Mckenna Houk: Had the most wonderful service today in the fitting room from a woman with long blonde hair (I didn’t catch her name). I have gained/lost weight and nursed two babies, so I am still figuring out what works for my body type now and it’s very new. She was patient, encouraging, and listened to me need to help me find just the right fit. Definitely recommend coming here to be sized!
Jana E: I have always had a hard time getting my daughter to try on bras but Brittany did whatever she could to make sure she was comfortable but had a supportive cute bra. She also ordered online for us because they didn't have the color in store in her size. They carry a lot of sizes that you cannot get in a typical store and I love that they also have good sales.

Zoe Neal: One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I walked in and was not greeted. I grabbed a bra off the wall and was asked if I was finding everything okay, I held up the bra and asked if they had it in my size and she pointed at the drawer and told me I could find it in the front of the drawer. It in fact was not in the front. I had to dig for it until I found it. I go to try it on and Im standing there at the entrance to the fitting rooms and once again no one asked if I needed help, I had to ask for a fitting room. Finally I get a fitting room and I try on the bra and it doesn't fit, so here I am running back and forth several times trying to find my size because no one offered to fit me, no one offered me help but there was an employee in the fitting room area texting on her phone though. I got fed up and walked towards the front and was approached by a worker, thought she was gonna help me but instead told me to put my mask on. You know I'm sorry I forgot to put my mask back on after trying on several different bras and also running back and forth from the front of the store to the fitting rooms all because these employees were too lazy to help me. My husband said something to the employee and she just stood there with no care in the world. I hope you get treated this way just so you know how it felt. I called corporate and I hope they do something because I went to victora secrets and they were amazing!
Donna Marquis: Service was only okay, felt like sales person was trying to sale me what she had on hand not what I wanted or what fit properly. Didn’t feel like she listened to me. Now that I’ve had an opportunity to wear the bra size she put me in, it’s a size to big although I have a feeling that’s what she had available and so that’s what she sold me. Very disappointed.

Deanna Stenberg: Was very disappointed with this stores policy. Love the items that they sell. However when you spend that amount of money for a properly fitting bra, then a month & a half later the wires are splitting out from every direction and that's when you get told that because you wore the product you can not get a refund, plus they will not give you an item of like value and all because you wore the product. Well I'm sorry but is that not the reason you bought it in the first place??? To wear it? Sorry but I will continue to go elsewhere.

Melani Hall: Went here may of 2018, was fitted with a bra and choose the one recommended to me but my busts were half hanging out. Took it back and was fitted totally different. Picked out a size that was not out on display and it was the last one of my size that they had in stock. Within two months, the under wire poked through the cup side and i only hand washed it as i was instructed to do. Could not return it because it ws used and i had taken the tag off. I have had to fix it at least 4 times since and besides sowing it I have super glued the wire in. It still ripped through the seems. I am out 65.00 dollars. I like the full coverage of the bra but the seems need reinforced.
Dianne Keith: My favorite store! Love the products, staff is exceptional and I feel like I get good rewards & coupons to help stretch my spendings, in addition to fairly frequent sales. Always feels like such a "score" to find a clearance item! Great place for husbands to gift shop, if you're a Soma member, the ladies can help them with correct sizes & style preferences.

Nikki Sullins: The staff was friendly, the prices are a little higher but they have decent sales occasionally.
Sherry OBrien: I ordered 2 twin blankets. They were delivered to a store across the country from where I am. It took me contacting them 4 times. They only refunded me half of what I paid. No one is responding to my request for the rest of my money. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not shop there since they literally stole my money.

Richard Rodriguez: Workers need to make sure they take off all security tags. When they don't, it holds up the line and makes people think that you're stealing something. Wasn't a very pleasant visit with my grandpa. As he almost got to the car the guy came out and said for him to come back in so he could take the security device off. So I took the stuff in for grandpa since he's hunched over and can barely walk.
