Clausteele Gamble: I had a troubling experience with a local dental franchise, that “repaired” a crown but in the process cost me two other teeth. I complained and refused to pay. A different dentist was able to repairthe damage but it was very expensive and time consuming. I filed a grievance, but was given the run-around and threatening letters andbills. I still refused to pay and after some time I was served a summons for a lawsuit. I hired Tad Morlan and he listened to me and was able to get the suit completely dismissed. I couldn’t recommend Tad Morlan more highly, he will fight for you.

John Dorton: I was severely injured on a job in 2020 by falling off a ladder. I began the process of filing a work comp claim to get work comp to cover things and right off the bat they began doing everything they could to not only NOT take care of my medical needs, (in this case back surgery,) but would also take days or even weeks sometimes to respond to emails, calls texts etc. All while I was left disabled with no income. This was my first ever work comp related injury so I didn't know what to do. After telling a few people what was going on, they told me unless I hired a good work attorney, I was going to have a hard time getting work comp to do anything because that's just the way they are.
