The food was WONDERFUL.I had one of their street food options as an appetizer, Bahilla papdi chaat, which tasted so fresh and had really lovely texture contrast.The lamb rogan josh had really deep flavor, paired beautifully with riata (yogurt sauce).My partner had the house special day Briani with chicken. It was a real showstopper with a boiled egg served on top. It wasn't exactly to my taste, but my partner enjoyed it.The Chai was complex and rich. Mango Lassi was lovely.I had to stop myself from ordering dessert as I had so much food already! Elise: They forgot our entire food order. We asked for our check for the drink they brought us after seeing 3 tables that came in after us get their food. Instead of bringing out check, they tried to rush and make the food while we sat there another 5+ minutes. When we asked for our check a 2nd time, our waiter went to the kitchen and asked them to hurry and make our food. We ended up putting down cash on the table for the drink and walking out 60 minutes after being seated. Next time a customer asks for the check, don’t make them wait so you can make their entire food order and force them to take the rushed food after waiting 1 hour. Be professional and own up to the mistake, and just bring us our check for the services provided.
