Just today, I walked in to be greated by name after not being in personally for a few years. And after learning that there was nothing that could be done to revive my laptop, I got some good advice and some commiseration on a recent job loss. He even asked about my son who he remembered helping us build that computer for 3 years prior for Christmas. I'm telling you people - 5+ stars. Service doesn't get better than these guys. I was not happy with the results-but at least I had a working computer. It crashed again within days. I took it in to ACIS and they worked magic! It was restored to near perfect pre-crash condition. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I just wish I had gone to them first. They are super nice to boot.
