Jianna Cox: I have a stalker and they recently violated the restraining order set against them. Every police officer I spoke to said that this was a clear violation and charges would easily be brought up. When put in the prosecutor's hands, my chances at safety and peace were ruined. Nick Fears decided to not charge my stalker. I had to find this out through a victim advocate 2 weeks after the incident occurred. I have emailed and called this office several times and have received no response. It has been more than a month. My hope and trust in law enforcement is officially gone. Unfortunately, I am not alone in this. Reading reviews and comments about the experiences of others with this place is truly heartbreaking. Green County is not a county of laws. For those of you looking for help and not receiving any, just know you are not alone. Though law enforcement is not there for you, I am. I hope one day people can get the justice they deserve.

Nina Gilman: Here’s the thing, The prosecutors are good. But the court system in springfield is a joke. Cases take a year to go through because things run so slow here. I’m a Witness/victim in a domestic assault case and the prosecutor Mr. Mcaskill is amazing. He’s so nice and he’s been really helping me throughout this. The people in the victim witness office are nice. And Case Net is never getting updated. It’s eh.

Dobber Malchi: Dan Patterson and his staff have broken the laws of this state. He contacted my defense attorney about me calling him out. I won my case easy as can be and their witness is going to testify against them even though they have to file charges on him as a matter of law and another party whom I was NEVER married to and yet was able to steal all of my things including inherited items that exceeded $50,000 and planned it (conspiracy &RICO) have 5 complaints of violations of an ex parte. Yes I'm suing them but when the FBI is asking me for a list with the DOJ and an officer intentionally hurt me and no charges are filed. That's called a cover up. FYI. This case was so bad the officer in one trial couldn't testify, and the officer in the second trial lied so badly the judge I told to his face I am suing you was like I can't give legal advice bit if I was you I would go get an attorney right now.City council doesn't work but the malicious prosecution I just need to convince at 51% and you being sued as an individual and in your official capacities. This includes judges who violate due process laws. Council people? Cannot fill out a piece of paper correctly and had to be told the laws to her. Both females and 2 judges but there is a recording I have from a court hearing with judge Imhoff and I had a witness there and will have from now on. Officer Ramsey badge g915 was told by the judge he violated my 4 8 14th amendment rights reserved by the Constitution. Now since I was given a "Freddie Grey" ride where I was injured and is factual. Based on this illegal action have any charges been filed against Captain David Johnson or Ramsey g915? The judge said my 8th do I have to explain that? 4 8 14th rights told to the officer he in fact violated my rights.Based on this FACT have you charged the officer? Injuries now and failure to prosecute with losses and pain and suffering as well as punitive damages will be in the 10 million dollar mark. People are going to jail. You can bet money on that if outside prosecution has to come in and it's my belief it will have to come to this with federal government officials. Rated and reviewed. Dobber Productions: Idiots will not file charges and have provided 10 cases 5 felonies against me and refused to prosecute. Filed charges on me and I wasn't even in the state, I contacted her father. Hearsay evidence is accepted when factual documents of perjury and bygamy are presented. Only filed because they know they are wrong and hoping the FBI/DOJ don't light them up. I also left a message for her tech, still not responding. Dobber Malchi: I have filed legitimate theft, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, auto theft and theft from a disabled person exceeding $50,000 I reported it and location of my property located on Thelma about 1.5 miles from the station. This included a stolen vehicle for which I still have the reciept for from Nixa police department they did nothing on 3.2 million dollars in property theft. I was trying last week to enroll in block classes at MSU and was parked in a valid spot, but the police even though I had a parking pass that showed I enrolled that day was sitting in handicap parking as I have cancer. I needed internet to download Microsoft office and enroll in my classes. I was harassed non stop I believe due to the civil and criminal violations by Greene County sheriff's and the lawsuit against them and now Springfield police department and MSU. I just had to adjust my federal lawsuit where a Judge already determined my 4th 8th 14th amendment rights were violated Springfield police department had a duty and failed. MSU (private property) had a duty to protect me and failed. I am adding these 2 to the federa compaint for violating my rights and failing to do a modicum of their job. It's not free.

Alx Vandiver: The service works, they report really fast. The staff always seemed a little grumpy though.

Alex Portis: This is a money grubbing agency that works as a subsidiary for the state as the state seems to not want to pay for the oversight of their own strict Probation Rules. A lot of corporations do this as well. It's a way to make money and by splitting up the different parts of a corporation ie: you have to call a different company to deal with your phone provider's insurance, this allows Greene County to be shadier with their practices and essentially pass the buck (pun intended) onto other people. Namely the people who are paying to do "community service". Typically it's a lot of people walking around various large buildings in town and pretending to clean. There are too many people to keep track of, so this is one way for the county's poor city council to pawn off the slight amount of work. Largest non-violent/property crime rates in the U.S. here in little old Springfield, so you can imagine how many "criminals" this place goes through. And at $20 just to reschedule (every time you miss a scheduled community service date, or are just late to the slave labor) along with the exorbitant buy-in price owed upfront is an affront to the "land of the free."

Judy Swisher: For a 'non profit' organization, these people are making a healthy profit. Where does the money go that this 'non profit' organization is raking in from each client? Whatever happened to helping out at the local church, or cleaning elderly people's yards without having to pay what some can ill afford?

Rusty Eisele: Place is a joke ! They don't care about the client, all their worried about is that GD dollar! They work for the state, but yet its the clients that have to pay to be seen ! They can't grasp the reality of being poor (that's because they have their hands in the cookie jar 24/7 ! They don't even deserve one star ! They get a pissed off face emoji from me !

Jason Caylor: Record your conversations they lie. These people are held to the lowest of low standards. You would think an office required to help better the community would be held to a higher standard. I feel sorry for the community the has to deal with these people. I've been forced to video record every conversation to keep myself out of trouble. If anyone knows who to report this treatment to please let me know. I've attempted to the manager but she was not a very caring.
