With irritation she said (sigh)...we can write you a check or you can go to Walmart and get cash. She never did answer my question about the form. The walmart guy was super nice and helpful.the rude lady at the lotto office really made feel like I was a pain in the neck when I was only there for a couple of minutes. She started my day off really wrong. In my opinion, she was lousy at customer service. I was a customer service supervisor for 5 years and she failed.

Cody S: I love coming to this gas station! I know-it seems silly but the manager is always so positive and friendly and keeps the store in great shape and his staff is right there with him. Also-their breakfast foods are really underrated-try them out!

Jake Siler: This is one of only a small hand full of stations in Springfield that carry 93 octane gasoline. For me, a guy who owns and drives several high compression and turbo charged vehicles, high octane fuel is important to me. It does make a noticeable difference running 93 octane over the normal 91 octane that is at other stations. Beyond that, this station is recently rebuilt from an old Kum&Go location, with new tanks and pumps, so you can count on clean deposit free fuel. The inside of the station is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and polite. If you drive a performance vehicle or a vehicle that calls for high octane or premium fuel, try out this station and run their 93, you will not regret it.

William Willis: Drove across town for gas that was supposed to be $2.45 a gallon. It was $2.89. Really irritated.

Faith Davis: Great staff, quickly served and was complimented on my hair color by an employee showing their awareness of who is in the store. Great lay out and large isles to see products displayed nicely. All around a great place to grab some gas, some drinks a snack and a good vibe :)

linz henson: I have ordered multiple pizzas from here and they always put WAY too much toppings even if a cheese pizza 1st of all...2nd the man who checked me out tonight couldn't have been any more rude!! This is the last time I give this place my business....if the employees are that unhappy maybe they should seek employment elsewhere...I even said have a nice day multiple times and he ignored me completely. Your customer service skills are TERRIBLE and this isn't theb1st time. Again will never go back and will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to this store either...I always have issues when going in past after 7pm...never again tho ...I'll give my business to rapid roberts or kum n go or anywhere just not here, and I will be posting on multiple sites so others are aware to stay away and spend money elsewhere

Anna Hachmaoui: Horrible customer service. One younger employee was wrapping burgers and would not cash me out until he was done. From the looks of it there were two employees out front smoking cigarettes talking to another employee that was in a van. A guy was in there getting a very large soda and just kept talking to the young employee and never paid for his drink. At one point one of the ones smoking outside opened the door to call for the guy with the soda and clearly saw me standing in between the cash registers waiting to be checked out. No one said a word to me when I walked in. Probably does not matter but I wont be going back.

Mark R. T. (Smurf): My vehicle stop working and was stranded at the gas station. I ask the employee if he has jumper cables, he said no. Thankfully a customer offered to help me so we push the vehicle to the furthest spot so it’s out of the way. I come back in a few hours and they had it towed because it was taking 3 spots. My vehicle was not there long and was removed. So this is the worse if not the most terrible gas station I’ve been in to. Not a care in the world, this gas station doesn’t care and it just lost a customer. I will tell everyone.

Well, I went to get my cigs this morning and it was the wrong kind. Go back to store at noon today. Suppose to open at 10. No one there, tried calling store, no answer. Waited 15 minutes and finally an employee came from the back and unlocked the door no apology or exclamation. Will pay more and shop elsewhere.
