Denice Turner: Lady was rude from the beginning. I filled out forms and asked her twice if she needed the form. With irritation she said (sigh)...we can write you a check or you can go to Walmart and get cash. She never did answer my question about the form. The walmart guy was super nice and helpful.the rude lady at the lotto office really made feel like I was a pain in the neck when I was only there for a couple of minutes. She started my day off really wrong. In my opinion, she was lousy at customer service. I was a customer service supervisor for 5 years and she failed.
