Danny Dees: I did not have a good experience with Ransin Injury Law. They told me they would get back with me that day. It took 4 days to receive a response which I had to call for. That alone should tell you to take your business elsewhere. Never make a promise to a customer if you cant keep it. But I believe that everyone makes mistakes and should be given a chance to make things right, this is why I called them after a 4 days of no response. There was no apology or effort to make things right, so I decided to write a review. I already had a replacement within minutes of getting off the phone after my first call because I could tell I was just a number to the person I was talking to. Because of my poor communication of my situation she didn't think I was very valuable and treated me as such. This was unnecessary and just bad business. To make matters worse, I have a excellent case, I am with an excellent law firm now, it looks like its going to be a big one. I would not recommend this law firm.

Cathy Maurer: Let me start with saying nobody wants to get in an accident. Second of all, nobody wants to get in an accident on super bowl Sunday but this is what happened. Third of all, nobody wants to get hit by an uninsured driver, but this is also what happened. We had no idea what to do next because of the fact the driver was uninsured. One call to Tolbert and beetle and all our problems were solved. We had to do little to nothing. They did everything for us. There is a lot of complicating things because of the temporary disability that we had to file. David Keeton: We hired Morrison, Webster and Carlton in May 2014 to handle my work comp case. The date of my accident was January 3, 2014. I sustained multiple injuries in my car accident as a home infusion nurse. However, the injuries that were life changing for me were a Traumatic Brain Injury, causing significant vision loss, along with chronic daily headaches, and bilateral lymphoceles to upper thighs, causing chronic neurogenic pain affecting my mobility and dealing with daily chronic pain issues. Both of these injuries changed my life to the point that was deemed totally permanently disabled. I was no longer able to drive a car, work, and do many daily functions that I was once able to as a veteran RN of 19 years, at the time of my accident.The hiring of Morrison, Webster, and Carlton was the best decision that I made. They handled my case very professionally, and were very attentive to my needs throughout the whole process, which ultimately lasted just shy of 7 years. My case was lengthy but it was a complicated case with the severity of my Traumatic Brain Injury, with vision loss and my job experience at the time of my accident.
