Brooklyn Bones: This place is absolutely amazing all the way down to the costumer service,super helpful can tell you about any products in the store even have a selection on the side to test out products and get a feel of them.the store was super clean and a wide selection of things also! If anyone needs an adult store this is the one to 100% go to even people walking in where super friendly and could tell where regulars them self and felt comfortable being here! 100% recommend going here!

Amaris Morrow: I recently visited the store while I was in town and was impressed. It was my first time in this kind of establishment, but Bre (or Bri, I'm not sure) put me at ease quickly. She had a lot of good suggestions and was very attentive! She encouraged me to try new things and appreciate my body in them. She was very uplifting and positive. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked with quality products. They had a good selection of products and a wide range of sizes, which I really appreciated. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
Soapy Cheesus: The staff is super friendly. I stumbled upon this place near closing and didn’t realize it. I was so indecisive there, poking around and oblivious, and they handled it really well. A woman (wish I remembered her name) gave me a coupon and a free bullet for having to rush me near the end. I am definitely returning to look over everything else soon when it’s not close to their closing time, lmao.

Mckenna Houk: Had the most wonderful service today in the fitting room from a woman with long blonde hair (I didn’t catch her name). I have gained/lost weight and nursed two babies, so I am still figuring out what works for my body type now and it’s very new. She was patient, encouraging, and listened to me need to help me find just the right fit. Definitely recommend coming here to be sized!
Jana E: I have always had a hard time getting my daughter to try on bras but Brittany did whatever she could to make sure she was comfortable but had a supportive cute bra. She also ordered online for us because they didn't have the color in store in her size. They carry a lot of sizes that you cannot get in a typical store and I love that they also have good sales.

Zoe Neal: One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I walked in and was not greeted. I grabbed a bra off the wall and was asked if I was finding everything okay, I held up the bra and asked if they had it in my size and she pointed at the drawer and told me I could find it in the front of the drawer. It in fact was not in the front. I had to dig for it until I found it. I go to try it on and Im standing there at the entrance to the fitting rooms and once again no one asked if I needed help, I had to ask for a fitting room. Finally I get a fitting room and I try on the bra and it doesn't fit, so here I am running back and forth several times trying to find my size because no one offered to fit me, no one offered me help but there was an employee in the fitting room area texting on her phone though. I got fed up and walked towards the front and was approached by a worker, thought she was gonna help me but instead told me to put my mask on. You know I'm sorry I forgot to put my mask back on after trying on several different bras and also running back and forth from the front of the store to the fitting rooms all because these employees were too lazy to help me. My husband said something to the employee and she just stood there with no care in the world. I hope you get treated this way just so you know how it felt. I called corporate and I hope they do something because I went to victora secrets and they were amazing!
Donna Marquis: Service was only okay, felt like sales person was trying to sale me what she had on hand not what I wanted or what fit properly. Didn’t feel like she listened to me. Now that I’ve had an opportunity to wear the bra size she put me in, it’s a size to big although I have a feeling that’s what she had available and so that’s what she sold me. Very disappointed.

However when you spend that amount of money for a properly fitting bra, then a month & a half later the wires are splitting out from every direction and that's when you get told that because you wore the product you can not get a refund, plus they will not give you an item of like value and all because you wore the product. Well I'm sorry but is that not the reason you bought it in the first place??? To wear it? Sorry but I will continue to go elsewhere.

Melani Hall: Went here may of 2018, was fitted with a bra and choose the one recommended to me but my busts were half hanging out. Took it back and was fitted totally different. Picked out a size that was not out on display and it was the last one of my size that they had in stock. Within two months, the under wire poked through the cup side and i only hand washed it as i was instructed to do. Could not return it because it ws used and i had taken the tag off. I have had to fix it at least 4 times since and besides sowing it I have super glued the wire in. It still ripped through the seems. I am out 65.00 dollars. I like the full coverage of the bra but the seems need reinforced.

Always feels like such a "score" to find a clearance item! Great place for husbands to gift shop, if you're a Soma member, the ladies can help them with correct sizes & style preferences.

Annistynne: Love this store and the people Inside!!! Only adult store I've ever visited that allowed try on of outfits with proper safety under attire! Around Christmas, I was shopping for myself and my card declined due to an unexpected charge to my account. Long Story short....Jessie told me to pick one items I was planning to purchase and purchased it for me!! He stated that it counts as part of their employees elf program which allows an employee to elf gift one item to one person. I literally cried at his gesture to do this. Furthermore, I'm not a local....I'm from out of town so it's not like I have any sort of report with anyone in the store. There are still amazing people in the world....I was just privileged and l ucky enough to have an amazing encouter with one of them!!

Madison Graeff: I bought a 45$ 3pc set from them. Took it home and the strap immediately broke after first putting it on. I tried to repair it and later it broke again in a different spot. I called the store and asked what could be done and all they offered was a store credit but I would still have to return the item. Honestly terrible customer service. I don’t normally ask for refunds or anything of the sort but are you kidding me?? They sold me a defective item and the best they would do is replace it at the cost of me to drive there when it was convenient for them.

I had my 3 month old baby with me and the male staff member didn't even let us in the door, stating "No infants allowed". I had never heard of this policy before and the male staff member was very rude about it. Disappointed with this as it was my very first visit to a boutique of this nature and was nervous about the whole experience. The staff member made it an immediate negative experience and now I would not want to go back. I'll get up the courage eventually to go into another boutique store where I'll spend my money. Bad job Eros on unfriendly staff and making (would be) paying customers not feel comfortable or welcome.

KC Pin: Great clothes ans nice staff

PJ L: Used to go here all the time, but recently it has gotten really bad.A manager that is there every time I go in makes really rude comments to me every single time I’m there, and I’ve heard her make really rude comments to other women as well (always in relation to weight or size).Additionally, the last couple of times it has been more dirty and unsanitary. There is a water leak in the ceiling of the changing rooms that hasn’t been dealt with so there is mold & mildew growing all over the place in addition to the fact that it doesn’t appear that anyone ever cleans or dusts beyond picking up trash because there is a thick layer of dust & grime on almost everything.I tried to give them another shot yesterday & the supervisor was being incredibly condescending to the employee in front of customers & then acted like no one just saw her quite literally putting the other employee there down. They can’t clean or treat employees or customers with respect. What are they actually good for? There are plenty of other plus size retailers now.

She never smiled but instead gave me looks as if she wished i would hurry up and leave the store. Sorry i lost all my hair due to having cancer and going through chemo and im not beautiful like your other customers but she made me feel awful. Please be nice to your customers. You never know what someone is going through.

Melissa Garcia: Helpful staff. Merchandise could use more sizes in 10-12, & 12-14. It'd be great to have a public restroom & babychanger, too. It would make things more simpler when shopping and needing to change the little ones. We had to leave the store all together to take potty breaks and then return to the store to continue shopping. This problem could be easily solved by adding public restrooms with babychangers or just shopping elsewhere all together.

RitzDitz: Normally I try and go in to the store to buy my clothes from Lane Bryant. Today i ordered clothes from the website for the deals I was getting. I go to have the item delivered to the store, due to other items I have ordered (not from here, but other places), have been stolen off of my door step!! But when I put my zip code in, the closest store that does the delivery to store pick up is the Tanger Outlet Mall in Branson Missouri. Uh no, I’m not driving all the way there to pick up my clothes that I ordered!! So I ordered the items and had them shipped to my place of residence. I got to thinking about what just happened and decided to go to the location in the Springfield Missouri Mall and see that Lane Bryant is still in the mall and does factory to store to customer pick-up!! What the bloody h-e-double hockey sticks!! Why wasn’t this store getting picked up on the website. Now that I’m thinking about this, I’ve ordered items before on the website and had it sent to the store!! Why, not this time?? It was over the amount you have to have not to pay shipping and handling?? Ugh!! I swear if my stuff gets stolen off of my door I will be one ticked off woman!!UPDATE: Received my order, almost stollen! As I was coming outside to get my order!! Cuz whoever delivered it gave me about 2 secs to get to the door after they knocked!! But love my stuff!! Still won’t have any of my future orders sent to my house if I can help it!!
