I am owed by MO with the huge misrepresentstion of justice dictating at people. Took me 8 yrs. Fought 22 yesrs magistrate court to Judi, Circut courts Mo. End Aug 2021.

I called Missouri legal after doing a google search. "Help getting out of a speeding ticket in Waynesville, Mo." Their practice came up first. Read some reviews and decided ok, I'll give it a shot.The lady, Sonya was super nice. She got some info. from me and said I would get a call back. They called back in 2 hours. Saying they got the charge lessened to a non moving vehicle violation, the fine was lowered dramatically and the points were removed. And if I needed they would appear in court for me. The whole thing will be removed off my record and I am thrilled.

Gold Finger: DON’T DO IT!!!We paid $2000 retainer fee to Alexis Jordan for a child custody case. She then gave us some really bad advice. When trying to reach her by phone to tell her we strongly disagreed with what she had proposed she was either out or on the other line.Only after my persistent calls I was finally able to speak to someone. I left message with a paralegal pertaining to the case. She then assured me Alexis would be in the office the following day to take my call.I followed up the next morning and afternoon only to have the secretary rudely tell me the lawyer will get back to me when she’s available. That was more than I could take.I fired her on the spot. That’s when the secretary told me I couldn’t do that. The client had to call them directly. (WHAT A JOKE!)I reminded them that it’s my money. When the CLIENT called back to fire them again, the secretary said she was going to charge for all the phone calls we made to them.Alexis Jordan lacks experience and professionalism.The Law office of the Ozarks has poor and questionable businesses practices. Alexis didn’t following up with the client to reassure him that she indeed has a good game plan and was taking steps to defend the best interests of her clients.When the Client called to get a refund on the retainer the secretary said we would have to wait to the end of the month. Then hung up.Anything they write in response to this review will be a lie.No excuses! They did nothing for us but took our money.This can not be the exception folks!We are still waiting for our refund. Go somewhere else.You have been warned.I will be reporting on them soon.

He was supportive of me and had me believing he was looking out for me. He even giggled when I told him who opposing counsel was saying how well he knows him and they go way back to their hometown.After paying him as much as I could afford he took all of the documents I had. At our first hearing he was less than professional. It almost felt like he was working for the other side. He didn’t argue for me at all but rather seemed to be very intimidated in front of a judge.After more continuances than necessary he withdraws from my case stating conflict of interest. This supposed conflict was something he knew about from the very beginning. The only conflict was he was found out to be best buddies with opposing counsel!Don’t waste your money but more importantly your time! He’ll take your money, stab you in the back, and then give you a small portion of it back to help his conscious.

He was misleading along the way with my case and he would yell in rant form when I asked questions. I set up multiple meetings for us to do my discovery questions and he wasn’t even there. Then gave me a week notice of it having to be done and then dropped me as a client within two weeks of my trial and the same day as my schedule deposition. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!
