Typical auto parts store here in town. National chain, locations in every state....
Brian Foster: Patrick, the store manager changed a battery for my wife’s car when she was in a tight spot on a cold morning in January and I really appreciate his service and efforts. Thank you.
William Moler: Knowledgeable and friendly staff, not fake or prejudiced people
DOCTOR NOVA: They were very handy reading my code and actually looking up the code itself when their computer didn't give very much info. Something minor. Glad to know.
D Roland: Purchased a battery for a vehicle. They installed it for me, no problem!
Chris Westergaard: Came in to swap out my key fob, which broke. Rather than buy a completely new one, the two employees there recommended a cheaper and easier option I didn't consider and helped me put the new one together! Very pleased with avoiding what would had been an expensive headache!
Josh Spurlock: Always prefer autozone over the other competitors!
Tyler Furst (VERITAS VITA LUX): Always fast and friendly service
Melody Marlay: They have 20/50 oil and they honored the sale price even though it was off. Help was very nice! I would recommend.
Buggs Benny: Good parts store
Chuck Walker: They had the tool I needed at a cheap price. Wonderful people I got help from.
Mary Tindall: Bought gascap, salesperson was great
Ethan Stout: Tested my alternators, tested bad .Took them to O'Reilly auto . Tested GOOD .Hmmmmmmm ?
Martha Thomlinson: Very helpful
Connie Ferguson: I can’t say enough about the awesome customer service I received today! Unfortunately these days good customer service is hard to find so I always want to give recognition when I receive it! Everyone was kind and helpful but Christopher went above and beyond. He tested my battery which I knew was dying and confirmed my suspicions. He helped me with my purchase and then put it in for me! What a blessing for someone who’s only option is to pay for everything done on my car! Thank you so much Christopher! You are a kind young man and I really appreciate you!

AutoZone Auto Parts: what do users think?
Robert Netzer: Good service.
syndee Moore: The store is not terrible I suppose but hands down the worst company to work for!
Dylan Summers: Just wanted to but ac recharge and I asked him If the hose could be refunded if it was bought and he got Loud and said give me a minute and I said I get it it was just a question you could ha e quickly answered so I left rude man if that was you
Anand David: I asked if my regular battery (not hybrid battery) could be changed and one person said he wasn't sure if he could but came over and said he wasn't sure or something because it was tucked in he said. However the battery was easily accessible. He came inside and another employee said they can't change a hybrid battery. I said it's just a regular battery but he said the company policy is that they can't change it.
Kaden Sugg: Zach Engelmeyer was a very helpful with everything I needed
Lacey Watkins: Great prices and knowledgeable employees.
Chelsea Jackson: STEVAN PAFF Not all hero's wear capes, me and my children were stuck on the side of the road for almost an hour!! When STEVAN came and rescued us from our flat tire I couldn't get it off so I was waiting for a tow truck, but STEVAN was there with a whole bunch of tricks to change my tire and when offered $50 he REFUSED over and over this man went THE EXTRA MILE!!!!!! Please acknowledge this man!
Amy Ellis: A great guy helped me pick out some car mats for my car and they were on sale. Got a great deal. Will be back!
Tad Duet: Love Autozone! Always helpful and usually always have the parts I need available locally. Hope they stay that way!
Ron “The Traveler”: Very helpful people, got what I needed first try
nicole sheil: I was in town visiting and overhead a manager speaking to his employees in such a disrespectful way. Don't go here.
eric risica: I dealt t with an employee named James he was very knowledgeable very helpful check the part I bought make sure everything was good great job
gary Whitten (Whitten): Pick up for work on my truck so I can fix my pickup
Melissa Artiglere: Quick and helpful service on a snowy day 🌨️
Paige Norris: I love auto zone. They treat me as an equal, and don’t ignore me for being female. These guys recognize me when I come in, and on this particular visit, even though I walked in seconds before closing time, they took extra time to look things up to try to help me with my ongoing issue. All without my having asked them to—they just did it voluntarily. That NEVER happens ANYWHERE. Love my neighborhood Auto Zone!
Danielle McFarland: The service rep seemed polite enough, but typed in wrong part info and wouldn't correct it, then only wanted to sell me more costly part. I went elsewhere.
Jessica Hull: Terrible customer service and tried to sell me used part and called me a liar!
Lee S.: Very helpful and had what I needed in stock when no one else did.
Robert Hyde: They seam more knowledgeable than O'Reillys.
Jason Lee: People typically don't like going to the auto parts store. That usually means something is broken. So if you are going to go at least pick a nice one. This is the newest AutoZone in town and also just happens to be the local warehouse. Odds are pretty good they will have the part you need in stock.
A closer walk with thee: Slow to ask if you need any help, not approachable, easy to find products, lacking moral.

AutoZone Auto Parts: what do users think?
M Guerin (MGGMAIL): Had BMW starter we needed asap for good price
Dana Conway: Went in for a certain kind of fuse and they were not helpful at all! The two employees at the registers acted like they knew what they were talking, and clearly did not however so I went over found the fuse myself and went up and showed them that they did carry the type of fuse I needed I guess maybe they were just too lazy to go look for it I don't know point being is what happened to customer service !
Morgan Gipson: Very friendly, quickly helped me find the part to fix my AC. Much more comfortable now
Marion Andrews: quick, fast, friendly service. I got exactly what I needed for my diesel truck
Lacey Mac: I came in with a general idea of what I needed but I was not 100% certain. The kind staff was very helpful in helping me made a decision before purchasing. They took the time to make sure I understood the different brands and quality of parts. Overall very helpful and friendly
Kayla M: Fast and friendly service. Loved all the smiling faces ready to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. They even came out and filled up my windshield wiper fluid for me without me having to ask and they were happy to do so
Corey Andron: Ok
patrick potter: Thanks to Matt from autozone we were able to get the car door fixed. Thank you for your help!
Skieannah Bruce: Kevin b was amazing he helped my boyfriend and had great customer service and got him what he needed super fast and friendly!!!
Lacey Watkins: I go to Autozone for all my car part needs. This review has nothing to do with Autozone as a company, only this location. Only reason I gave any stars is because it is Autozone, but this location I will not come back to unless I absolutely do NOT have a choice whatsoever. Anytime I have ever came to this store the people working here don’t ever know anything at all auto parts at all, nor are they able to find a way to help, and majority of the employees are not friendly at all. Tonight was the last straw. The tall guy with long, dark is just downright rude as can be. If I would have had time to drive to another location I would have just walked out. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on parts and tools from Autozone, and never have I deat with an employee like this. I have bought many tools, and tonight was the first time I have ever been told I can’t return a tool. A tool that has not been opened (can tell because of the type of packaging it’s in), has not been used, and I had a receipt for. Autozone sells tools that have lifetime warranties on them, but yet you can not return a tool that you did not need and only has one use for. Like I said I will not return to this West Chestnut, Springfield, MO location. If you do not like your job, find another. Also, if you are going to work in an auto part store you need to have some type of knowledge about vehicles of all kinds. Then this location also needs to teach its employees about customer service.
Mary Brockman: The guys in here treat you like they're supposed to. If you're a female they don't treat you like you're dumb.
Rod Applegate: Uninformed, no idea what part you need. The employee tried to look up the part I needed in the computer. I have 1939 Chevy pickup and I needed an exhaust part for a 327 small block engine, which came many years later! They wasted my time, I finally left disgusted! Went to O'Reilly auto parts and got exactly what I needed in less than 5 minutes...
Bryan McGee: They didn't have what I actually wanted in stocks and I had to settle for less. The service was friendly and helpful. I'd go back but I'd check the web for availability first.
Abraham: TRY TO COME HERE BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THE STORE WAS ALREADY CLOSED THEY COSE EARLY ON SUNDAYS TO BAT FOR ME
Jason Roush: Stock them shelves
Janice Winslow: The man who was helping me was very very rude and did not want to listen to us. I was try to find out about a warranty on my clutch for my car and this person was no help.
Bre Crawford: They was the best for customer service over the phone
carmela berry: They really need to check to see if they have the battery in stock before they sell it to you. Seriously frustrating.
Marina Galiano: If I could give it a zero I would but I guess Google doesn't like that anyways Robert should not work with cars. If you don't know what brakes come on a car bro you don't need to work in a auto store how do you even get half a brake for back brakes unbelievable go to o Rilleys
Dorothy Wilson: Very nice to help

Derrick Bridgett: Great place to deliver.
Ralph’s Trucking: Appt time 13:15 got here 12:45 and right into dock and empty 16:15. Do not go up the hill to check into cold zone. Go to building 3 to right down hill when pulling in. Park in front of building 2 and walk over.
WhosYourDadzie LLC: Check with guard shack first, if you’re coming through the front entrance loop around train tracks go up the hill and make a left you’ll see truck parking. Park first then walk to guard shack.Took them an hour and 22 mins to unload me.

Went down the hill, checked in and was given me the door right away by 10:30 am.However they didnt start to unload untill after 1 pm which is understandable as they checked me in as a work in because I was a day early.
