Gold Finger: DON’T DO IT!!!We paid $2000 retainer fee to Alexis Jordan for a child custody case. She then gave us some really bad advice. When trying to reach her by phone to tell her we strongly disagreed with what she had proposed she was either out or on the other line.Only after my persistent calls I was finally able to speak to someone. I left message with a paralegal pertaining to the case. She then assured me Alexis would be in the office the following day to take my call.I followed up the next morning and afternoon only to have the secretary rudely tell me the lawyer will get back to me when she’s available. That was more than I could take.I fired her on the spot. That’s when the secretary told me I couldn’t do that. The client had to call them directly. (WHAT A JOKE!)I reminded them that it’s my money. When the CLIENT called back to fire them again, the secretary said she was going to charge for all the phone calls we made to them.Alexis Jordan lacks experience and professionalism.The Law office of the Ozarks has poor and questionable businesses practices. Alexis didn’t following up with the client to reassure him that she indeed has a good game plan and was taking steps to defend the best interests of her clients.When the Client called to get a refund on the retainer the secretary said we would have to wait to the end of the month. Then hung up.Anything they write in response to this review will be a lie.No excuses! They did nothing for us but took our money.This can not be the exception folks!We are still waiting for our refund. Go somewhere else.You have been warned.I will be reporting on them soon.

Jon Lozen: Andrea Rosser-Pate is so awesome best family law matter attorney in Greene County!! She took action very quick and fast for me and my daughter and got things accomplished at Court!! I had an intense divorce case looking like trial for the first 3 months. I submitted my settlement agreement to her and within 4 days boom she had me in the office to sign everything. 3 days later she had everything signed for opposing counsel as well and entire settlement completed. If it wasn't for Andrea I would still be sitting here because my ex's attorney was so clueless for the entire case. Gloria Taylor: They were supposed to get us out of our Timeshare with Bluegreen, but they just took our money. The deal they got us was paying Bluegreen more money to get rid of the timeshare. When we wouldn't take the deal they wouldn't even return our calls. Very disappointing. Never trust them!!! Should be a law that would help people from getting scanned not only by timeshare companies but also lawyers that take your money!!!

Rhonda Sullivan: I would like to give them minus stars but that was not an option. We hired them in 2020 to get us out of our timeshare with BlueGreen. We paid them thousands of dollars and then they ghosted us. I have read the reviews and those that have been filed with the BBB. Sadly, it’s the same story over and over. They took money from people and then refused to give any answers. They are frauds and should be held accountable in a court of law.
Kari Ryan: Awful company. Paid them up front over a year ago and was told it’s an easy case and would only take around 6 months. Since then they have done nothing. You can’t get anyone on the phone, just messages through their portal saying they’re still working on things or saying whoever was working on our case is no longer there and that’s why there’s been no progress. We were definitely scammed!

Receptionist said she worked for several companies and could not transfer me to anyone in firm. She could only give them my request for someone to return my calls. Have not had a return call. Sales person initially gave me her phone No. but could only give me a number for who she said was handling my account. He? Is never available and has not returned my call?

Renee Amie: I paid this company 6000.00 over a year ago to get me out of my time share. As of today there have not been any response to my time share. I have tried calling them everyday and u get the same messages. Leave your name and number and will get back with you in 24 or 48 hours. No response to emails at all. Please do not use this company for anything.
Peter C. Rush: We have just had a wonderful result, Montgomery and Newcomb got us out of our time share in just a few months. They were fabulous. There were retained by a "get out of your time share" company that had nothing to show for 2 years of supposed efforts that went nowhere, but within a few months working with Montgomery & Newcomb, they got the time share company to agree to terminate the time share with a small additional final payment that we were happy to provide for the benefit it would bring, and yesterday we received the final document from the time share saying we were no longer its owners. They were professional throughout, contacted us in timely fashion at each step, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get out of a time share. No need to go through a secondary marketing company as we did--had we known of them at the get go, we would have saved years and likely money.by going straight to them.
James Jones: Started the timeshare removal process in May of 2019. During the past two years the communication has been spotty at best from Montgomery & Newcomb regarding updates for any progress to remove the timeshare. I have to initiate the communication to get a delayed response from paralegals in the office. They stated during their presentation that most timeshare removals take 12-18 months. Going on 2 years with no progress. I paid there fee and still paying my timeshare payments as well. Very disappointed with their service and communication.

He was supportive of me and had me believing he was looking out for me. He even giggled when I told him who opposing counsel was saying how well he knows him and they go way back to their hometown.After paying him as much as I could afford he took all of the documents I had. At our first hearing he was less than professional. It almost felt like he was working for the other side. He didn’t argue for me at all but rather seemed to be very intimidated in front of a judge.After more continuances than necessary he withdraws from my case stating conflict of interest. This supposed conflict was something he knew about from the very beginning. The only conflict was he was found out to be best buddies with opposing counsel!Don’t waste your money but more importantly your time! He’ll take your money, stab you in the back, and then give you a small portion of it back to help his conscious.

Jordan Law: Beyond disappointed with his services. I spent thousands with him. I was lost when I was referred to Mr. Risley and he made me feel comfortable about him representing me. He was misleading along the way with my case and he would yell in rant form when I asked questions. I set up multiple meetings for us to do my discovery questions and he wasn’t even there. Then gave me a week notice of it having to be done and then dropped me as a client within two weeks of my trial and the same day as my schedule deposition. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!
