Ger Hang: IHOP needs to hire more employees here. The waiter did a good job, but he was the only one there to serve everyone in the restaurant. He was a bit overwhelmed but still pulled through. My food was already cold when it got to me. I asked for medium on my stake, but the biggest chunk of the meat was rare and cold. My bf ordered the GF cheese cake strawberry pancakes, and the pancakes were served with the strawberry but with no cheesecake in the pancakes, but again, there was only 1 waiter and a cook. We patiently waited for our food and tried not to complain because we knew they're understaffed. We ate and left a good tip for the waiter. The experience could be better.

Curtis “SacrificialLamb” Sliffe: Last night it dawned on me id never eaten at IHop. So this morning i stopped in at the IHop on North Kansas Expressway here in Springfield Missouri. After entering, within seconds i was promptly seated at a lovely table by an employee. Right away i noticed how clean and well organized this establishment is. And how polite and courteous all the employees are. Also how hard working they are. After a minimal wait, my two platters of food arrived. I could tell by looking the food was going to be great! And it was. It was off the hook yall! Mouth watering! I WILL be a repeat customer. It was an absolute pleasure dining with you.

Heather Roberson: While our server was good and the food was amazing, the manager yelling at a worker in the kitchen ruined our experience. The WHOLE Dinning Room got quiet and the atmosphere got awkward. Someone should tell the manager to treat the employees nicer and not let the whole restaurant hear you reprimand someone. Maybe then she would get the respect she was so desperately yelling for!

Myron Jackson: What can I say? I should know better than to order something other than breakfast at IHOP. I had the fried Chicken and it obviously was not freshly prepared. It had been cooked a while and had dried out. The person I was dining with had a wonderful omelette however. It was done exactly as requested and I was told it tasted great. The service could not have been better. I wouldn't hesitate going back. Nice atmosphere and very clean.Vegetarian options: They will gladly make their omelettes to order which includes vegetarian.

Dennis Millard: My wife ordered a omelette with cheese and sausage. The cheese inside the omelette was barely heated. So it was like a rock solid cheese. Toast was cold and hard. Butter on the side. Toast needs buttered when hot. I ordered 2 eggs over medium and hash browns with biscuits and gravy. All was cold. Eggs were cooked like half was on the stove and half was in the refrigerator. Hash browns tasted burnt. Biscuits and gravy were slopped right in the middle of the plate. Gravy tastes like milk. 2 servers were off talking. Our server had her kid at work and had to pay attention to her. Don’t do it. Don’t pull into the driveway. The yuck is unbelievable.

Candi Hamit: This was a rough day for IHOP staff and customers. They implemented a new ordering system and didn't seem like everyone was trained very well. At one point there were 26 tickets and no food was moving out of the kitchen. We wouldn't have stayed if we had know it would take 1.25 hr to get food and had to ask for refills as well. They even stopped seating people because of the delay. I did compliment a worker in back whom was concerned about the cooks and asked if he could get them a drink; more than I could say for the manager on this day.
